Description
[0001] The invention relates to a furniture pull-out, in particular for a tall cabinet, with a furniture part that can be pulled out from a furniture carcass, which is mounted on a pull-out rail so that it can be pulled out in one direction and pushed in against the direction of pull-out, and is pivotable about a vertical axis in a fully extended position, and with a locking device on the pull-out rail that allows the furniture part to pivot only in the fully extended position and to be pushed in only in an unpivoted basic position.
[0002] A typical tall cabinet pull-out consists of a cabinet section with a fully enclosed frame, between whose vertical frame members baskets, compartments, or similar items can be inserted. Items can be arranged in these baskets, compartments, or similar items. In its initial position, the cabinet section is aligned parallel to the pull-out direction. When fully extended, the cabinet section can be pivoted, making these items more easily accessible. The locking mechanism is designed so that pivoting is only possible when the cabinet pull-out is fully extended. Retracting the cabinet from the fully extended position is only possible with the cabinet section in its fixed initial position. This prevents incorrect operation and any resulting damage to the cabinet pull-out.
[0003] Such furniture pull-outs for tall cabinets are known, for example, from EP 1 820 422 A1. For this purpose, the pull-out guide has a locking device with a locking lever. When the tall cabinet pull-out is pivoted, the locking lever is tilted in such a way that it interacts with a stop fixed to the cabinet body to lock the pull-out against being pushed in. With the cabinet in its home position and the pull-out not fully extended, the locking lever is secured against tilting. The cabinet is fixed in its home position.
[0004] Another furniture pull-out for tall cabinets is known from EP 1 479 318 B1, or from EP 1 972 229 A1.
[0005] The object of the invention is to provide a furniture pull-out with an alternative locking mechanism that is more convenient to use and simpler and more cost-effective to manufacture. According to the invention, this is achieved by a furniture pull-out with the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
[0006] In the furniture extension according to the invention, the locking device comprises a locking slide that can be moved vertically between a locking position and a release position by the extendable furniture section, which is pivotable about a vertical axis. The vertical direction here is parallel to the vertical axis about which the furniture section can pivot. The locking device is actuated by pivoting the furniture section. The furniture extension is easy and intuitive to operate. Such a locking device, and thus the corresponding furniture extension, is very simple and inexpensive to manufacture.
[0007] Preferably, the locking device includes a locking element that secures the locking slide when the furniture drawer is not fully extended. The locking element prevents the locking slide from moving. The locking slide is only released when the furniture drawer is fully extended. Since the furniture component and the locking slide are designed and arranged such that pivoting the furniture component is only possible when the locking slide is moved, the extendable and pivotable furniture component can only be pivoted when the furniture drawer is in a fully extended position. This secures the furniture drawer against incorrect operation. The ease of use of the furniture drawer is further improved.
[0008] Preferably, the locking element prevents the locking slide from shifting by blocking its movement when the drawer is not fully extended. In particular, the locking element is positioned at least partially within the locking slide's path. This reliably prevents the locking slide from shifting as long as the drawer is not fully extended. This further improves the operating safety and ease of use of the drawer.

The V-shaped guide contour allows the actuating element to cause vertical movement both upwards and downwards, and to pivot the furniture component from its home position on either side about the vertical axis. Claims
1. A furniture pull-out, in particular for a tall cabinet, with a furniture part (6) which can be pulled out of a furniture body, which can be pulled out on a pull-out rail (16) in a pull-out direction (A) and can be pushed in against the pull-out direction (A) and swiveled around a vertical axis in a fully pulled-out position, and with a blocking device (30) on the pull-out rail (16) which allows swiveling of the furniture part (6) only in the fully pulled-out position and insertion only in a non-swiveled basic position, characterized in that the blocking device (30) has a blocking slide (34) which can be moved vertically by swiveling the furniture part (6) in its fully pulled-out position in such a way that it blocks the insertion of the furniture part (6) when not in the basic position.

The furniture pull-out as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the blocking device (30) contains a blocking element (38) which prevents displacement of the blocking slide (34) when the furniture part (6) is not in the fully pulled-out position, wherein the blocking slide (34) and the furniture part (6) are designed in such a way that swiveling of the furniture part (6) is only possible together with a displacement of the blocking slide (34).

The furniture pull-out as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the blocking element (38) blocks the displacement path of the blocking slide (34) when the furniture part (6) is not in the completely pulled-out position, in particular it is at least partially arranged in the displacement path of the blocking slide (34).
4. The furniture pull-out as claimed in claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the blocking device (30) has a deactivator (40) which actuates the blocking element (38) when the furniture part (6) is pulled out into the fully pulled-out position to release the displacement of the blocking slide (34).
5. The furniture pull-out as claimed in claims 3 and 4, characterized in that the deactivator (40) is in the form of a stop that removes the blocking element (38) from the displacement path of the blocking slide (34) when the furniture part (6) is pulled out to the fully pulled-out position.

The furniture pull-out as claimed in any one of the previous claims, characterized in that the furniture pull-out contains a stop block (44) which interacts with the blocking slide (34) pushed out by the furniture part (6) which is swiveled out of the basic position in the fully pulled-out position in such a way that pushing in the furniture part (6) against the pull-out direction (A) is prevented.

The furniture pull-out as claimed in any one of the previous claims, characterized in that the pull-out furniture part (6) is connected to an actuating element (36) which interacts with the blocking slide (34) in such a way that the actuating element (36) displaces the blocking slide (34) vertically when the furniture part (6) is swiveled out of the basic position in such a way that it blocks the pushing in of the furniture part (6) when not in the basic position.

The furniture pull-out as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the blocking slide (34) has a guide contour (42) which with the actuating element (36) forms a guide for the controlled displacement of the blocking slide (34) when the blocking slide (34) and the actuating element (36) are engaged.
9. The furniture pull-out as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the guide contour (42) is V-shaped with outwardly widening inlet areas for the actuating element (36).
10. The furniture pull-out as claimed in any one of the previous claims, characterized in that the blocking slide (34) is mounted to displace downwards by its own weight in the direction of gravity, where it remains until it is lifted again.
11. The furniture pull-out as claimed in any one of the previous claims, including claim 6, characterized in that the pull-out rail contains at least a two-part pull-out and the stop block (44) is fixed relative to the furniture body.

The furniture pull-out as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the pull-out rail contains at least a three-part synchronized pull-out with at least a first rail segment (22) connected to the furniture part and a second rail segment (20) connecting the first rail segment (22) to a further rail segment (18), wherein the blocking slide (34) fixes two adjacent rail segments of the pulled out pull-out rail relative to each other.
13. The furniture pull-out as claimed in claim 6 and claim 12, characterized in that the first rail segment (22) and the second rail segment (20) of the pulled out pull-out rail can be fixed relative to each other and the stop block (44) is arranged on the second rail segment (20).

15. The furniture pull-out as claimed in any one of the previous claims, characterized in that the pull-out guide has a position-securing device for fixing the pull-out furniture part in at least one swivel position.
16. The furniture pull-out as claimed in claim 15, characterized in that the position securing device contains a positioning disc (26) arranged on the pull-out rail, in particular on the first rail segment (22), and a positioning pin (28) arranged on the furniture part (6).
