Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to a method for installing a drive unit of an elevator system arrangement, configured to displace at least one elevator car, on a drive bed unit supported on at least one car and counterweight guide rail, wherein the drive unit is moved to a predefined / predefinable height position by means of a / the elevator car of the elevator system arrangement. Furthermore, the present invention relates to an elevator system arrangement configured accordingly for such a method. Last but not least, the present invention also relates to advantageous uses of assembly / installation aids for such a method or in such an elevator system arrangement. In particular, the invention relates to methods and devices according to the preamble of the respective independent claim. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] One challenge in the construction of elevator systems is to install the drive unit, which is intended to move at least one elevator car, in the elevator shaft in a safe and practical manner. Optimization options also exist with regard to the available space and space requirements, and attempts are already being made to design the device and method in such a way that no additional space (especially no additional height) needs to be provided specifically for the installation of the drive unit. This applies not only to cable-driven / cable-based drives, but also to the increasingly popular belt drives.
[0003] One concern of the (design) engineers may / should be to make the installation process as safe as possible, since they involve handling comparatively large masses at comparatively great heights, especially in the head area of each elevator shaft. In comparatively small elevator systems, the drive unit may have a mass of, for example, "only" approximately 100 kg, but it is clear that even significantly lighter drive units pose significant challenges for one or two people during installation.
[0004] According to the prior art, a drive unit is lifted, for example, by means of hoists and pivoted or moved laterally into the final desired position. An example is publication EP 1 673 302 B1, which describes an arrangement for mounting a car drive machine, wherein the car drive machine is positioned on a support and can be lifted by means of an auxiliary lifting device, wherein the support is attached by means of or to a plate so that it can be displaced transversely, so that the movement of the drive machine into the intended installation position can be facilitated based on a forklift principle. This arrangement is also characterized in that the height position changes required for moving it into the final position can be ensured by means of the elevator car, which is particularly advantageous when space is limited in the head area of the elevator shaft.
[0005] Based on the state of the art, there is a need for even simpler, leaner, and / or safer technical solutions in connection with the installation of at least one drive unit in the head area of an elevator shaft; in particular, there is interest in an improved procedure in connection with the last / final steps for moving the drive unit into its intended final position, especially in connection with the installation of comparatively small / light drive units, e.g., in the weight / mass range of 50-100 kg. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] The object is to design a method and an elevator system arrangement for installing a drive unit of the elevator system arrangement in the head area of an elevator shaft in such a way that the drive unit can be installed in a time-efficient manner and based on a simple to implement procedure, and on the other hand without great effort using standard installation aids. The object is also to provide means to be able to carry out such an installation method in such a way that the corresponding elevator system can be designed and configured as leanly as possible with regard to the requirements placed on the installation. Last but not least, the object is to design an elevator system arrangement in such a way that the installation process for the drive unit is as lean as possible and / orcan be carried out using the least possible equipment, even if there is very little space or height available in the head area of a lift shaft.
[0007] This object is achieved by a method according to claim 1 and by a device / arrangement according to the independent device claim, as well as by uses according to the independent use claim. Advantageous developments of the invention are explained in the respective subclaims. The features of the exemplary embodiments described below can be combined with one another unless explicitly stated otherwise.
[0008] A method is provided for installing a drive unit of an elevator installation arrangement, which drive unit is designed to move at least one elevator car, on a drive bed unit supported on at least one car and counterweight guide rail, wherein the drive unit is arranged by means of aa lifting device fastened at the top of the shaft in an arrangement on a / the elevator car of the elevator installation arrangement is brought to a predefined / predefinable height position; According to the invention it is proposed that a drive receptacle is mounted on a railing arranged on the roof of the elevator car, and that the drive unit is positioned on the drive receptacle at a height predefined by the railing and in a predefined transverse position with a predefined / predefinable lateral offset relative to the drive bed unit, and that the drive unit is brought by means of the elevator car to a height position corresponding to the height level of the drive bed unit, and that the drive unit is then displaced transversely, optionally manually or at least partially actuated, from the drive receptacle into the intended end position on the drive bed unit. This also makes it possible to move to just one (single) height position, in order to then move the drive unit laterally into its end position at this height position. This also eliminates the need to raise the drive unit again, either by means of the car or by means of any additional assembly aids. In this respect, the present invention makes it possible to move to the one / single height position by the elevator car and then finalize the installation process without further height adjustments. A person skilled in the art can determine the corresponding one / single height position of the car depending on the height position of the drive bed unit and the height of the railing and can specify it for the control (unit) of the elevator installation (arrangement), or a corresponding height position specification can be stored in the control.Optionally, this one / only height position predefined for the installation process of the corresponding cabin also corresponds to the stopping position on the top floor.
[0009] It has been shown that, particularly for comparatively small, lightweight drive units, a procedure can be implemented very efficiently and safely. This involves positioning the drive unit using a railing of the corresponding elevator car, both vertically and transversely, so that the drive unit can be pushed sideways, manually or at least partially actuated, into its intended end position without the need for additional assembly aids. Optionally, the drive unit can also be additionally secured; however, no translationally displaceable means are required, and neither is it necessary to lift the drive unit again nor to vertically displace the entire elevator car again.
[0010] The railing is advantageously at least waist-high, preferably at least 100 cm high, and more preferably at least 120 cm high. This also promotes advantageous spatial conditions in the head area of the shaft, both in connection with the installation process of the drive unit and in general terms, particularly with regard to the required minimum height above the intended target position of the drive unit. The railing can be removed in a simple / pragmatic manner, e.g., by folding it down.
[0011] In other words: Firstly, the drive unit is lifted in the shaft and transported by means of the cabin to the shaft head to be installed there in its intended final position. Advantageously, the drive unit is first mounted on a specially provided, temporary (drive) mount on the railing on the roof of the elevator car intended for the height adjustment. To do this, the drive unit can be moved in the shaft or lifted up to the installation position on the railing using at least one hoisting device or lifting device (manual and / or actuated). The mount is temporarily mounted or fastened / securing on the railing and / or the drive unit on the mount using screws, for example. The cabin can then be moved to a height position in which the drive unit orwhose base is arranged at the same height as a drive bed unit that ensures proper fastening, which drive bed unit rests in particular on guide rails. The drive unit can then be moved laterally / radially from the drive mount to the drive bed unit, in particular horizontally and translationally (i.e. without further height position changes being necessary). The drive unit can now be permanently fastened / installed on the drive bed unit in the intended operating position, in particular by means of screws. Optionally, the drive unit can also be leveled, in particular by means of leveling screws or by means of leveling bushings provided for this purpose on the drive bed unit and / or on the base of the drive unit. It is evident that this process requires comparatively few assembly aids and comparatively few relative positioning operations.Advantageously, the cabin with the railing is positioned transversely / laterally relative to the drive bed unit in such a way that only a minimal transverse gap results. The drive mount and drive bed unit can thus provide a virtually flat, gap-free support surface on which the drive unit can be moved transversely manually and / or actuated, particularly without additional aids for further height position changes / adjustments (not required according to the invention).
[0012] It should be understood that the temporary drive mount described here, particularly when configured as at least one angle piece, also allows for dimensioning variability in a simple manner, namely in that the lateral projection transversely from the railing can be adjusted to the intended transverse position, e.g., by laterally extending an L-shaped angle profile. However, the railing is preferably positioned relative to the drive bed unit (particularly when folded up) in such a way that the drive unit can be temporarily mounted centrally on the drive mount. This also provides a very stable and securely supported intermediate attachment for the drive unit during (height) relocation using the cabin.
[0013] It should be understood that the present disclosure illustrates the advantages of the method steps and device aspects described herein with exemplary reference to belt drives. However, these advantages can also be realized for other drive units, e.g., for cable-based drive units that are to be installed in a comparable relative position in the shaft.
[0014] According to one embodiment, the drive unit is displaced from the drive mount to the drive bed unit in a transverse offset direction at least approximately orthogonal to its longitudinal axis. This also enables positioning very close to the intended end position, accomplished by means of the cabin. In other words: the drive unit is pre-positioned in the correct / intended longitudinal orientation by means of the cabin and its arrangement on the drive mount.
[0015] According to one embodiment, the drive unit is displaced onto at least one support section arranged laterally projecting on the drive bed unit. This also facilitates adaptation of the device, e.g., depending on the size of the drive unit. For example, the drive bed unit is geometrically predefined for as many system variants as possible, and the support sections customize a lateral projection and a gap bridging function in terms of transverse extension and, if necessary, also in terms of relative position and size, up to the cabin or up to the intermediate position of the drive unit, defined by the cabin railing, when arranged on the drive mount.
[0016] According to one embodiment, the elevator car remains in the height position corresponding to the height level of the drive bed unit for or during the process of transversely displacing the drive unit. In other words: no further height position changes are made by means of the car, and preferably not by means of any other means either.
[0017] According to one embodiment, the drive unit is secured in its intended final position on the drive bed unit, particularly in conjunction with a step for leveling the drive unit. This step can be performed immediately after the transverse displacement, particularly for the purpose of immediately securing the drive unit. It should be understood that a cable winch or similar traction device or lifting unit can be suspended in the area of / on the ceiling of the shaft, by means of which the drive unit can be secured or lifted onto a scaffold or the like.
[0018] According to one embodiment, the drive mount and / or the railing are reinstalled after the drive unit has been moved into its intended final position, in particular by removing the drive mount and / or moving the railing downwards into an at least approximately horizontal position flat on the roof of the elevator car. This also ensures that the tools used to install the drive unit do not have a detrimental effect on the space requirements or other functions of the elevator assembly after installation.
[0019] The above-mentioned object is also achieved by a device / arrangement according to the corresponding independent device claim, namely by an elevator installation arrangement comprising a drive unit configured to displace at least one elevator car of the elevator installation arrangement, at least one car and counterweight guide rail in each case, a drive bed unit supported on the at least one car and counterweight guide rail, wherein the elevator installation arrangement is configured to move the drive unit by means of a lifting device in an arrangement on a / the elevator car to a predefined / predefinable height position, wherein the elevator car has a railing arranged on its roof;
[0020] According to the invention, a drive mount is arranged / can be arranged on the railing, wherein the railing with the drive mount is positioned laterally relative to the drive bed unit in a predefined transverse position, in particular such that a lateral offset between the drive mount and the drive bed unit is minimized. This results in the aforementioned advantages, in particular with regard to a particularly slim device design and a comparatively simple installation process.
[0021] According to one embodiment, at least one laterally projecting support section is provided on the drive bed unit, wherein the railing with the drive mount is positioned / positionable laterally relative to the support section in the predefined transverse position such that the lateral offset between the drive mount and the support section of the drive bed unit or between the temporarily mounted drive unit and the support section is less than 10 cm, preferably even less than 5 cm. Last but not least, this also provides a high level of process reliability and can facilitate the lateral displacement / transfer of the drive unit from the drive mount to the drive bed unit or to its support sections, even without the use of additional aids. It should be understood that this distance specification can also refer directly to the drive bed unit if laterally projecting support sections are not provided. The person skilled in the art will recognize that the specific design of the drive bed unit has no impact on the meaning and purpose of the present technical teaching; rather, the person skilled in the art can specify the transverse position defined by the railing and / or the drive mount depending on the lateral extension of the drive bed unit.
[0022] According to one embodiment, the railing with the drive mount is / can be positioned laterally relative to the support section in the predefined transverse position such that the lateral offset between the railing and the support section is less than 20 cm, preferably less than 10 cm, more preferably less than 5 cm. This can be achieved either with a permanently mounted railing or with a foldable railing. By predefining the relative transverse position of the railing with respect to the provision function of the optimal height and transverse position of the temporarily mounted drive unit, the synergistic effects described here can be achieved even more clearly through functional integration / transfer into / onto the railing.
[0023] According to one embodiment, the drive mount can be reversibly coupled to the railing, particularly by means of screws. This also facilitates the dismantling of the drive mount and promotes the synergistic utilization concept described here regarding the railing's support function.
[0024] According to one embodiment, the drive receptacle is formed by at least one angle profile, which can be coupled to the railing from above or from the side, e.g., can be inserted into the railing. This also provides particularly secure support; in particular, insertion / insertion from above can cause the temporary drive receptacle to become self-locking in the railing. Optionally, the railing or a receptacle provided on the railing and the temporary drive receptacle are designed to correspond geometrically for positive locking; this allows the process to be further streamlined, in particular by simply inserting the drive receptacle or the at least one angle profile from above without the need for further fastening.
[0025] According to one embodiment, the railing comprises a folding mechanism configured to fold the railing from a substantially vertical orientation to a substantially horizontal orientation. This also facilitates an optional structural height adjustment of the railing specifically for the drive installation process, without compromising the synergistic effects after installation. Such a folding mechanism can include a locking mechanism and / or be self-locking up to a maximum opening angle of, for example, 90 or 100°.
[0026] According to one embodiment, the drive mount is configured to align a / the longitudinal axis of the drive unit at least approximately orthogonal to the transverse offset direction. In other words, the drive mount or the railing also fulfills an alignment function, and with the relative alignment described here, the drive unit can be moved particularly close to its intended end position by means of the cabin.
[0027] According to one embodiment, the drive unit has a weight or mass in the range of 50-100 kg. It has been shown that drive units in this mass range can still be easily moved transversely without additional tools, i.e., purely manually. Especially in this mass range, the procedure described here can be implemented particularly efficiently and in a streamlined manner.
[0028] According to one embodiment, a predefined / predefinable height position approached by the elevator car for the installation of the drive unit on the drive bed unit is stored in a control unit of the elevator system arrangement depending on the height position of the drive bed unit and the height of the railing and can be retrieved for the installation process. This also facilitates the specification of a specific height position of the car specifically for the installation process.
[0029] The aforementioned object is also achieved by using a railing arranged on the roof of an elevator car for at least temporarily providing a drive receptacle for temporarily positioning a drive unit of an elevator installation arrangement, in particular an elevator installation arrangement according to the present disclosure, by means of the railing of the elevator car in a predefined / predefinable height position relative to a drive bed unit of the elevator installation arrangement supported on at least one car and counterweight guide rail, wherein the drive unit is positioned on the drive receptacle in a predefined transverse position with a predefined / predefinable lateral offset relative to the drive bed unit, that the drive unit can be moved by means of the elevator car to a height position corresponding to the height of the drive bed unit or at least a support section arranged laterally projecting thereon, for optionally manual or at least partially actuated transverse displacement of the drive unit from the drive mount to the intended end position on the drive bed unit. This allows the aforementioned advantages to be realized, particularly with regard to device and process engineering synergy effects through the inventive use of available means and possibilities.
[0030] Summary: Particularly in connection with the construction of elevator systems, one challenge is to be able to install the drive unit intended for the relocation of at least one elevator car in the elevator shaft in a safe and practical manner in the intended operating position, even in confined spaces.According to the invention, an elevator installation arrangement and a method for installing a drive unit of the elevator installation arrangement are provided, whereby the drive unit is first temporarily positioned on a railing on the car in a predefined / predefinable (transverse) position, is then displaced by means of the car into a predefined / predefinable height position corresponding to the height level of the intended operating position, and is then displaced transversely manually and / or at least partially actuated into a / the intended end position on a drive bed unit supported on at least one car and counterweight guide rail, in particular without having to be repositioned in the height direction.Last but not least, this also enables an installation process that is characterized by comparatively few and easy-to-carry out steps, in particular without the need for complex (assembly) aids. [0032] The invention will first be explained with general reference to all reference numerals and figures. Special features or individual aspects of the present invention will be discussed in connection with the respective figure.
[0033] Provided is an elevator system arrangement 30 comprising at least one elevator car 10 which can be displaced in a shaft 1 and is guided along guide rails 29 (at least one counterweight guide rail 29.1, at least one car guide rail 29.3). A balustrade 13 or a support railing or a handrail is provided on the roof 11 of the car 10, which can preferably be folded down horizontally onto the roof by means of a folding mechanism 13.1. The elevator system 20 has at least one drive unit 21, in particular a belt drive unit, which is or must be installed in a designated operating position in the head region of the shaft 1. For this purpose, a drive bed unit 25 is provided, on which at least one laterally projecting support section 26 can optionally be provided.A control unit 23 of the elevator system can be used to specify a target height position for the (respective) car 10. It should be understood that the control unit 23 can also specify a height setting for the hoisting gear 35, i.e., the control unit is not only configured to provide a control setting for the drive unit, but can also be configured to provide a control setting for assembly aids comprising the hoisting gear.
[0034] The present invention relates to the installation process of the drive unit. For this purpose, a drive mount 15 is provided, which can be fixed / coupled to the railing 13, e.g., by inserting at least one angle profile 15.1 into a corresponding, particularly form-fitting, mounting cavity of the railing 13, preferably from top to bottom. Optionally, the drive mount 15 can be secured to the railing by means of coupling elements 15.3, such as screws, particularly temporarily for the process of relocating the drive unit, so that it can be dismantled as quickly as possible afterwards.
[0035] The railing or drive mount is positioned in a predefinable / predefined transverse position R13, and the drive bed unit or support section is also positioned in a predefined transverse position R26. These transverse positions are coordinated to ensure the smallest possible lateral offset ΔR (in the transverse direction) between the railing and the support section or drive bed unit. This also facilitates an installation process in which additional installation aids can be dispensed with during transverse displacement.
[0036] The installation process described here can be divided into six or seven steps: first step S1 Mounting a drive mount on the support rail or on the railing; second step S2Insert the drive unit into the shaft, in particular by means of a lifting device 35 (hoisting means), which is suspended, for example, from the ceiling of the shaft 1 and can also move the entire cabin; third step S3 Positioning and securing / fastening the drive unit on the drive mount, in particular in an alignment with its longitudinal axis X21 orthogonal to the transverse displacement direction according to step S5; fourth step S4 Moving the elevator car together with the drive unit (first movement section / path M1), in particular by means of the hoisting device, in particular with the drive mount, to the height position Z25 of the drive bed unit or to its mounting surface; fifth step S5 Move the drive unit laterally (crosswise) to the drive bed unit (second movement section / path M2); sixth / seventh step S6 / S7 Fixing / leveling the drive unit;
[0037] In this respect, the method according to the invention is also characterized in that, after temporarily securing the drive unit on the drive mount, in a first step a displacement in the vertical direction z takes place exclusively by means of the cabin, and that thereafter only a displacement of the drive unit in the lateral (transverse) direction r takes place; in this respect, the movement path of the drive unit from the time of mounting on the drive mount is, figuratively speaking, L-shaped.
[0038] In the intended operating position on the drive bed unit 25, the drive unit can be fastened or aligned by means of fastening means 31 such as screw connections and optionally also by means of leveling means 33, in particular screw connections (steps S6 and S7).
[0039] In Fig. 1A drive mount 15 comprising two L-shaped brackets 15.1 is shown, which is inserted from above into the vertically aligned railing or into a railing profile. The drive mount 15 is reversibly coupled to the railing (screws 15.3). The drive unit 21 rests on the drive mount 15.
[0040] In Fig. 2 The installation process is illustrated by the two movement arrows M1 and M2. The drive unit, temporarily positioned on the drive mount, is moved to the desired height position by means of the cabin or a lifting device attached to the cabin (vertical movement direction M1), from where it is moved transversely to the final position on the drive bed unit 25 (horizontal or radial movement direction M2).
[0041] In Fig. 3Details regarding the fastening of the drive unit in the intended final operating position on the drive bed unit 25 are shown. In this example, leveling screws 35 are guided from above through the base of the drive unit 21 and interact with the top of the drive bed unit 25 (compressive force). Corresponding passages for the fastening screws 31 are provided in the drive bed unit 25 or in the corresponding receiving / mounting plate of the drive bed unit 25 or the support sections 26.
[0042] In Fig. 4 It is evident that the drive unit can be moved by means of the railing into an advantageously close height and transverse position relative to the final operating position on the drive bed unit.
[0043] Fig. 5 shows schematically individual steps of the installation process described here. Fig. 5also makes it clear that those phases in which the drive unit is handled are only specified by steps S2 to S5, i.e. the drive unit must be handled in only comparatively few steps and preferably in directly consecutive steps, whereby a particularly lean and safe process can be realized.
