Specifically, a detergent dispensing box is generally disposed in the left upper space of the outer cylinder in the housing of the existing clothes treatment device, so that the evaporator and the condenser can be disposed in the right upper space of the outer cylinder in the housing. If considering disposing the detergent dispensing box in the right upper space of the outer cylinder in the housing, the evaporator and the condenser can be disposed in the left upper space of the outer cylinder in the housing.

[0020] In the present disclosure, the evaporator and the condenser are disposed in the limited space in the housing. [0023] Therefore, the clothes treatment device having a heat pump drying function in the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects: 1. The height of the whole machine can be effectively controlled, and the space of the whole machine can be effectively utilized. 2. The drying time and the drying effect can be effectively ensured. 3. The space occupation of a heat pump drying module can be reduced. Brief Description of the Drawings

Without further limitations, an element limited by the sentence "comprise one ..." does not exclude the existence of other identical elements in the commodity or system that comprises the element.

[0029] To further describe the technical solutions in the present disclosure, the following specific embodiments are provided with reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 25.

[0030] Referring to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, this embodiment provides a clothes treatment device having a heat pump drying function, and specifically can be a roller washing machine having a heat pump drying function, or a heat pump type roller clothes dryer, or other clothes treatment devices having a heat pump drying function. Specifically, the present disclosure takes a roller washing machine having a heat pump drying function as an example for description, but the same can be applied to a heat pump type roller clothes dryer by those skilled in the art.

[0031] This embodiment provides a clothes treatment device having a heat pump drying function, including a housing 1, wherein an inner cylinder 3 and an outer cylinder 2 which are installed coaxially are disposed in the housing 1, and the outer cylinder 2 is installed in the housing 1 through a vibration damping module; and the inner cylinder 3 is driven by a driving motor and is rotationally disposed in the outer cylinder 2.

[0032] In a clothes washing process of the clothes treatment device, washing water enters the outer cylinder 2 through a water inlet pipeline. After the washing water reaches the set water level, the entering of the water is stopped. The driving motor drives the inner cylinder 3 to rotate in the outer cylinder 2. During the rotation of the inner cylinder 2, the washing of the clothes is achieved by lifting and beating the clothes.

[0033] As shown in Fig. 1, the clothes treatment device is vertically placed on the level ground, a panel assembly 8 is disposed in front of the housing 1 of the clothes treatment device, the panel assembly 8 is configured with a delivery opening, and a door body assembly 9 is installed on the delivery opening of the panel assembly 8 to open / close the delivery opening. Referring to the orientation identification in Fig. 1, examples are provided according to the restrictions in upper, lower, front, back, left and right directions involved in the present disclosure to better explain the technical solutions in the present disclosure.

[0034] Further, the clothes treatment device in this embodiment has a drying function, and uses a heat pump type drying manner achieved through a heat pump system. Considering the problem of the working efficiency of a heat pump of an existing clothes treatment device, generally, a sufficient space needs to be reserved inside a housing to install a heat pump system, which will lead to an increase in the size of the housing of a washing machine.

[0035] Therefore, the present disclosure provides a clothes treatment device having a heat pump drying function. A heat pump system includes an evaporator, a condenser, a compressor and a fan assembly. The fan assembly delivers the humid and hot drying air inside the outer cylinder to the evaporator, the evaporator exchanges heat with the humid and hot drying air to condense the moisture in the humid and hot drying air to become dry and cold drying air, the dry and cold drying air is delivered to the condenser for heat exchange and heating to become dry and hot drying air, and the dry and hot drying air is guided into the outer cylinder for clothes drying to become the humid and hot drying air again for circulation again. A refrigerant serving as a working medium of the heat pump system circulates among the condenser, a throttling device, the evaporator and the compressor. The refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator to achieve the cooling and dehumidification of the humid and hot drying air guided from the outer cylinder, and releases heat in the condenser to achieve the heating of the dry and cold drying air guided from the evaporator.

[0036] The present disclosure aims to provide a clothes treatment device having a heat pump drying function. Considering the layout of the inner space of the housing of the clothes treatment device, the inner space of the housing is fully utilized, the arrangement of the heat pump system is achieved, the drying efficiency and the drying effect are ensured, and the housing of the clothes treatment device having a heat pump drying function remains the same size as the housing of an ordinary clothes treatment device of the corresponding kilogram level.Embodiment 1

[0037] This embodiment focuses on the structural design and installation arrangement of an evaporator and a condenser to ensure that the evaporator and the condenser can be adaptively installed in the inner space of a housing, so that the utilization of the inner space of the housing is improved, and the height of the whole machine can be effectively controlled. The specific technical solution is as follows: Referring to Fig. 1 to Fig. 9, a clothes treatment device having a heat pump drying function in this embodiment includes: a housing 1 having an inner space; an outer cylinder 2 disposed in the inner space of the housing 1; and a heat pump module including a two-device assembly, wherein the two-device assembly includes an evaporator 441 and a condenser 442, the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 is disposed in a left upper space or a right upper space of the outer cylinder 2 in the housing 1, and a heat exchange main body of the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 has an outer contour adaptive to the left upper space or the right upper space where the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 is located.

[0038] This embodiment focuses on the structural characteristics of the left upper space or the right upper space in the housing of the clothes treatment device. Specifically, for a roller washing machine, a detergent dispensing device needs to be disposed in the left upper space generally, and there is a certain free space in the right upper space opposite to the left upper space. Therefore, in the clothes treatment device of this embodiment, according to the characteristics of the inner space of the housing, the two-device assembly is disposed in the left upper space or the right upper space of the outer cylinder 2 in the housing 1. Further, because the left upper space or the right upper space of the outer cylinder 2 in the housing 1 is limited, in order to ensure that the height and size of the whole machine of the clothes treatment device remain unchanged, improve the heat exchange efficiency as much as possible, and ensure the drying effect, it is necessary to increase the heat exchange main body of the two-device assembly as much as possible. Therefore, the heat exchange main body of the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 in this embodiment has an outer contour adaptive to the left upper space or the right upper space where the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 is located. Specifically, the heat exchange main body of the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 in this embodiment having an outer contour adaptive to the left upper space or the right upper space where the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 is located means that the heat exchange main body adopts an irregular arrangement manner and is adaptive to the installation space to ensure the drying efficiency.

[0039] As an optional implementation of this embodiment, a cross section of the heat exchange main body of the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 in this embodiment perpendicular to an axis of the outer cylinder is in a shape with a wide top and a narrow bottom. This is because the outer cylinder 2 has a cylindrical structure, the housing 1 has a rectangular solid structure, the left upper space or the right upper space between the housing 1 and the outer cylinder 2 is in a shape with a wide top and a narrow bottom, and the heat exchange main body of the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 is adaptively set in a shape with a wide top and a narrow bottom in order to fully utilize the space.

[0040] As an optional implementation of this embodiment, the cross section is in a shape of an approximate stepped surface or a shape of approximate inverted L, so that the installation space in the housing 1 can be fully utilized, and the processing and manufacturing of the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 are facilitated.

[0041] This embodiment combines the spatial arrangement in the housing 1 to dispose the evaporator 441 and the condenser 442 in the left upper space or the right upper space of the outer cylinder 2 in the housing 1. This mainly considers the arrangement of structural components in the housing 1. Specifically, a detergent dispensing box is generally dispose in the left upper space of the outer cylinder 2 in the housing 1 of the existing clothes treatment device, so that the evaporator 441 and the condenser 442 can be dispose in the right upper space of the outer cylinder 2 in the housing 1. If considering disposing the detergent dispensing box in the right upper space of the outer cylinder 2 in the housing 1, the evaporator 441 and the condenser 442 can be disposed in the left upper space of the outer cylinder 2 in the housing 1.

[0042] The evaporator 441 and the condenser 442 in this embodiment are disposed in the limited space in the housing 1. To ensure the drying efficiency and drying effect of the evaporator 441 and the condenser 442, the existing regular rectangular or square evaporator 441 and condenser 442 are not suitable for fully utilizing the inner space of the housing 1, and cannot meet the drying efficiency.

[0043] Therefore, the shape of the heat exchange main body of the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 in this embodiment is adaptive to the space between the housing 1 and the outer cylinder 2, that is to say, the shape of the overall structure of the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 is adaptively designed according to an installation space, and is not a regular rectangle any more, so that the installation space in the housing can be fully utilized, and the heat exchange efficiency can be ensured.

[0044] As an optional implementation of this embodiment, the heat exchange main body of the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 in this embodiment has a first horizontal side edge close to a top wall of the housing 1 and a second horizontal side edge away from the top wall of the housing 1, as well as a first vertical side edge close to a side wall of the housing 1 on the side where the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 is located and a second vertical side edge away from the side wall of the housing 1 on the side where the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 is located, the length of the second horizontal side edge is greater than the length of the first horizontal side edge, and the height of the first vertical side edge is greater than the height of the second vertical side edge. Due to the cylindrical structure of the outer cylinder 2 and the planar structure of the housing, the horizontal length of the left upper space or the right upper space of the outer cylinder 2 in the housing 1 gradually decreases from top to bottom in a vertical direction. Therefore, to enable the heat exchange main body of the evaporator 441 and / or the condenser 442 in this embodiment to adapt to the installation space, the horizontal distance of the first horizontal side edge close to the outer cylinder 2 is set to be less than the horizontal distance of the second horizontal side edge away from the outer cylinder 2.

[0045] For the convenience of the assembly of the condenser and the evaporator, as an optional implementation of this embodiment, referring to Fig. 5, the condenser 442 and the evaporator 441 in this embodiment are integrated to form a two-device module 44, and the heat exchange main body of the condenser 442 and the evaporator 441 includes a first heat exchange part 4421 and a second heat exchange part 4421 with unequal lengths in a horizontal direction, so that the heat exchange main body of the two-device module 44 has a stepped surface with the horizontal length away from the outer cylinder greater than the horizontal length close to the outer cylinder. To better utilize the space of this part, the cross section of the heat exchange main body of the two-device module 44 is set to be a non-rectangular structure, that is, in the space, the cross section of the heat exchange main body of the two-device module 44 is set to be "L"-shaped, "7"-shaped, etc., and the two-device module 44 is placed in the space, thereby increasing the area of the cross section of the heat exchange main body of the two-device module 44 to the maximum extent to improve the heat pump drying effect.

[0046] Referring to Fig. 5, as an optional implementation of this embodiment, both the evaporator 441 and the condenser 442 have a first heat exchange part 4451 away from the outer cylinder 2 and a second heat exchange part 4452 close to the outer cylinder 2, the first heat exchange part 4451 is formed by inserting a first heat exchange pipe 4453 with a first length into a first fin, the second heat exchange part 4452 is formed by inserting a second heat exchange pipe 4455 with a second length into a second fin, and the length of the first heat exchange pipe 4453 is greater than the length of the second heat exchange pipe 4455.

[0047] In this embodiment, the first heat exchange part 4453 is communicated with the second heat exchange part 4452 through a third heat exchange pipe 4454, and the third heat exchange pipe 4454 includes a first pipe section inserted in the first fin and having the same length as the first heat exchange pipe 4453, a second pipe section inserted in the second fin and having the same length as the second heat exchange pipe 4455, and a third pipe section communicated with the first pipe section and the second pipe section.

[0048] The two-device module 44 in this embodiment includes a condenser 441 and an evaporator 442 which are both obtained by inserting copper pipes into fins and are respectively configured to generate heat and absorb heat. By means of the space enclosed by the outer cylinder 2 and the housing 1, the area of the cross section of the heat exchange main body of the two-device module 44 is maximized, and the two-device module 44 is placed in the space. The heat exchange main body of the evaporator 441 and the condenser 442 is in a stepped shape, copper pipe flow path is inserted in fin, and stepped cross section is connected through a long and short U-shaped third heat exchange pipe 4454, so that the copper pipe flow path of the stepped surface is communicated. Due to an integrated structure, the evaporator 441 and the condenser 442 are easy to assemble. Furthermore, the communication of the copper pipe flow paths is realized as single input single output, and the utilization of a heat pump cold medium is improved.

[0049] Further, the two-device assembly in this embodiment includes a two-device box, and the two-device module 44 is disposed in the two-device box; and the two-device box is fixed on the housing 1 and located in the left upper space or the right upper space of the outer cylinder 2, and there is a gap between the two-device box and an outer cylinder circumferential wall of the outer cylinder 2. The two-device box in this embodiment includes a two-device box body 443 and a two-device box cover 444. The inside of the two-device box body 443 has an inner accommodating cavity with an open end, the two-device box cover 444 covers the opening of the two-device box body 443 to form a closed space, and the two-device module 44 is placed in the inner closed space of the two-device box. Similarly, the space between the outer cylinder 2 and the housing 1 is utilized, the space is called an effective space, and a certain safety gap is reserved between the two-device box and the outer cylinder 2 as well as the housing 1 respectively.

[0060] Further, the two-device box 447 in this embodiment includes a box circumferential side wall and a box bottom wall, the box circumferential side wall and the box bottom wall enclose an opening accommodating space for accommodating the two-device module, the box bottom wall and the outer cylinder 2 are oppositely disposed at a gap, and the two-device box air inlet 4431 is disposed on the box circumferential side wall facing the drying airflow and is close to the box bottom wall. In this embodiment, according to the principle of hot air rising, the two-device box air inlet 4431 is disposed on the bottom of the two-device box to enable the humid and hot drying airflow to rise to be in more full contact with the two-device module 445, thereby improving the drying efficiency.

[0061] Specifically, the two-device box in this embodiment includes a first box side wall facing the drying airflow and a second box side wall opposite to the first box side wall, and the box bottom wall is a concave arc surface which is concave towards the inner accommodating space of the two-device box; and the two-device box air inlet 4431 is disposed on the first box side wall and is close to the box bottom wall, and the two-device box also has a two-device box air outlet disposed on the second box side wall.

[0068] In addition, an inner side circumferential wall of the two-device box body 443 in this embodiment is configured with a two-device corner limiting block 44311 for circumferential limiting of the installation of the two-device module, and the two-device corner limiting block 44311 abuts against the corner of the two-device module for circumferential limiting to prevent circumferential shaking.

[0069] The two-device box body 443 in this embodiment is further configured with a two-device box stud 44312 for achieving the fixed connection and assembly with the two-device box cover 444.

[0070] As an optional implementation of this embodiment, a bottom wall of the two-device box 447 in this embodiment is configured with a condensed water discharge joint 44313 for discharging condensed water, and the water discharge direction of the condensed water discharge joint 44313 is consistent with the flow direction of the drying air in the two-device box 447. The specific solution is as follows: Referring to Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 and Fig. 14 to Fig. 18, this embodiment provides a clothes treatment device having a heat pump drying function, including: an outer cylinder 2, wherein the top of the outer cylinder 2 is configured with an air outlet 22; a housing 1, wherein the outer cylinder 2 is disposed in an inner space of the housing 1; and a heat pump module including an evaporator, a condenser, a heat exchange air duct and a fan assembly 43 which are disposed in the space between the part above the outer cylinder 2 and the housing 1, wherein the evaporator and the condenser are disposed in the heat exchange air duct, a fan air inlet of the fan assembly 43 is communicated with the air outlet 22 on the outer cylinder 2, a fan air outlet of the fan assembly 43 is fixedly connected to an air duct air inlet of the heat exchange air duct directly to form an integrated connecting structure, and an air duct air outlet of the heat exchange air duct is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder 2.

[0074] The heat pump module described in this embodiment is composed of a two-device assembly, a heat exchange air duct, a fan assembly 43, and an air guiding assembly, wherein the two-device assembly 43 includes a condenser 442 and an evaporator 441 which are respectively configured to generate heat and absorb heat and are both obtained by inserting copper pipes into fins; and the two-device assembly is connected to a compressor 451 through copper pipes to form a complete two-device flow path.

[0075] Support ribs capable of placing the two-device assembly are disposed in the heat exchange air duct assembly, and the two-device assembly is completely placed in the heat exchange air duct assembly. It is also ensured that the ventilation area is not affected, and the movement of the two-device assembly is limited through surrounding ribs and sponge strips, so that the degree of freedom of the two-device assembly is completely limited. Furthermore, the heat exchange air duct assembly is connected with the air guiding assembly 446 and the fan assembly 43 and is communicated with the outer cylinder to form a complete heat pump drying circulation air path. Moreover, the heat exchange air duct serves as a channel for air path circulation.

[0076] The two-device assembly is located in a position between the outer cylinder and the housing, the outer cylinder has a cylindrical structure, the housing has a planar structure, and the space structure for placing the two-device assembly is a space formed by an arc surface and a plane. On the premise of ensuring the height of the whole machine, based on the space, the two-device assembly is maximized to improve the heat pump drying effect.

[0077] Furthermore, a safety gap is reserved between the heat exchange air duct assembly and the outer cylinder, and the two-device assembly is maximized in the effective space between the outer cylinder and the housing to increase the heat exchange area of fins and improve the drying efficiency.

[0078] Correspondingly, in the two-device assembly, the evaporator is located at a position behind the fan assembly, and the fan assembly can enable the humid and hot air in the outer cylinder to be blown into the evaporator and the condenser. After the air passes through the evaporator, the water in the air is condensed; under the action of gravity, the condensed water flows to the bottom of the heat exchange air duct along the fins, and the condensed water is discharged through the ribs disposed on the bottom of the heat exchange air duct; and when the air passes through the condenser, heat is generated through the condenser, so that the cold and dry air flowing through the condenser is converted into hot and dry air which enters the outer cylinder again through a first connecting element.

[0079] The heat pump module is attached to the housing, and the heat pump module is fixed to the housing, so that the heat pump module is not affected by the vibration of the outer cylinder.

[0080] In this embodiment, the fan assembly 43 is fixedly connected to the heat exchange air duct configured with the evaporator and the condenser inside to form an integrated structure. When the integrated module formed by the evaporator, the condenser and the fan assembly is integrally installed in the housing 1, the problems of complicated assembly and high assembly accuracy requirements caused by separately installing the evaporator, the condenser, the heat exchange air duct and the fan assembly 43 into the housing respectively are avoided. Furthermore, by installing the integrated module, the required inner installation space of the housing 1 can be reduced, the utilization of the inner space of the housing 1 can be improved, and the height of the whole washing machine can be reduced.

[0081] Referring to Fig. 15, in this embodiment, the outer circumference of the fan outlet is configured with a first buckle structure 431 and a first assembly hole 432, and the outer circumference of the air duct air inlet of the heat exchange air duct is configured with a second slot structure 44315 and a second assembly hole 44316. The fan air outlet and the air duct air inlet are pre-fixed by clamping the first buckle structure 431 with the second slot structure 44315, and then, a connecting element penetrates through the first assembly hole 432 and is fastened on the second assembly hole 44316 to fixedly connect the fan air outlet with the air duct air inlet, so that the evaporator, the condenser, the heat exchange air duct and the fan assembly are assembled into the integrated module.

[0082] In this embodiment, by means of combination of the buckle and screws, the buckle structure is designed for facilitating the pre-fixation during assembly, and then, the screws are used for fastening.

[0083] Further, to improve the sealing performance of connection between the fan air outlet and the air duct air inlet to prevent air leakage, in this embodiment, a sealing ring 46 is disposed between the fan air outlet and the air duct air inlet, and an annular sealing groove for assembling the sealing ring is disposed in the fan air outlet and / or the air duct air inlet.

[0084] As an optional implementation of this embodiment, in this embodiment, to solve the fixed installation of the fan assembly 43 in the housing, referring to Fig. 15, Fig. 16 and Fig. 18, the fan assembly includes a volute, a fan impeller 4310 and a fan motor 438. The fan impeller 4310 is disposed in the volute, the fan motor 438 is disposed on the volute, a motor shaft of the fan motor 4310 extends into the volute and is connected to the fan impeller 4310, the fan air inlet is disposed on the volute, the fan air inlet and the fan impeller have the same central axis, the fan air outlet is disposed on the volute, and the central axis of the fan air outlet is perpendicular to the central axis of the fan impeller. The volute is fixedly installed on the housing 1, and the fan assembly 43 is eccentrically disposed in the right upper space of the outer cylinder 2. In this embodiment, the fan assembly 43 is fixedly installed on the housing 1, and because the fan assembly, the evaporator 441, the condenser 442 and the heat exchange air duct are assembled into the integrated module, the evaporator 441, the condenser 442 and the heat exchange air duct are also fixedly installed on the housing 1.

[0085] Further, the housing 1 includes a frame assembly 11, the frame assembly includes a rear frame plate 111 and a left frame plate 113 and a right frame plate 112 which are fixed at both ends of the rear frame plate 111 and are disposed oppositely, and the volute is at least fixedly installed on the rear frame plate 111 and the right frame plate 112. In this embodiment, the fixed installation of the fan assembly 43 in at least two directions is achieved through the rear frame plate 111 and the right frame plate 112, thereby ensuring the assembly stability of the fan assembly 43.

[0086] Specifically, the volute includes an upper volute 434 and a lower volute 4311. The corner frame plate 114 in this embodiment not only achieves the fixed installation of the fan assembly 43 to make the installation of the fan assembly 43 more stable, but also increases the overall strength of the frame assembly to ensure the stability of the whole washing machine.

[0088] In this embodiment, multi-directional fixed structures such as the lapping platform and the fixed column are designed on the structure of the fan assembly. Through the analysis of the fixing stability and the force angle, the multi-directional fixed structures such as the lapping platform and the fixed column need to be disposed within a position range of no less than one-third of the diameter of the fan assembly, and are fixed on the box body of the whole machine through screw fasteners. When the vibration of the box body of the whole machine is caused during washing or dehydration of the outer cylinder, the multi-directional fixed structures can effectively ensure the stability of the fan assembly.

[0089] In a drying process, the fan motor 4310 drives the fan impeller 4310 to rotate at a certain speed, and the fan impeller 4310 under high-speed operation drives the internal circulation movement of the drying airflow, so that the airflow is sucked into the fan assembly 43 from the outer cylinder 2 and then flows to a heat exchange module at a certain speed to form the air flow in a drying air duct.

[0090] The drying process in this embodiment means that during drying, the fan assembly 43 will operate at a high speed through the fan motor 4310, and the airflow in a loop is sucked into the fan assembly 43 through the air outlet from the outer cylinder 2, and then is driven by the fan motor 4310 with a high rotation speed of the fan assembly 43 to make a centrifugal movement at a certain speed to enter the heat exchange air duct. Then, the airflow enters the outer cylinder 2 again and continues to be sucked into the drying loop by the fan assembly 43 to circulate continuously.

[0091] Referring to Fig. 18, the fan air inlet in this embodiment is communicated with the air outlet 22 on an outer cylinder body 23 of the outer cylinder 2 through a flexible adapter 41. The fan assembly 43 is fixed on the frame assembly 11, and the outer cylinder body 23 will vibrate during the operation of the washing machine, so that the communication between the outer cylinder body 23 and the fan assembly 43 is achieved through the flexible adapter 41 to avoid the damage caused by the interaction force between the outer cylinder body 23 during vibration and the fan assembly 43.

[0092] Further, in this embodiment, the center of the air outlet 22 is disposed on a central axis surface at the top of the outer cylinder body 23 and is close to a rear cylinder part, the flexible adapter 41 has a first connecting port connected with the air outlet 22 and a second connecting port connected with the fan air inlet, and there is an eccentric distance between the central axis of the first connecting port and the central axis of the second connecting port.

[0093] In this embodiment, the first connecting port is in fastening connection with the air outlet through a first fastening clamp 437, and the second connecting port is in fastening connection with the fan air inlet through a second fastening clamp 436.

[0094] Specifically, in this embodiment, a rubber adapter is used as the flexible adapter 41 of the fan assembly to connect the drying air duct and the outer cylinder; and by means of the stretchability and ductility of the rubber adapter, when the vibration or multi-directional force pulling occurs during washing, dehydration and other programs of the outer cylinder, the drying air duct is not affected by the vibration, and a complete and closed circulation air path system is maintained.

[0095] The rubber adapter in this embodiment is disposed on the top of the outer cylinder and is configured to connect the fan assembly and the outer cylinder. The connected position at the top of the outer cylinder is called an air outlet, wherein the placement method of the fan assembly is to form a certain included angle with the horizontal plane (within the range of 0 to 90°). The first connecting element 511 is disposed in front of the outer cylinder and is configured to connect the air guiding assembly 446 and the outer cylinder. In this assembly, the rubber adapter and the first connecting element are both flexible structures and materials capable of generating movement routes.

[0096] Correspondingly, the air outlet is disposed on the top of the outer cylinder to reduce the length of an air circulation path, thereby reducing the resistance of the drying circulation air path, improving the drying efficiency, and also playing a role of the circulation air path.

[0097] A first filter screen 411 needs to be disposed on the air outlet to filter the debris generated in the drying process.Embodiment 4
