Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a fastening arrangement with a gas shut-off valve and a gas throttle, which can be attached to a combustion chamber door of a heating device. The combustion chamber door of a burner of the heating device can have a fuel gas-air duct, which is provided on the combustion chamber door and through which the combustible mixture of fuel gas and air can be introduced into the combustion chamber. The burner is provided in the combustion chamber, whereby a flame can thus be formed in the combustion chamber. This flame heats a heat exchanger adjacent to the combustion chamber, through which, in particular, water is passed, which absorbs the heat.
[0002] Gas shut-off valves, also known as gas fittings, are used in heaters to regulate the fuel gas supply to the burner so that a stable flame can be ignited and maintained in the burner with a specified fuel gas-air mixture. To ensure the most protected location of the gas shut-off valve and / or a compact heater design, the gas shut-off valve should be installed in the heater housing in the most space-saving manner possible. However, there are many variations in the internal structure of the heater, so different restrictions may apply to the location of the gas shut-off valve.
[0003] In addition, a variety of different gas shut-off valves are available which would in principle be suitable (functionally) for use in a heater, but which differ (significantly) from one another with regard to their outer contour and / or their fastening options in the housing and / or are limited.
[0004] In this respect, there is a desire to become more flexible in the design of the internal structure of the heater housing and, if necessary, to further increase its compactness.
[0005] (Regulated) gas shut-off valves can be installed in the fuel gas supply. These valves enable safe and controlled operation of the heater with a predefined flame quality. However, the fuel gas supply does not always flow directly from the gas shut-off valve to the burner. Instead, a gas throttle can be installed between a gas shut-off valve and a fuel gas-air duct. The gas throttle serves to throttle the gas flow. The gas throttle can be used to pre-adjust or limit the fuel gas flow.
[0006] Gas throttles are typically designed as a separate component. They can be mounted on the gas shut-off valve. This type of installation poses the risk of improper assembly. If the gas throttle is incorrectly mounted on the gas shut-off valve, it may not function correctly when attached to the heater. If the error goes unnoticed during installation on the combustion chamber door and a customer uses a heater with such a faulty design, it can lead to failures and even undesirable combustion processes.
[0007] Based on this, the object of the invention is to at least partially solve the problems described with reference to the prior art. In particular, a method is to be created in which different gas shut-off valves can be combined with different heaters in different orientations, thus always enabling a compact design and / or simple installation or manual adjustment of the gas shut-off valve, while simultaneously creating a method that prevents incorrect installation of the gas throttle.
[0008] This object is achieved by the features of the independent claims. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims. It should be noted that the features listed individually in the claims can be combined with one another in any technologically expedient manner and define further embodiments of the invention. Furthermore, the features listed in the claims are further specified and explained in the description, with further preferred embodiments of the invention being presented.
[0009] This object is achieved by a fastening arrangement comprising a gas shut-off valve and a fixing and throttling piece, which, on the one hand, is designed for fixing to the gas shut-off valve by means of a number of detachable connecting elements and, on the other hand, has a gas throttle for throttling a flow of fuel gas from the gas shut-off valve. Furthermore, the gas shut-off valve is designed with connecting element receptacles that correspond to the number of detachable connecting elements. The fixing and throttling piece is designed with passage openings for the connecting elements, wherein more passage openings are provided than connecting element receptacles, or at least some of the passage openings cannot be brought into alignment with the connecting element receptacles.
[0010] The fastening arrangement comprises a gas shut-off valve that can be permanently mounted on the heater, in particular inside the housing and outside a combustion chamber of the heater, via the fixing and throttling piece and a predetermined number of detachable (identical or similar) connecting elements. The number of connecting element receptacles on the gas shut-off valve and the number of connecting elements correspond. Furthermore, a fixing and throttling piece is provided, which can be designed as an adapter or intermediate piece, so that, on the one hand, the gas shut-off valve can be attached to the fixing and throttling piece, and thus the gas shut-off valve can be mounted on the heater by means of the fixing and throttling piece. The fixing and throttling piece is fixed to the gas shut-off valve using detachable connecting elements, in particular screws, threaded bolts, etc.The connecting elements can be connected to connecting element receptacles which are formed in particular in the outer contour of the gas shut-off valve or its valve housing, in particular in the manner of (matching) threaded holes.
[0011] The fixing and throttling piece can have or form a type of base plate or base on or in which passage openings for the connecting elements are provided. The base plate or the distribution of the passage openings is in particular designed such that the passage openings can be positioned or brought into contact with the connecting element receptacles of the gas shut-off valve. The base plate or the base towards the gas shut-off valve can be essentially flat. The passage openings penetrate the base plate or base and are designed with a (preferably round) contour that allows the connecting elements to be guided through and connected to the connecting element receptacles of the gas shut-off valve. The fixing and throttling piece is fixed in place by guiding the connecting elements through the passage openings into the connecting element receptacles where they are fixed.By fixing the connecting elements, the fixing and throttle piece is clamped onto the gas shut-off valve.
[0012] The fixing and throttling piece has more openings than the gas shut-off valve has connecting element receptacles. Additionally or alternatively, the arrangement of the openings is such that some of the openings cannot be brought into overlap with the connecting element receptacles of the gas shut-off valve. In other words, this means in particular that after the fixing and throttling piece has been fastened via the predetermined connecting elements, wherein the connecting elements are operatively connected to all connecting element receptacles of the gas shut-off valve, at least one (possibly several, in particular 2, 3, 4) of the openings is unused, in particular because it is not positioned in overlap with a connecting element receptacle of the gas shut-off valve in this fixed position.Overlap is generally present when the connecting means provided here can be brought into active engagement with the connecting element receptacle of the gas shut-off valve through the passage opening.
[0013] This allows the fixing and throttle piece to be mounted in different orientations relative to the gas shut-off valve. There is no need for a preferred position for the fixing and throttle piece to be mounted on the gas shut-off valve; rather, the mounting arrangement can be configured and / or adapted to suit different applications.
[0014] The fixing and throttling piece not only serves to detachably attach the gas shut-off valve to it, but also fulfills the function of influencing the flow of a fuel gas escaping from the gas shut-off valve. Therefore, a gas throttle for throttling the fuel gas flow is formed in or with the fixing and throttling piece. For this purpose, the fixing and throttling piece can comprise an integral (through-)flow channel for the fuel gas, in which the gas throttle is formed. The gas throttle is designed in particular as a predetermined constriction of the flow channel. The gas throttle is designed in particular so that it is adjustable, i.e. the throttling effect can be increased and / or reduced, in particular by adjusting a freely flow-through throttle cross-section of the flow channel.
[0015] The design of the fixing and throttle piece, especially with a pre-flanged gas shut-off valve, enables, for example, easy pre-adjustment of the fuel gas supply, especially prior to installation. The unit, consisting of a gas shut-off valve and a fixing and throttle piece, is very compact and easily accessible. This allows this, possibly pre-adjusted, unit to be attached to the combustion chamber door in a variable and / or space-saving manner, with only a fine adjustment of the gas throttle then requiring adjustment. This fine adjustment can then be performed even in confined spaces and after the mounting assembly has been installed.
[0016] The passage openings of the fixing and throttling piece can be arranged in a regular pattern and / or a pitch with a defined angular range on the fixing and throttling piece. One embodiment of a regular pattern is, for example, a polygon (triangle, square, hexagon, octagon, etc.), whereby the passage openings can be arranged at the corners and / or edge lines. If the passage openings are arranged, for example, on a non-straight, curved and / or round line, they have a regular pitch, i.e. in particular an approximately equal distance along the line and / or an approximately equal distance (directly) from one another. It is preferred that this regularity applies to all passage openings. It is possible for identical and / or different patterns / pitches to be provided, in particular arranged adjacent to one another, concentrically to one another and / or parallel to one another. The pattern and / or the pitch allow the fixing and throttling piece to be aligned in different positions with the connecting element receptacles of the gas shut-off valve.
[0017] The passage openings can form a circle or be arranged on an approximately circular line. It is preferred that these have a circumferential pitch of at least 45 degrees. This means, in particular, that the distance (between the centers) of the passage openings from one another is a maximum of 45 degrees. It is possible for the pitch to be even smaller, so that each pitch has only an angular section of a maximum of 30 degrees, i.e., the circle is designed with a pitch of at least 30 degrees. This makes it possible to distinguish between the different positions that the fixing and throttling piece can assume on the gas shut-off valve by rotating the fixing and throttling piece and / or the shut-off valve.
[0018] The connecting element receptacles of the gas shut-off valve can jointly form a connecting plane for the fixing and throttling piece. This allows the fixing and throttling piece to rest on the gas shut-off valve, particularly with the (flat, possibly integral, like a base plate) base plate. The (end faces of the) connecting element receptacles of the gas shut-off valve can jointly define or form a support plane for the fixing and throttling piece. A connection can then be made possible by the connecting elements without the need for spacers and / or a complex shape of the fixing and throttling piece on the gas shut-off valve.
[0019] The fixing and throttling piece can be releasably fixed to the gas shut-off valve with the connecting elements when the through-openings are covered by the connecting element receptacles.
[0020] The gas shut-off valve can have a protruding nozzle in the area of the connecting element receptacles. The protruding nozzle is in particular an end section of a gas line of the gas shut-off valve, through which the gas is fed to the combustion chamber. The base plate or the bottom of the fixing and throttling piece has a central area with a recess in which the nozzle can be accommodated. The nozzle forms in particular a flow channel for the escaping fuel gas, wherein the freely flowable cross-section there is (many times) larger than the freely flowable cross-section in the area of the gas throttle of the fixing and throttling piece. It is possible that the gas throttle (directly) reduces the freely flowable cross-section of the nozzle.
[0021] Preferably, no through-opening is provided in the central area of the fixing and throttling piece. The through-openings are preferably distributed around the central area of the base plate or floor.
[0022] The recess in the central area is designed to allow the nozzle to be inserted. The recess in the central area can, in particular, replicate the outer contour of the nozzle, allowing it to be inserted with a precise fit. Sealing and / or fitting elements can be provided in the area between the nozzle and the recess.
[0023] It is possible for a (protruding, particularly circumferential) collar to be arranged on a side of the recess opposite the gas shut-off valve or its nozzle. This collar can represent a continuation of the nozzle of the gas shut-off valve on the fixing and throttling piece. Thus, it is possible for the nozzle of the gas shut-off valve to be inserted into the recess of the fixing and throttling piece, and for a collar identical or corresponding to the nozzle to continue (aligned) on an opposite side of the fixing and throttling piece.
[0024] It is possible for the fixing and throttling piece to be fixed to the gas shut-off valve in at least two fastening positions, wherein a second fastening position is displaced and / or rotated by a rotation angle of less than 180 degrees from a first fastening position. It is possible for the fixing and throttling piece to be fixed to the gas shut-off valve in several displaced and / or rotated fastening positions. Displacement and / or rotation takes place around a rotation axis that passes through the gas shut-off valve, preferably through a center of the protruding nozzle. In this way, the fixing and throttling piece can be rotated around the nozzle and assume different positions. The distribution of the passage openings enables the fixing and throttling piece to be attached to the gas shut-off valve at these positions using the same connecting means and the same connecting means receptacles as the gas shut-off valve.
[0025] The fixing and throttling piece can have at least one stop surface equipped with additional connecting element receptacles. The stop surface is angled or inclined from the base plate or floor, in particular at an angle of approximately 90 degrees. The stop surface can be formed integrally with the fixing and throttling piece, like the base plate or floor.
[0026] The additional connecting element receptacles allow the fixing and throttle piece to be secured in or on the heater. The connecting element receptacles of the stop surface preferably have a different orientation or alignment than the through-holes of the fixing and throttle piece.
[0027] A connection base that opens into a fuel gas-air duct of a combustion chamber door of a burner of the heater can serve to provide a fastening option for a connection element to the burner door. The combustion chamber door represents a closure to a combustion chamber, which accommodates the burner on one side. On the other side of the combustion chamber door, ducts and lines can be arranged that supply a fuel, in particular a mixture of fuel gas and combustion air, in particular ambient air, to the burner. The combustion chamber door can comprise a fuel gas-air duct that supplies the burner with a mixture of combustion air and fuel gas. Such a fuel gas-air duct can split at or near the connection base. In particular, the fuel gas duct can be merged with the combustion air duct in the region of the connection base or shortly behind it.The fastening arrangement, comprising a gas shut-off valve and a fixing and throttling piece, can be fastened to the connection base as a connecting element.
[0028] A gas throttle for the gas shut-off valve is formed in or with the fixing and throttling piece. The gas throttle forms part of the fuel gas channel in the fixing and throttling piece. The gas throttle can be formed at least partially or (only) with the exception of the adjustable throttle pieces in one piece with the fixing and throttling piece. A gas throttle can be used to throttle a flow of fuel gas that is guided through a fuel gas channel, in particular to (fully) open or (partially) close the fuel gas channel. The gas throttle represents a possibility for securely connecting a fuel gas supply to the heater.
[0029] The gas throttle comprises at least one externally adjustable throttle element, in particular screws, threaded bolts, slide valves, control regulators, etc. The throttle element is connected or can be connected to the fixing and throttle piece. It can be operated externally, in particular with a tool or by hand. The throttle element enables the throttle to be opened and closed, as well as the throttle opening level to be adjusted. The throttle element can be designed so that it is initially opened after assembly and before commissioning of the heater, and the throttle opening level is then adjusted, ideally remaining in this setting during subsequent operating periods. During maintenance work, final decommissioning, and / or dismantling of the heater, the gas throttle can be closed using the throttle element. With such a closed gas throttle, it is possible to dismantle the heater without the risk of gas escaping from the heater. This prevents a gas connection to the fuel gas duct and a burner of the heater.
[0030] The fixing and throttling piece can contain multiple throttling elements, preferably two throttling elements. The actuation of the multiple throttling elements allows, for example, a coarse adjustment and a fine adjustment. The coarse adjustment and the fine adjustment are controlled by the throttling elements. This is achieved by adjusting the throttling elements from the outside and opening and closing the coarse adjustment and the fine adjustment in the fuel gas channel of the fixing and throttling piece, in or on which the gas throttle is arranged. A coarse adjustment represents a possibility for opening and closing the gas throttle. After the coarse adjustment has been completed, the fine adjustment can be used to create a degree of opening of the gas throttle that presets the fuel gas flow to the desired flow rate.
[0031] The gas throttle can comprise a plurality of throttle openings, wherein each throttle opening can be opened, adjusted, and / or closed by one of the throttle elements. In other words, the combustion gas channel can have separate passages in the region of the gas throttle, each having a (different) throttle opening. A throttle opening can be designed, in particular, as a slot with a predetermined width, as a circle with a variable diameter, as an opening that can be changed using a movable tip, and / or as a crescent with a variable size leading to a circular opening. In particular, it is possible for the throttle element to change the size of the throttle opening by covering / blocking the throttle opening and then releasing it again, depending on the position of the throttle element in relation to the throttle opening.
[0032] An adjustment lock can also be provided for the at least one throttle element. An adjustment lock can be designed to ensure that the degree of opening of the throttle openings does not change during use. A change can be caused by the continuous flow of a stream of fuel gas. An adjustment lock can act directly on the throttle openings or on the throttle elements. The adjustment lock can, for example, prevent a change in the size of the throttle opening that occurs independently of the throttle elements. The adjustment lock can be enabled, in particular, by a counter-rotating screw element. The adjustment lock can partially cover or enclose the throttle element so that it cannot be (accidentally) actuated from the outside (by hand or with a predetermined tool). The adjustment lock can comprise a latch, a seal, etc.
[0033] Chambers for each throttle element are integrated into the fixing and throttle piece, wherein the chambers can be sealed gas-tight. One chamber connects the outer area of the fixing and throttle piece with the fuel gas channel. The chamber is designed in particular to accommodate (only) one predetermined throttle element. The chamber is designed in particular to accommodate a throttle element (partially or completely), while ensuring that it can still be actuated from the outside. The chamber can extend up to the throttle opening.
[0034] A throttle element can thus also be sealed against gas leakage. The sealing takes place in the chambers in which the throttle elements are located. This means that the sealing does not have to be done at the throttle elements. Sealing of the chambers can be achieved, in particular, using prefabricated sealing plugs or liquid and curable sealing compounds. Sealing of the throttle elements is also possible. For this purpose, sealing measures, in particular sealing rings or liquid and curable sealing compounds, can be applied directly to the throttle elements. The sealing measures must not be adversely affected by opening, adjusting, and / or closing the throttle elements.
[0035] The fuel gas duct can be arranged on a fuel gas-air duct that is integrated into the combustion chamber door and / or attached to the combustion chamber door. The fuel gas-air duct and the end area of the fuel gas duct, where the fastening arrangement is attached, can be completely enclosed by the material of the combustion chamber door or embedded therein. The combustion chamber door can be designed as a cast part with integrated ducts.
[0036] The connection base can have connecting element receptacles for connecting a fastening arrangement comprising a gas shut-off valve and a fixing and throttling piece with detachable connecting elements. The connection base thus comprises a gas shut-off valve, which is to be permanently arranged on the heater, in particular inside the housing and outside the combustion chamber of the heater, with a predetermined number of detachable (identical or similar) connecting elements. The number of connecting element receptacles and the number of connecting elements correspond. An end region of the fuel gas channel formed centrally in the connection base can be designed to match the collar of the fixing and throttling piece, whereby a gas-tight connection can be realized or is realized.
[0037] Furthermore, a heating device with a burner and a combustion chamber door contributes to the solution of the problem, whereby the presented fastening arrangement with a gas shut-off valve can be or is attached to the combustion chamber door.
[0038] With regard to the design of the fastening arrangement, reference can be made in full to the above explanations and / or the explanations in connection with the figures.
[0039] The mounting assembly with a gas shut-off valve can be attached to the combustion chamber door. The mounting assembly with a gas shut-off valve is secured in the connection base on the combustion chamber door using detachable fasteners, in particular screws, threaded bolts, etc. The fasteners can be connected to fastener receptacles, which are formed, in particular, in the outer contour or the fixing and throttle piece, in particular in the manner of (matching) threaded holes.
[0040] It is possible to use the mounting assembly with different gas shut-off valves in such a way that the above-mentioned conditions are met and the mounting assembly can be arranged in a single installation space of the burner door. The variation in the gas shut-off valves particularly affects the arrangement (pattern) of the connecting element receptacles. The arrangement of the through-holes on the base plate can therefore represent several different arrangements of connecting element receptacles with the desired number. Different gas shut-off valves can be used by attaching them in different mounting positions to the fixing and throttle piece, so that the mounting assembly can be attached to the combustion chamber door and the mounting assembly fits into the installation space of the combustion chamber door. The mounting position used therefore depends on the specified installation space of the combustion chamber door in which the mounting assembly is used.
[0041] The invention and the technical environment are explained in more detail below with reference to five figures. The representations are schematic and not intended to illustrate proportions. The explanations given with reference to individual details of the figure are extractable and can be freely combined with facts from the above description, unless something else necessarily follows for a person skilled in the art or such a combination is explicitly excluded. It shows schematically: Fig. 1 : a fastening arrangement comprising a gas shut-off valve and a fixing and throttling piece, shown in two fastening positions, Fig. 2 : a fixing and throttling piece of a fastening arrangement from below, Fig. 3 : a fixing and throttling piece of a fastening arrangement from the side above, Fig. 4 : a combustion chamber door of a burner of a heating device, comprising a connection base with gas throttle and gas shut-off valve.
[0042] Fig. 1 shows a fastening arrangement 12, comprising a gas shut-off valve 3 and a fixing and throttling piece 13, which is shown here in two fixing positions 20 rotated by 90°, wherein the fixing and throttling piece 13 can be fastened selectively in each of the fixing positions 20 aligned with the gas shut-off valve 3.
[0043] The gas shut-off valve 3 has a connecting plane 16 on which four connecting element receptacles 5 are located. A central nozzle 17 penetrates the connecting plane 16 and is arranged within the four connecting element receptacles 5. The nozzle 17 is designed as a tubular pipe nozzle that protrudes from the connecting plane 16. The connecting element receptacles 5 do not touch the nozzle 17. Each connecting element receptacle 5 is provided at approximately the same distance from the nozzle 17 on the connecting plane 16.
[0044] The fixing and throttling piece 13 comprises a base, which is also referred to here as a base plate 14. A plurality of through openings 15 are arranged on the base plate 14. A collar 21 is arranged centrally on the base plate 14. The two fastening positions 20 shown are rotated by 90 degrees relative to one another. A fastening position 20 is made possible when each connecting element receptacle 5 overlaps with a through opening 15. The fixing and throttling piece 13 can be brought into one of the fastening positions 20 by rotation. A rotation of the fixing and throttling piece 13 to achieve a second fastening position 20 can be shifted from a first fastening position 20 at a rotation angle of less than 180 degrees.
[0045] Once a fastening position 20 is reached, the fixing and throttling piece 13 can be fastened in or on the connecting plane 16 of the gas shut-off valve 3 using the detachable connecting elements 4. For this purpose, the detachable connecting elements 4 are guided through the through-openings 15 on the base plate 14 of the fixing and throttling piece 13 into the connecting element receptacles 5 of the gas shut-off valve 3 and secured in the connecting element receptacles 5. By securing them in the connecting element receptacles 5, the detachable connecting elements 4 press the fixing and throttling piece 13 onto the gas shut-off valve 3.
[0046] Fig. 2 represents a variant of the fixing and throttling piece 13 of a fastening arrangement 12 in a view from below. In the middle of the base plate 14, a central area 18 is arranged, which has a recess 19. The recess 19, which is arranged in the central area 18, is round and shaped so that the nozzle 17 of the gas shut-off valve (see Fig. 1 ) fits inside. The passage openings 15 are arranged around the central area 18. The passage openings 15 form a circle around the central area 18. The passage openings 15 are spaced apart from each other at a fixed angular distance on the circle, with a pitch of at least 45 degrees. The passage openings 15 are arranged on the base plate 14 such that they do not touch the edge of the base plate 14 or the central area 18.
[0047] Further shows Fig. 2 Two differently sized throttle openings 27 and matching throttle elements 22. The fuel gas channel 8, in which the gas throttle 7 is arranged, can be seen. The gas throttle 7 and the fuel gas channel 8 are part of the fixing and throttle piece 13. The throttle comprises throttle openings 27, whereby the embodiment shown has a coarse adjustment 32 and a fine adjustment 31. A coarse adjustment 32 represents a larger throttle opening 27. The smaller throttle opening 27 of the fine adjustment 31 enables a finer and more precise adjustment of the throttle after the coarse adjustment 32 has already opened the throttle.
[0048] Fig. 3 shows a variant of the fixing and throttling piece 13 of a fastening arrangement 12 in a side view from above. A stop surface 23 with connecting element receptacles 5 is arranged on a front side. Using the stop surface 23, the fixing and throttling piece 13 can be arranged against another element (of a heating device).
[0049] A protruding and circumferential (cylindrical) collar 21 is arranged centrally on the central area 18 of the base plate 14. The collar 21 encompasses the recess 19 and represents a kind of extension of the opposite nozzle 17 of the gas shut-off valve 3.
[0050] Adjusting the throttle openings 27 (see Fig. 2 ) can be achieved via the throttle elements 22. Each throttle opening 27 is adjusted by a respective throttle element 22. Each throttle element 22 is arranged in a chamber 29. Furthermore, it is possible to secure the throttle elements 14 against displacement with adjustment locks 28 (not shown). The adjustment locks 28 ensure that the throttle elements 22 are not impaired during use and do not accidentally close or open further. The fixing and throttle piece 13 comprises chamber seals 30 for sealing the chambers 29.
[0051] Fig. 4depicts a heater 1 with a burner 2 and a combustion chamber door 6 with a connection base 25, wherein a gas shut-off valve 3 is fastened to the combustion chamber door 6 by means of a fastening arrangement 12, comprising a gas shut-off valve 3 and a fixing and throttling piece 13. The combustion chamber door 6 has a space 24 which enables the fastening arrangement 12 to be attached to the combustion chamber door 6. The fastening arrangement 12 is fastened to the combustion chamber door 6 in such a way that connecting elements can be connected to the gas shut-off valve 3, in particular a fixing and throttling piece 13 and a fuel gas supply 11. The gas shut-off valve 3 is arranged with the fixing and throttling piece 13 at an inlet to a fuel gas duct 8, which opens into a fuel gas-air duct 9. A combustion air supply 10 is arranged on the fuel gas-air duct 9.
[0052] When connected to the connection base 25, the gas shut-off valve 3 enables the gas shut-off valve 3 to form a fluidic connection from the fuel gas supply 11 to a fuel gas channel 8 with the gas throttle 7 in the fixing and throttle piece 13, through which a fuel gas can flow.
[0053] The connection base 25 comprises an internal combustion gas duct 8. The combustion gas duct 8 opens into a branch, which has an inlet to a combustion gas-air duct 9 and an outlet to a combustion air supply 10. A combustion gas and combustion air are combined in the combustion gas-air duct 9. The combustion air is supplied to the combustion gas-air duct 9 via the combustion air supply 10, and the combustion gas is supplied via the combustion gas duct 8. The combustion gas-air duct 9 supplies the mixture of combustion gas and combustion air to the burner 2. The burner 2 is located in a combustion chamber 26.
[0054] The fuel gas-air duct 9, the connection base 25 with the fuel gas duct 8, as well as the burner 2 and the combustion air supply 10 are partially or completely integrated into the combustion chamber door 6 as one component.
[0055] This revealed how the problems described with reference to the prior art were at least partially solved. In particular, a method was created to prevent incorrect installation of the gas throttle on the gas shut-off valve, thus preventing hazards for the customer and / or delays in the production of a heater 1.
