Abstract

The invention relates to a pouring device comprising a pourer (2) which is connected to a container (12, 12a, 12b) or at least can be connected to a container (12, 12a, 12b), and which has a pouring nozzle (4) which is arranged around a nozzle axis (5), and a closure cap (1) which is arranged around a cap axis (3), and at least one retaining strap (1d) which is connected in one piece to the closure cap (1) and by way of which the closure cap (1) is fastened to the pourer (2), in particular to the pourer nozzle (4) of the pourer (2), wherein at least one retaining element (7) is arranged on the pourer (2), by way of which retaining element (7) the at least one retaining strap (1d) can be held, it being possible, in particular, for the at least one retaining strap (1d) to be retained at an axial position predefined by the retaining element (7). Furthermore, the invention relates to a container, in particular a bottle (12b) or a bag (12a) with a pouring device of this type.
