Abstract
Description
[0001] Ejection device
[0002] The present invention relates to an ejection device for a movable furniture part, with an ejection element for ejecting a movable furniture part from a closed position into an open starting position, a force accumulator for pretensioning the ejection element in the opening direction, a locking mechanism for locking the ejection element in the closed position with tensioned force accumulator, a tensioning element which can be moved by the movable furniture part from the open starting position in the opening direction for tensioning the force accumulator, wherein the ejection element can be moved by the movable furniture part from the open starting position in the closing direction for tensioning the force accumulator.
[0003] DE 20 2010 009 797 U1 discloses a device for moving a furniture part, in which a force accumulator exerts a force on the furniture part in the opening direction so that it can be moved from a closed position into a first opening position. From this first opening position, upon movement of the furniture part in the opening direction, a first charging control means can then control the charging mechanism to charge the force accumulator, so that after charging, the charging mechanism can then be moved further in the opening direction. Furthermore, second charging control means are provided, which charge the charging mechanism upon movement of the furniture part in the closing direction. As a result, the furniture can be moved from the first opening position in both the opening and closing directions in order to be charged. The lever mechanism for implementing the charging mechanism is comparatively complex, and there is also the problem that when the energy storage device is being charged, an abrupt drop in force occurs when the movable furniture part moves in the opening direction at the end of the charging process when the charged energy storage device is locked. This is perceived as unpleasant by the operator.
[0004] DE 10 2015 106 781 A1 discloses an ejection device for a movable furniture part, which has a compact design and by means of which a movable furniture part can be moved from a closed position to an open position. A force accumulator of the ejection device can be locked in the tensioned position via a locking mechanism, whereby the force accumulator can be loaded via a movable furniture part during both an opening and a closing direction. Here, too, the problem exists that the force required to load the force accumulator increases, while a movement of the furniture part in the opening direction results in a rather abrupt drop in the force required to tension the force accumulator.
[0005] It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an ejection device for a movable furniture part which has improved handling when opening and closing a movable furniture part.
[0006] This object is achieved by an ejection device having the features of claim 1.
[0007] In the ejection device according to the invention, a clamping element can be moved via the movable furniture part in the opening direction from an open starting position in order to clamp an energy storage device. The clamping element is connected to a transmission gear with which the force for clamping the energy storage device can be varied depending on the travel. As a result, the transmission gear can be used to change the force for clamping the energy storage device, so that an abrupt interruption of force when adjusting or locking the energy storage device in the clamped position can be virtually avoided. The transmission gear makes the loading process for the energy storage device more flexible when moving the clamping element.
[0008] Preferably, the distance traveled by the clamping element from the open starting position in the opening direction to tension the energy storage device is longer than the distance traveled by the ejection element from the open starting position in the closing direction. The longer distance allows the loading process to be distributed when moving the clamping element, so that less total force is required to load the energy storage device from the starting position using the clamping element than with the ejection element. The work required to tension the energy storage device remains the same between the open starting position and the tensioned position of the energy storage device, if the latter is locked via a locking mechanism. Depending on the direction of movement of the movable furniture part, the energy storage device can be loaded either via the clamping element or the ejection element. In a preferred embodiment, the force required to tension the energy storage device decreases when the tensioning element moves from its open starting position in the opening direction. This improves handling because the user initially has to exert greater forces to tension the energy storage device via the tensioning element when the movable furniture part moves in the opening direction. However, this force then decreases with increasing movement in the opening direction. This enables a smoother transition between the end of the tensioning process and the freewheel, in which the energy storage device is locked in the tensioned position via the locking mechanism.
[0009] The transmission gear preferably comprises a rotating part that is coupled to the clamping element and the ejection element and via which the clamping element and the ejection element can be moved in opposite directions. The rotating part can comprise at least one eccentric to enable flexible transmission. The rotating part preferably has two spiral gears, wherein a first gear engages with a rack on the ejection element and a second gear engages with a rack on the clamping element. When the rotating part moves, the ejection element and the clamping element are thus moved in opposite directions via the engagement of the racks. Instead of racks and gears, friction wheels and other power transmission means can also be used. The rotating part can also be formed in one piece, so that both gears are formed integrally with one another.
[0010] Preferably, the rotating part is rotatably mounted on a pivotable lever. This allows a rotational axis of the rotating part to be pivoted via the pivotable lever when the ejection element and the clamping element move. This allows the distance between the rotational axis of the rotating part and the racks to be varied, thus changing the gear ratio. The distance between the racks can remain constant, so that the spiral gears are also designed so that a meshing point on the two gears is at the same distance.
[0011] For a compact design, the clamping element and the ejection element can be guided linearly on a housing, for example by appropriate guide means such as pins, strips, grooves or guide webs. The clamping element preferably has a movable driver which is guided along a guide track and can be decoupled from the movable furniture part when the clamping element moves in the opening direction after the energy accumulator has been tensioned. This means that after the movable furniture part has been uncoupled, it can continue to move in freewheel mode, while the clamping element is held in a position in which the energy accumulator is tensioned via the coupling to the locking mechanism. By moving the movable furniture part into the closed position, the ejection device can then be reactivated if necessary in order to eject the movable furniture part from the closed position into the open starting position.
[0012] To prevent damage to the driver in the event of a malfunction, the driver can be pivotably mounted on the clamping element. The driver is preferably preloaded into an engaged position by a spring element, in particular an integrally formed spring bar, and can be pivoted by overcoming the spring force, so that the movable furniture part approaching from the opening direction can pass over the driver without damaging it.
[0013] The locking mechanism preferably has at least one curved guide with a heart-shaped curve, along which a control element coupled to the ejection element can be moved and locked into a locking receptacle. Such "heart-shaped curves" are known in various forms and enable the control element to be moved along the locking receptacle. After the control element is unlocked, it is moved along the curved guide by the energy storage device. The locking mechanism preferably comprises a curved guide with two heart-shaped curves on which the control element is guided. For this purpose, the control element can have two pins, one pin being movable in each heart-shaped curve, so that particularly stable locking forces are achieved and the energy storage device can be securely locked.
[0014] The ejection element is preferably constructed in several parts and comprises a rack which is held so as to be displaceable between two end positions relative to the ejection element. The rack can be pre-tensioned into an end position on the ejection element by a spring so that tolerances can be better compensated for via the mobility of the rack on the ejection element. Alternatively, the rack can be returned to its end position by a rocker without a spring, depending on the travel. The rack of the ejection element can furthermore have a contact surface by means of which a control element of the locking mechanism can be moved in a locking receptacle. This enables the control element to be placed in the locking receptacle in a guided manner, which largely avoids any return movement when moving the locking receptacle and can therefore be carried out with low noise.
[0015] The energy accumulator is preferably designed as a spring, for example, a tension or compression spring, which is attached to a housing on one side and to the ejection element on the opposite side. Instead of a single spring, several springs can also be combined to form a spring assembly as an energy accumulator.
[0016] The ejection device preferably comprises a self-closing mechanism with which the movable furniture part can be retracted into a closed position. This further improves handling when the movable furniture part is moved in the closing direction. For a compact design, the self-closing mechanism is preferably partially formed integrally with the body of the ejection element or is secured thereto via fastening means; in particular, a curved guide for the driver can be formed on the ejection element. The driver can engage with an activator for a predetermined travel distance, wherein the driver is preloaded by a spring and preferably a damper, in particular a linear damper, decelerates the movement of the driver in the closing direction.
[0017] The ejection device and the self-retraction device can be slidably connected to one another so that the spring of the ejection device and the spring of the self-retraction device do not work against each other.
[0018] To prevent loud impact noises, a damper is preferably provided, by means of which the movement of the ejection element in the opening direction can be slowed before reaching the open starting position. Such a damper can be designed, for example, as a linear damper, in particular a fluid damper, or as a rubber buffer.

[0033] Figures 16A to 16D show several views of the self-feeding ejection device of Figure 15 in different positions.
[0034] An ejection device 1 comprises a housing 2 on which an ejection element 3 for ejecting a movable furniture part is slidably mounted. Furthermore, a clamping element 4 is provided, which is arranged at a distance from the ejection element 3 so that an activator can be inserted between the ejection element 3 and the clamping element 4. The ejection device 1 can be used to eject a movable furniture part from the closed position, for example, for drawers, doors, flaps, sliding doors, revolving furniture, or other movable furniture parts.
[0035] Figure 2 shows the ejection device 1 in an exploded view. The housing 2 comprises a first housing part 20 and a second housing part 21. A guide 22 for guiding the clamping element 4 is provided on the second housing part 21, which guide rail 41 engages in the guide 22. A further guide 22 can be formed parallel thereto on the first housing part 20. Adjacent to the guide 22, a guide track 23 is provided, which has a bevel 24 for moving a driver 45 on the clamping element 4. The driver 45 has a pin 44 at an opening 46 passing through it, the pin 44 being displaceable along a slot 43 on a body 40 of the clamping element 4. An integrally formed spring bar 47 is provided on the driver 45, which preloads the driver 45 in an initial position, wherein the driver 45 is rotatably mounted relative to the body 40 via the pin 44.
[0036] The clamping element 4 further comprises a rack 42 which can be coupled to a rotating part 6. The rotating part 6 is rotatably mounted about an axis 60 and comprises two spiral gears 61 and 62, wherein the gear 61 engages with the rack 42 in the assembled position. The rotating part 6 is pivotally held on a lever 7, wherein the lever 7 is rotatably mounted via an axis 70 with a pin which engages in an opening 25 in the housing parts 20 and 21. The lever 7 comprises two webs 71, on the end of which a bearing receptacle 72 is formed, into which the axis 60 of the rotating part 6 engages. The axis 60 is further guided on an elongated hole 26 in the housing parts 20 and 21.
[0037] The ejection device 1 comprises an energy accumulator 5 for preloading the ejection element 3 in an opening direction. The energy accumulator 5, designed as a spring, is fixed at a first end 50 to a spring holder 52, which has webs 53 that can be inserted into slots 27 on the housing part 21. Several slots 27 are arranged spaced apart from one another so that the spring tension of the energy accumulator 5 is adjustable. Alternatively, the adjustment of the spring tension of the energy accumulator can be achieved in another way, for example, by means of an adjusting screw or a worm gear.
[0038] The opposite second end 51 of the energy accumulator 5 is fixed to a holder 31 of the ejection element 3. The ejection element 3 is held linearly movable in the housing 2 via guide webs or other guide means. The ejection element 3 comprises a body 30 with a receptacle 32, into which a guide element 36 is inserted, which is connected to a rack 35. The guide element 36 comprises a pin 37, onto which a spring 38 is slipped, so that the spring 38 and the guide element 36 are inserted in the receptacle 32 and are preloaded into an end position by the spring 38. Due to the displaceable mounting of the guide element 36 in the receptacle 32, the rack 35 is mounted so that it can move within a certain range relative to the ejection element 3.
[0039] The ejection element 3 further comprises a pressure element 33, which can be coupled to a damper 8 to decelerate the ejection element 3. The damper 8 is designed as a linear damper and comprises a damper housing 80 and a piston rod 81 movable relative to the damper housing 80. The damper 8 can be designed as a fluid damper, although other damping elements can also be used. Instead of a damper 80 with a damper housing 80 and piston rod 8, only a stop damper made of at least partially elastic plastic could be present on the ejection element 3 and / or on the housing 2. A curved guide 28 with two so-called heart curves is formed on the housing part 21 in order to be able to adjust a control element 10 in a position with the force accumulator 5 tensioned. Each heart curve comprises a loop-shaped guide track with a locking receptacle 29 for the control element 10.The control element 10 comprises two guide elements in the form of pins 11, each pin 11 engaging a heart-shaped curve of the curved guide 28. The control element 10 is biased toward the curved guide 28 by a spring 9 and is displaceably guided on the ejection element 3, in particular perpendicular to the direction of action of the energy accumulator 5.
[0040] Figure 3 shows the ejection device 1 in a closed position, where the term "closed position" refers to a position of the movable furniture part, for example, a closed position of a door or a closed position of a drawer. In the closed position, the energy accumulator 5 is in a tensioned position and is locked via a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism comprises the control element 10, which is secured by the two pins 11 to a locking receptacle 29 of the curved guide 28. To unlock the locking mechanism, the ejection element 3 can now be moved further in the closing direction; for example, a drawer can be moved from the closed position to an over-press position, or a door can be pushed slightly towards the furniture body to unlock the locking mechanism.A movable furniture part can thus move a plunger 34 on the ejection element 3 slightly in the closing direction, so that the pins 11 of the control element are moved against bevels 19, so that the pins 11 and the control element 10 are removed from the locking receptacle 29 and moved laterally to unlock the control element 10. Such unlocking releases the forces of the energy accumulator 5, which, after unlocking, pulls the ejection element 3 into an open starting position, which is shown in Figure 4. In this open starting position, the movable furniture part is located, for example, between 3 and 10 cm away from the closed position, so that the movable furniture part, such as the drawer or the door, can be grasped by hand in order to be moved either further in the opening direction or again in the closing direction.
[0041] By moving from the closed position to the open starting position, the lever 7 was pivoted.
[0042] Figures 5A to 5D show a tensioning process of the ejection device 1 starting from the open starting position according to Figure 4. As the manual opening movement progresses, an activator 94, which is connected to a movable or stationary furniture part, presses the driver 45 in the opening direction, and force is transmitted from the driver 45 to the tensioning element 4, which in turn is connected via the rack 42 to the rotating part 6 with the gears 61 and 62, which is also in engagement with the rack 35 on the ejection element 3, on which the energy accumulator 5 engages. The tensioning element 4 and the ejection element 3 are moved in opposite directions via the rotating part 6. During the movement of the ejection element 3 in the closing direction initiated thereby, the control element 10, which is slidably mounted thereon, is moved with the latches 11 along the curved guide 28.Upon further movement of the ejection element 3 in the closing direction, the bolts 11 move along an incline and thus ensure that the control element 10 is displaced relative to the ejection element 3 according to Figure 5B.
[0043] In Figure 5C, the control element 10 with the bolts 11 is located just before the locking receptacles 29. As a result of the toothed rack 35 being driven forward relative to the ejection element 3 due to the movable mounting in the ejection element 3, the contact surface 39 on the toothed rack 35 contacts the control element 10 and presses it, on the one hand, against the action of the energy accumulator 5 to the left in Figure 5C and, on the other hand, also in the direction of the locking receptacle 29. If the toothed rack 35 is moved further in the closing direction, the contact surface 39 presses the control element 10 with the bolts 11 into the locking receptacles 29, and the ejection device 1, with the tensioned energy accumulator 5, is in the locked closed position shown in Figure 5D.
[0044] Alternatively, the tensioning process for the energy storage device 5 can also be triggered if the movable furniture part is moved back in the closing direction instead of in the opening direction. When the activator 94 presses against the plunger 34 of the ejection element 3, the latter is moved in the closing direction against the force of the energy storage device 5, so that the control element 10, which is slidably mounted on the ejection element 3, is also moved along the curved guide 28 with the latches 11. When the ejection element 3 moves further in the closing direction, the bolts 11 move along an incline and thus ensure that the control element 10 is moved relative to the ejection element 3. When the closed position is reached, the bolts 11 lie in a receiving channel at the level of the locking receptacles 29. When the activator 94 is relieved, the force of the energy accumulator 5 pulls the ejection element 3 with the control element 10 in the opening direction and the bolts 11 are placed in the locking receptacles 29.
[0045] Figures 6A to 6C describe the movement of the clamping element 45 during the clamping process previously shown in Figures 5A to 5D.
[0046] The movable furniture part is connected to an activator 94, which, in the open starting position according to Figure 6A, is arranged between the plunger 34 and the driver 45. If the activator 94 presses the driver 45 in the opening direction, force is transmitted from the energy accumulator 5 to the ejection element 3, which in turn is connected via the rack 35 to the rotating part 6 with the gears 61 and 62, which engages with the rack 42 on the clamping element 4. The clamping element 4 and the ejection element 3 are moved in opposite directions via the rotating part 6.
[0047] In Figure 6B, the tensioning element 4 was moved in the opening direction by the activator 94, while the ejection element 3 was moved in the closing direction via the coupling with the rotating part 6. The energy storage device 5 is almost in the fully tensioned position. Further movement of the activator 94 in the opening direction causes the driver 45 to reach the run-on bevel 24 of the guide track 23, so that the driver 45 is moved via the pin 44 along the slot 43 on the body 40, so that the driver 45 is disengaged from the activator 94. In this position, the energy storage device 5 is locked in the tensioned position via the locking mechanism. The movable furniture part can now be moved over the driver 45, as shown in Figure 6C, and is in freewheeling mode, so that the door or drawer or another movable furniture part can be moved without influencing the ejection device.
[0048] Should a malfunction occur in which the driver 45 is arranged in a section of the guide track 23 in which the driver 45 protrudes from the housing 2, the activator 94 can move over the driver 45 from the opening direction without damaging it, as shown in Figure 6D. The driver 45 is rotatably mounted on the slot 43 of the clamping element 4 via the pin 44 and is preloaded into an initial position by the spring bar 47. The driver 45 can be pivoted against the force of the spring bar 47 so that the activator 94 moves over the driver 45 in the closing direction. After moving over the driver 45, the driver is then pivoted back over the spring bar 47 and is available for the next clamping process.
[0049] Figures 7A to 7C show the ejection device in different positions with the damper 8. In Figure 7A, the ejection device is in a locked closed position, and the activator 94 of the movable furniture part rests against the tappet 34. If the ejection element 3 is now unlocked, in particular by moving the ejection element 3 in the closing direction so that the control element 10 with the pins 11 is removed from the locking receptacles 29, the energy accumulator 5 can now eject the ejection element 3 in the opening direction until the open starting position shown in Figure 7B is reached. The movement from the closed position to the open starting position ensures that the pressure element 33 of the ejection element 3 strikes the piston rod 81 of the damper 8, so that the damper 8 is compressed and the movement of the ejection element 3 is slowed down.
[0050] If the activator 94 is now moved further in the opening direction, contact with the driver 45 on the clamping element 4 causes the ejection element 3 to be moved in the opposite direction, thus tensioning the energy accumulator 5 and locking it again at the end of the tensioning process, as shown in Figure 7C. The tensioning process removes the ejection element 3 from the damper 8, which pushes the piston rod 81 back into an extended, protruding position. A spring is provided in the damper 8 for this purpose. Instead of a fluid damper, other linear or rotary dampers can also be used.
[0051] Figure 8 shows the rotating part 6 with the racks 35 and 42 in detail. The rack 35 on the ejection element 3 engages with the spiral gear 62 of the rotating part 6. The gear 61 of the rotating part 6 engages with the rack 42 of the clamping element 4. The distance between the racks 35 and 42 remains constant, and the pitch of the spiral gears 61 and 62 is designed such that the sum of the radial distance of the gear 61 from the axis 60 and the radial engagement of the gear 62 with the axis 60 is the same in each case, relative to the engagement position. When the racks 35 and 42 move in opposite directions, the lever 7 is pivoted about the axis 70, but the engagement position of the two gears 61 and 62 remains at the same distance. The gears 61 and 62 are rotated by slightly less than one revolution when the ejection element 3 moves from the closed position to the open starting position.
[0052] Figures 9A to 9D show in detail the clamping process for the energy storage device relative to the rotating part 6.
[0053] In Figure 9A, the ejection device is in the open starting position, with the activator 94 arranged between the plunger 34 of the ejection element 3 and the driver 45 of the clamping element 4. An axis 60 of the rotating part 6 is located closer to the rack 42 than to the rack 35. If the clamping process is now initiated by pressing the activator 94 against the driver 45, as shown in Figure 9B, the rack 42 moves to drive the rotating part 6. This rotates the gear 61, which engages the rack 42, and the integrally formed gear 62, which engages the rack 35. Since the gears 61 and 62 are spiral-shaped, the position of the axis 60 changes, which is now arranged substantially centrally between the two racks 35 and 42. This clamping process can now be continued as shown in Figure 9C.
[0054] At the end of the clamping process, the driver 45 is decoupled from the activator 94, as shown in Figure 9D. In this final position, the section of the gear 61 that is radially the greatest distance from the axis 60 is in engagement with the rack 42. As a result, the lever 7 has been pivoted toward the opposite rack 35, with the rack 35 engaging with the section of the gear 62 that is radially the smallest distance from the axis 60. The rotating part 6 thus forms a transmission gear that, due to the different radial distances of the teeth of the gears 61 and 62 from the axis 60, results in a different force-displacement ratio.
[0055] Figure 10 shows diagrams showing the function of the transmission gear for this exemplary embodiment. In both diagrams, the middle line symbolizes the open starting position of the ejection device 1. From this position, the ejection device can now be tensioned by a movement in the closing direction by the ejection element 3 or by a movement in the opening direction by the tensioning element 4. The upper diagram shows that the transmission ratio when tensioning the energy accumulator 5 by a movement in the closing direction is 1:1 because the transmission gear is inoperative. A movement of the ejection element 3 in the closing direction tensions the energy accumulator 5. If, on the other hand, the activator 94 is moved in the opening direction, the variable transmission ratio on the rotating part 6, starting from an almost 1:1 transmission ratio, ensures a different force-displacement ratio.Shortly before reaching the clamped position, the gear ratio through the spiral gears 61 and 62 is approximately 1:2.7. Depending on the application and the available installation space, other designs of the gears 61 and 62 and / or other gear ratios can also be realized.
[0056] The lower diagram shows the force of the energy storage device relative to the respective position of the ejection element 3 for this exemplary embodiment. When the energy storage device 5 is tensioned by moving the ejection element 3 in the closing direction, the force increases essentially linearly until the closed position is reached. Without a transmission gear, the force would also increase linearly during a movement in the opening direction and tensioning of the energy storage device via the tensioning element 4. However, the transmission gear causes a decrease in the force required to tension the energy storage device 5, since the transmission ratio changes depending on the travel distance. By changing the transmission ratio, the force required to tension the energy storage device 5 decreases with increasing distance from the open starting position. This reduces the effect of the force being interrupted when the tensioned energy storage device, which is locked to the locking mechanism, reaches its end position.
[0057] Figure 11 shows an application example of the ejection device 1, which is fixed to a movable furniture part 92 in the form of a drawer. The movable furniture part 92 is held on two pull-out guides 93 on a furniture body 91 of a piece of furniture 90. The ejection devices 1 are fixed to the movable drawer and coupled via an activator 94, with the activator 94 being secured to the furniture body 91.
[0058] Figure 12 shows that the two ejection devices 1 are fixed to the underside of the drawer and engage with the stationary activator 94 so that the movable furniture part 92, designed as a drawer, can be ejected from the closed position into an open starting position after unlocking. It is of course also possible to arrange the activator 94 on the drawer and the ejection device 1 stationary on the furniture body 91. The activator 94 can also be designed as an element of another functional assembly. Furthermore, the ejection device 1 can also be used on other movable furniture parts 92, such as sliding doors, pivoting doors, flaps, or other movable furniture parts, instead of on a drawer.
[0059] Figure 13 shows another piece of furniture 100 with a furniture body 101 comprising a top panel 102, a base 103, and a cabinet element 104. Between the base 103 and the top panel 102, a movable furniture part 105, designed as a shelf, is arranged, which is movable relative to the furniture body 101 and can be locked in at least one, preferably two, end positions.
[0060] The movable furniture part 105 is provided on a guide element 106 with a guide track 107 on the underside (Figure 14), which is arranged on a support element 108. Two ejection devices 1 are fixed to the support element 108 and can be engaged with two activators 94 on the guide element 106. The movable furniture part 105 can be secured to the base 103 by the ejection devices 1. The guide element 106 with the guide track 107 can be designed as disclosed, for example, in DE 10 2019 109 866.
[0061] Figure 15 shows an exploded view of a modified ejection device 1', in which the housing 2, with the second housing part 21, forms a guide 22 for the tensioning element 4 with the toothed rack 42, as already described in the exemplary embodiment of Figure 2. The curved guide 28 for the control element 10 is formed on the housing part 21 and is displaceably guided on a modified ejection element 3'. The ejection element 3' comprises a pressure element 33 that can compress the damper 8 with the damper housing 80 and the movable piston rod 81.
[0062] The ejection device 1' comprises a force accumulator 5 to pretension the ejection element 3' in an opening direction. A receptacle 58 is integrally formed on the strip-shaped body 30 of the ejection element 3', into which receptacle a holder 57 on a toothed rack 35 is inserted. The holder 57 is U-shaped and serves to receive a projection 56 on a rocker 55. The rocker 55 is rotatably mounted on the receptacle 58 of the ejection element 3 and comprises a rib-shaped guide element 54. Due to the displaceable mounting of the holder 57 in the receptacle 58, the toothed rack 35 is mounted so that it can move within a certain range relative to the ejection element 3'. By a rotary movement of the rocker 55, the rack 35 can be adjusted in one direction by means of the projection 56 in the holder 57, or the rocker 55 can be rotated in the opposite direction by a pushing movement of the rack 35.The rocker 55 allows a certain relative movement between the rack 35 and the ejection element 3'.
[0063] The rib-shaped guide element 54 of the rocker 55 can be placed on a guide of the housing 2 in order to block a rotational movement of the rocker 55 when the ejection device is in a starting position in which the control element 10 can be tensioned optionally via the ejection element 3' or the tensioning element 4.
[0064] The body 30 of the ejection device 3' is formed integrally with a housing 110 of a self-retracting mechanism. A curved guide 111 for a driver 112 is provided on the housing 110. The driver 112 is preloaded into an end position by a force accumulator 120. The force accumulator 120, designed as a spring, is fixed at one end 121 to a holder 119 of the driver 112 and at an opposite end 122 to the housing 110. The driver 112 is guided in the curved guide 111 by a guide element 113 and can be locked at an angled end section 114 when the force accumulator 120 is tensioned.
[0065] On the driver 112, a receptacle 115 is provided for fixing a connecting part 116 to a piston rod 117 of a linear damper with a damper housing 118.
[0066] The function of the self-feeder on the ejection device 1' is described with reference to Figures 16A to 16D.
[0067] Figure 16A shows the rusted position of the locking mechanism, in which the control element 10 is held by the latches 11 on the locking receptacles 29.
[0068] In this closed position, the locking mechanism of the ejection device 1' can be unlocked, for example, when the movable furniture part is moved from the closed position against the force of the energy accumulator 5 into an overpressure position, so that the latches 11 of the control element 10 are moved against a run-on bevel of the curved guide 28. If the control element 10 is now unlocked from the locked position with the latches 11, the energy accumulator 5 pulls the ejection element 3 into an initial position according to Figure 16B. The housing 110 moves together with the ejection element 3, with the activator 94 being held on the driver 112. From this position, the activator 94 can now be moved in the opening direction, so that the driver 112 is moved along the curved guide 111 until it pivots at the angled end section 114 and releases the activator 94, as shown in Figure 16C.By further movement in the opening direction, the driver 45 is now moved in the opening direction via the activator 94 to tension the energy accumulator 5, as described above. Figure 16D shows one end of the tensioning process.
[0069] If the activator 94 is moved again in the closing direction after the ejection device 1' has been tensioned, the activator 94 contacts the driver 112 and unlocks it from the angled end section 114. The activator can then be pulled into the closing position by the driver 112 through the energy accumulator 120, whereby the movement is braked by the linear damper.
