Abstract

The invention relates to a hand-held paint sprayer (1), which comprises a housing (3) having a handle (4), a spray head (5) and a fan motor (7), and the paint sprayer (1) also comprises a receiving chamber (6) for the fan motor (7) and the receiving chamber (6) has an air inlet (6a) and an air outlet (6b). The receiving room (6) is designed such that a first plane (E1), in which a cross-sectional area of the air inlet (6a) is located, and a second plane (E2), in which a cross-sectional area of the air outlet (6b) is located, intersect approximately at a right right angle and the air outlet (6b) opens in the direction of the spray head (5).
