Description

[0001] LOCKING SYSTEM FOR EASY INSTALLATION OF THE SKIRTING BOARD

[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD

[0003] The invention relates to a locking system for easy installation of a skirting board for use in interior decoration and construction to mask the connection of the floor to the wall.

[0004] BACKGROUND ART

[0005] The disadvantages of the known solutions are the insufficient reliability of fixing the cover to the installation part, as well as the impossibility of long-term storage of skirting boards in a stack.

[0006] The closest one to the claimed utility model is a base comprising main and additional clamps, as well as a mounting bracket interacting with each other by means of an outer cover having elastic edges along its edges and a pressure pole with a bent end section known in the documents of the state of the art. The locking units of the latches are made in the form of longitudinally oriented protrusions of triangular cross-section and are mounted on the push rods, and the push rods of each latch are made of different lengths in their cross-section, while the triangular protrusions of the latches are located between the protrusions on the rods of smaller length and the protrusions on the rods of larger length.

[0007] However, during long-term storage of skirting boards in stacks under the influence of gravity, the longer lap strips of the skirting boards placed in the lower parts of the stack are bended and separated from the protrusions of the shorter lap strips, and therefore, over time, the elastic properties of the material of the longer skirting board stop slats deteriorate, which reduces the reliability of the installation cover on the bracket.

[0008] The technical problem in the implementation of the known solution is the lack of reliability of fixing the lid after long-term storage of the base in a stack. The skirting boards in the known state of the art have the known base consisting of an outer cover with elastic edges on the sides and a mounting bracket that interacts with each other through main and additional clamps. The main tongue is in the form of a ring tongue and the additional latch is in the form of longitudinally arranged fixing protrusions with triangular cross-sections facing each other at the comers. The fixing tabs are attached to the horizontally oriented transverse shelves on the mounting bracket and the outer cover. The transverse flanges of the fixing units of the outer cover are shorter than the transverse flanges of the mounting bracket. At the bottom of the mounting bracket there is a pressure pole with a bent end.

[0009] Thus, the need to eliminate such shortcomings and disadvantages of the embodiments and practices employed in the prior art entails an improvement in the respective tehnical field.

[0010] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0011] The present invention relates to a locking system for easy installation of a skirting board for use in interior decoration and construction to mask the connection of the floor to the wall in order to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above and to bring new advantages to the relevant technical field.

[0012] The invention comprises an outer cover with elastic edges along the edges and a mounting part in which the outer cover fits. There is a bent pressure pole on the outer cover. The mounting part is the part containing the main and additional clamps. The locking systems of the latches are made in the form of longitudinally oriented protrusions of triangular cross-section and are mounted on the push rods, and the push rods of each latch are made of different lengths in their cross-section, while the triangular protrusions of the latches are located between the protrusions on the rods of smaller length and the protrusions on the rods of larger length.

[0013] The invention provides the possibility of long-term storage of the products in a stack, while maintaining the reliability of a more robust attachment of the outer cover to the mounting part, and ensuring that the materials are not deformed during this storage. The specified technical result is the base comprising an outer cover with elastic edges on the sides and a mounting bracket interacting with each other by means of a pressure pole with a bent end section, as well as the main and additional clamps, the locking nodes of which are inserted into pressure bars of different lengths in cross-sections. The locking elements placed on the shorter pressure rods are located between the locking tabs on the longer pressure rods of the base assembly. The tops of the protrusions are oriented away from each other, while the triangular cross-section protrusions are joined by overlap strips of smaller length.

[0014] Longer push strips are located on the mounting bracket. Push strips that are longer in cross-section are mounted together.

[0015] The length of the smaller length support rods is determined by the contact of the bent sections of the longer push rods with the end face as well as with the inner surface of the outer cover.

[0016] The locking system can be produced in larger or smaller sizes for easy installation of the skirting board according to the invention.

[0033] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0034] In this detailed description, the locking system for easy installation of the skirting board according to the invention is only intended for providing a better understanding of the subject-matter, and should not be construed in any restrictive sense.

[0035] As shown in Figure 1-3, the invention comprises the outer cover (1 ), the mounting part (2), the elastic edges (3), the stop bar (6), the bent support platform (7), the locking projections of the main cover (8), the locking projections of the connecting part (9), the long push rods (10) and the short push rods (11 ).

[0036] The invention comprises an outer cover (1 ) and a mounting part (2) made of polymeric materials. The outer cover (1 ) allows to close the gap between the wall and the laminate. The mounting part (2) is the part that is mounted on the wall. The elastic edges (3) on the sides of the outer cover (1 ) are made of a material with higher deformation properties than the material of the body of the outer cover (1 ). In this way, the elastic edges (3) prevent water from leaking through the wall in case of flooding and provide isolation between the wall and the lock system. Because in Europe the walls may not be perfectly straight. This is why elastic edges (3) are needed. This prevents water from getting into the laminate. Laminate floors do not swell.

[0037] The stop bar (6) is the part that, together with the bent support platform (7), prevents the outer cover (1 ) from sliding in if it is hit from the outside. It is the stop bar (6) that prevents the outer cover (1 ) from sliding in by any impact and stops it. The bent support platform (7) is located at the end of the stop bar (6) and is bent upwards.

[0038] The locking protrusions (8) of the main cover are the parts that allow the locking protrusions (9) of the connection part to join with the short push rods (11 ) by passing through the long push rods (10) at an inward angle that ensures locking by flexing. In this way, the part in Figure 3 goes inside the part in Figure 2. This joint structure is shown in Figure 1.

[0039] The outer cover (1 ) is mounted on the mounting part (2) by means of the locking protrusions (8) of the main cover. The mounting part (2) is provided with a stop bar (6), the bent end of which is in contact with the inner surface of the outer cover (1 ) and is equipped with a bent support platform (7) in contact with the inner surface of the outer cover (1 ).

[0040] On the outer cover (2) there are the long push rods (10) and at the end of the long push rods (10) there are the locking protrusions (9) of the connection parts. The locking protrusions (9) and the short push rods (11 ) of the connecting part are engaged. These two parts are opposite to each other. Short push rods (11 ) of smaller length are placed on the inner surface of the outer cover (1 ). The boards on the longer push rods (10) are mounted at an angle of a = 75-80° to each other and placed on the mounting bracket (2).

[0041] The invention is assembled as follows:

[0042] The mounting bracket (2) is mounted on the wall in the usual way, then the cables (not shown) are placed above and below the long push rods (10) and the outer cover (1 ) is attached. In this case, the end surfaces of the locking protrusions (9) of the connection part on the long push rods (10) contact the surface of the short push rods (11 ) and resist the mating of the short push rods (11 ) with the inner surface of the outer cover (1 ).

[0043] The elastic edges (3) of the outer cover (1 ) are tightly adjacent to the surface of the floor and wall, preventing dust and dirt from entering the inner cavity of the base.

[0044] The base in the declared invention ensures reliable fixing of the outer cover (1 ) to the mounting part (2), ensures easy installation and prevents contamination of the internal cavities for cable passage. It also allows for long-term storage of skirting boards in stacks. The contact of the short push rods (11 ) with the locking protrusions (9) of the connection part greatly increases the reliability of the mounting of the outer cover (1 ) to the mounting part (2).
