Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a display device for a sash, window, French window or the like that can be tilted relative to a frame, with a frame-side fitting part and a sash-side fitting part that can be moved relative to the frame-side fitting part between a tilt position and a closed position, with a display scissor of one fitting part that connects the fitting parts to one another in the tilt position, with a control pin arranged on a longitudinally displaceable drive rod that controls the movement of the display scissor, with a recess arranged at a free end of a display arm of the display scissor for receiving a bearing pin of the other fitting part, and with an auxiliary link that supports the display arm on a fixed sleeve of one fitting part.
[0002] Such a projection device is known, for example, from DE 10 2014 221 293 B3. This projection device has a control link for positively controlling the sash when the control pin is driven. The receptacle for the bearing pin is permanently open. However, the bearing pin should only be able to be moved out of or into the longitudinal guide in the closed position, when the sash is in the frame. Accidental falling of the bearing pin out of the recess would compromise the stability of the projection device.
[0003] The invention is based on the problem of developing a display device of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that it reliably prevents the bearing pin from accidentally falling out of the recess.
[0004] This problem is solved according to the invention in that the extension arm has a securing element, that the securing element is movable between an open position in which an opening of the recess for the passage of the bearing pin is released, and a closed position in which the opening for the passage of the bearing pin is closed, and that the movement of the extension arm is designed to drive the securing element.
[0005] This design ensures that the opening in the recess is closed by the locking element when the sash is tilted. This reliably prevents the bearing pin from accidentally falling out of the recess. The locking element is driven by the movement of the extension arm, so that when the sash is in the closed position within the frame, the bearing pin can be easily inserted into or removed from the recess through the released opening. In the locked position, the opening only needs to be closed to the extent that the bearing pin is held in the recess.
[0006] According to an advantageous development of the invention, the control of the securing element as a function of the pivoting movement of the extension arm is particularly simple if the securing element has a ramp and if a fixed control pin extends into the range of motion of the ramp. This design determines the position of the securing element by the position of the extension arm, so that the opening is only accessible to the bearing pin in the closed position. The control pin is preferably attached to the sleeve. The ramp can have a recess for receiving the control pin in the position that opens the opening.
[0007] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the guidance of the securing element is particularly simple in design if the extension arm has a longitudinal guide for guiding a projection of the securing element. This ensures linear movement of the securing element.
[0008] According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the movement of the locking element upon removal from the control pin can be easily ensured if the locking element is preloaded into the closed position. A coil spring or spring is preferably suitable for preloading.
[0009] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the extension scissors can be driven via the drive rod if the extension scissors has a joint socket and, together with the control pin, forms a lever drive for the movement between the tilted position and the closed position. This mounting of the control pin on the joint socket of the extension scissors enables the transmission of the longitudinal movement of the drive rod to the pivoting movement of the extension scissors. The mounting also enables the extension scissors to be driven in both directions, both into the tilted position and the closed position.
[0010] According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the introduction of a torque into the extension scissor by the drive via the drive rod is particularly simple if the joint socket is offset from a bearing of the driven component of the extension arm or the auxiliary link transversely to the direction of movement of the control pin. As a result, the extension device has a lever arrangement with a first lever arm between the joint socket and the bearing of the driven component and a second lever arm between the bearing of the driven component and a bearing connecting the extension arm to the auxiliary link.
[0011] The extension arm could be driven directly by the control pin. However, according to another advantageous development of the invention, the extension mechanism is particularly simple in design if the joint socket is arranged on the auxiliary link.
[0012] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the drive rod can assume additional positions in addition to driving the extension scissors if the socket has an insertion opening for inserting the control pin into the closed position. This design allows the control pin to be inserted into the socket via the insertion opening. As soon as the control pin engages the socket, the extension scissors are driven.
[0013] The creation of the joint socket with the insertion opening is particularly simple in terms of construction if the joint socket is C-shaped.
[0014] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the opening device enables the locking of the movement of the opening scissors in the one fitting part if the opening scissors has a locking groove for receiving the control pin between the closed position and a locking position in which the opening scissors is locked in the one fitting part.
[0015] The invention permits numerous embodiments. To further clarify its basic principle, one of them is shown in the drawing and is described below. This shows in Fig. 1a display device in a closed position, Fig. 2the display device from Figure 1 in a side view, Fig.3 the display device from Figure 1 in a tilted position, Fig.4 the display device Figure 1 in a locked position.
[0016] Figure 1shows a projection device 1 for a sash 3 that can be tilted against a frame 2 in a central position indicating a closed position. In this closed position, the sash 3 lies in the frame 2. The projection device 1 has a frame-side fitting part 4 and a sash-side fitting part 5. Of the frame-side fitting part 4, only a bearing pin 6 fastened to the frame 2 is shown in a simplified manner. The sash-side fitting part 5 has a face plate 7 that is firmly connected to the sash 3 and a drive rod 8 that is guided longitudinally on the face plate 7. The drive rod 8 carries a control pin 10 that passes through an elongated hole 9 in the face plate 7. The face plate 7 is composed of a face plate rail 11 and a bracket 12 fastened to the face plate rail 11. A projection scissor 13 is mounted on the face plate 7.
[0017] The extension scissors 13 have an extension arm 15 guided in a slot 14 of the boom 12 of the cuff 7 and an auxiliary link 16. The extension arm 15 and the auxiliary link 16 are connected to one another via a first bearing 17. A second bearing 18 supports the extension arm 15 in the slot 14 of the boom 12 of the cuff 7. A third bearing 19 supports the auxiliary link 16 on the boom 12 of the cuff 7. The auxiliary link 16 also has a joint socket 20 opposite the control pin 10. The joint socket 20 is C-shaped and has an insertion opening 30 opposite the control pin 10.
[0018] The free end of the extension arm 15 has a recess 21 for receiving the bearing pin 6. A securing element 22 guided in the extension arm 15 is located directly in front of an opening 23 of the recess 21. The securing element 22 has a ramp 24, against which a control pin 25 fastened to the sleeve 7 rests. Furthermore, the extension arm 15 has a longitudinal guide 26 for a projection 27 of the securing element 22 and supports a spring element 28 for preloading the securing element 22 in the direction of the opening 23.
[0019] In the illustrated closed position, the extension arm 15 lies parallel above the face plate 7. The control pin 10 is located in a locking groove 29 of the extension arm 15 and thus blocks the movement of the extension scissor 13. The opening 23 of the recess 21 is released for the insertion or removal of the bearing pin 6, so that the sash 3 can be moved, for example, into a rotational position relative to the frame 2 or displaced relative to it.
[0020] Figure 2 clarifies the arrangement of the Figure 1 described components.
[0021] If you move from the Figure 1 shown central position, the control pin 10 is driven by the drive rod 8 into the joint socket 20, this first comes out of the locking groove 29 and thus releases the movement of the extension scissors 13. Then the control pin 10 drives the extension scissors 13 via the joint socket 20 until it moves into the Figure 3shown position. This in Figure 3 The position of the opening device 1 shown forms a tilted position in which the sash 3 is tilted from the frame 2.
[0022] In this case, the bearing 18 of the extension arm 15 on the sleeve 7 is moved in the slot 14. The control pin 10 and the joint socket 20 form, together with the bearings 17, 19 of the auxiliary link 16, a lever drive for the forced control of the extension scissors 13 between the Figure 1 and 3 positions shown.
[0023] By pivoting the extension arm 15, the ramp 24 of the securing element 22 also moves away from the control pin 25. This releases the movement of the securing element 22, and it is moved into the opening 23 of the recess 21 by the force of the spring element 28. The bearing pin 6 is thus held in the recess 21 and cannot be accidentally removed.
[0024] If you move from the center position Figure 1 the control pin 10 by driving the drive rod 8 away from the joint socket 20, the control pin 10 is moved far into the locking groove 29 and blocks the movement of the extension scissors 13. This position forms a locking position of the extension device 1 and is shown in Figure 4 During the movement of the control pin 10 between the positions shown in the Figure 1 and 4 In the positions shown, further locks of the wing 3 in the frame 2, not shown, can be controlled via the drive rod 8.
