Abstract

The invention relates to a metallic load (200) for terminating a waveguide (110) in a microwave circuit. The load is configured to form a plurality (221 to 236) of transmission lines of different lengths terminated by a short circuit at the end of the waveguide, the dimensions of the lines of the formed transmission lines being chosen so as to increase the intensity of the currents of the electromagnetic waves transported in the waveguide. The invention also relates to the manufacture of the load by an additive manufacturing method.
