Description

[0001] The present invention relates to an air diffuser intended for use in air conditioning and / or ventilation systems for the delivery and / or recovery of air inside closed environments, which can be installed in a recessed manner relative to a ceiling or a wall of such a closed environment. Numerous solutions of slotted air diffusers are currently available on the market, which essentially differ in the shape and distribution of the slots for the passage of air.

[0002] Generally, such type of diffusers can be associated with or comprise a box-like element, such as a plenum, connectable to a ventilation system to act as a pre-diffusion chamber.

[0003] The plenum is arranged hidden behind the visible façade of walls or ceilings, fixed to a structural portion of a wall or a false ceiling, remaining hidden behind the visible façade, generally made of plasterboard or similar materials and configured to define the visible façade of the wall or ceiling. The plenum comprises at least one inlet opening connected to one or more air supply tubes of the ventilation or conditioning system on one side and an outlet opening on the other side. The diffuser comprises an air inlet at a first end, associable with such an outlet opening of the plenum, and an air outlet at a second end, arranged as a slot on the visible façade of the wall or ceiling facing the closed environment.

[0004] The purpose of the diffuser is to release such an airflow coming from the plenum inside the closed environment, further orienting, even in a variable manner, the introduction direction thereof into the environment, varying the flow rate thereof and / or homogenising any pressure and / or temperature gradients.

[0005] In the case of recessed diffusers, such a second end is incorporated in the visible façade of the wall or ceiling. In particular, such diffusers are installed when the wall is made, of which the visible façade is made around such a second end and leaving space exclusively for the slot of the diffuser.

[0006] In other words, it is envisaged that around such a second end, the profiles are integrated with plasterboard or similar materials intended to constitute the visible façade of the ceiling, such a façade being characterised by a substantial continuity except for the slot.

[0007] A common diffuser known in the state of the art comprises at least two main structural elements, for example a pair of profiles, arranged spaced apart from each other to constitute a passage for the airflow.

[0008] The state of the art envisages that an installer mutually fix such profiles and / or relative to the plenum and / or relative to a structural portion of the wall or the ceiling using fixing tools which envisage the creation of perforations such as nails, screws or other types of threaded tools on the profiles themselves and / or on the plenum. The choice of exploiting such a type of tools is preferred, as it flexibly allows an installer to make appropriate adjustments during the installation of the air conditioning or conditioning system, such adjustments envisaging for example varying the distance between the profiles or their positioning relative to the plenum, relative to the ceiling or relative to the wall. Disadvantageously, the use of such fixing tools is greatly time consuming during the fixing step.

[0009] In particular, not only must an installer decide in the moment where to make the holes or install such threaded members, but must also take care not to create structural problems and / or avoid creating deformations or protrusions which can lead to turbulence in the airflow passing through the diffuser.

[0010] Air diffusers of the known type are also disclosed in US2002151269A1 and US5215284A. GB 2 026 150 A discloses a diffuser according to the preamble of claim 1.

[0011] Therefore, the technical object of the present invention is to provide a diffuser recessed in a wall or a ceiling which can be flexibly assembled without the need to drill holes or use threaded fixing tools.

[0012] A further technical object is to provide a diffuser recessed in a wall or a ceiling which can be flexibly fixed to a load-bearing portion of the wall or the ceiling without the need to drill holes or use threaded fixing tools during installation, significantly reducing the necessary installation times. A further technical object is to provide a diffuser recessed in a wall or a ceiling which can be modular and flexibly expandable, allowing to possibly expand the extension of the slot.

[0013] The technical task of the present invention therefore consists of providing an air diffuser and a ventilation or conditioning system, configured to be arranged recessed relative to a wall or a ceiling of an interior environment capable of overcoming the disadvantages currently present in the prior art. In particular, the technical task and the technical object are substantially achieved by an air diffuser, in particular for ventilation or conditioning systems, configured to be arranged recessed relative to a wall or a ceiling of an interior environment.

[0014] In particular, the diffuser comprises at least one pair of end profiles, spaced apart along a first direction of extension, delimiting the diffuser along the first direction of extension and defining between them a passage for an airflow extending along a second direction of extension which is transverse to the first direction of extension.

[0015] The passage comprising an inlet and an outlet at the ends thereof.

[0016] The pair of end profiles has a main direction of extension along a third direction of extension, which is transverse relative to the first direction of extension and the second direction of extension.

[0017] Each end profile of the pair of end profiles comprises an outer guide and an inner guide, which are separate from each other and arranged opposite relative to the end profile.

[0018] The outer guide comprises an outer opening facing the outside of the diffuser and configured to slidingly receive and retain an outer support means, the outer support means being configured in use to fix the diffuser relative to the wall or ceiling.

[0019] The inner guide comprises an inner opening facing the passage and configured to slidingly receive and retain an inner support means, the inner support means being in use interposed between the first end profile and the second end profile and used to maintain a predetermined mutual distance between the first end profile and the second end profile.

[0020] The diffuser further comprises a plenum defining at least one inlet opening and at least one outlet opening. The inlet opening is configured to receive a supply of conditioned air and the outlet opening comprises at least a first connecting tab and a second connecting tab.

[0021] Both tabs extend along the first direction of extension.

[0022] The first and second end profiles respectively comprise a first groove and a second groove, positioned in proximity to the inlet of the passage and configured to slidingly receive the first connecting tab and the second connecting tab, respectively, along the third direction.

[0023] Advantageously, the first and second connecting tabs, together with the respective grooves allow to define a self-supporting system which does not require screws or other connecting means. The dependent claims correspond to different embodiments of the present invention.

[0024] Further features and advantages of a transport unit will become more apparent from the detailed description and as illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 illustrates a front view of a diffuser in the essential embodiment with detail on the pair of end profiles intended to define the diffuser itself; Figure 1A illustrates a perspective view of Figure 2 with detail on the end profiles; Figure 2 illustrates a front view of a diffuser in a variant of the embodiment illustrated in Figure 1, comprising an intermediate profile; Figure 2A illustrates a perspective view of Figure 3 with detail on the end profiles and the intermediate profile; Figure 3 illustrates a detail of an arrangement of profiles in series to make an expanded diffuser, connected to each other by an elongation means; Figure 4 illustrates a detail of an inner support means, configured to connect end profiles and / or intermediate profiles to each other; Figure 5 illustrates a detail of an outer support means, which can be used to fix an end profile to a wall or a ceiling. Figure 6 illustrates a front view of an inner section of a diffuser according to the present invention; Figure 7 illustrates a detail of the airflow variation device comprised in the diffuser illustrated in Figure 1;

[0025] With reference to the present figures, reference numeral 1 denotes an air diffuser, in particular for ventilation or conditioning systems, configured to be arranged recessed relative to a wall or a ceiling of an interior environment.

[0026] In particular, the diffuser 1 comprises at least one pair of end profiles 2, 2', spaced apart along a first direction of extension "X", delimiting the diffuser 1 along the first direction of extension "X" and defining between them a passage "P" for an airflow extending along a second direction of extension "Y" which is transverse to the first direction of extension "X".

[0027] In the embodiment illustrated in the present figures, preferably the two end profiles 2, 2' are identical, interchangeable and arranged in a mirrored manner to each other.

[0028] Therefore, for an easier description, all the features referring to a first end profile 2 are identical to the features of the second end profile 2'.

[0029] The passage "P" comprising an inlet "P1" and an outlet "P2" at the ends thereof.

[0030] As a function of the installation point of the diffuser 1, whether on the ceiling or on the wall, such a first direction of extension "X" is substantially aligned with the visible façade of the wall or ceiling, preferably parallel to such a wall or ceiling, while such a second direction of extension "Y" is transverse relative to such a wall or ceiling.

[0031] The outlet "P2" corresponds to the slot of a diffuser 1 in relation to the visible façade of the wall or ceiling.

[0032] In the present figures, the second direction of extension "Y" is oriented substantially perpendicular relative to such a first direction of extension "X", but it is not excluded that in alternative embodiments such a first direction of extension "X" and such a second direction of extension "Y" may not necessarily be perpendicular to each other.

[0033] The pair of end profiles 2, 2' has a main direction of extension along a third direction of extension "Z", which is transverse relative to the first direction of extension "X" and the second direction of extension "Y".

[0034] Preferably, each profile 2, 2' has a profile with a constant transverse section relative to such a third direction of extension "Z".

[0035] The third direction of extension "Z" is substantially parallel to a possible visible façade of a wall or a ceiling.

[0036] Each end profile 2, 2' of the pair of end profiles 2, 2' comprises an outer guide 3 and an inner guide 4, which are separate from each other and arranged opposite relative to the end profile 2, 2'.

[0037] With reference to the present figures, the diffuser 1 envisages that the outer guide 3 and the inner guide 4 are substantially aligned along the first direction of extension "X".

[0038] However, different embodiments of a diffuser 1 in which the inner guide 4 and the outer guide 3 are offset from each other are not excluded.

[0039] The outer guide 3 comprises an outer opening 5 facing the outside of the diffuser 1. The outer guide 3 is configured to slidingly receive and retain a plurality of outer support means 30.

[0040] The outer support means 30 belonging to the plurality, when in use, is configured to fix the diffuser 1 relative to the wall or ceiling.

[0041] As can be seen in the accompanying figures 1, 1A, 2, 2A, 3 and 6, the plurality of outer support means 30 is distributed on the outer guides 3 obtained on the first end profile 2 and on the second end profile 2'.

[0042] The inner guide 4 comprises an inner opening 6 facing the passage "P" and configured to slidingly receive and retain a plurality of outer support means 40.

[0043] Each inner support means 40 belonging to the plurality, when in use, can be interposed between a first end profile 2 and a second end profile 2', as illustrated in Figure 1, inside the inner guide 4 of the first end profile 2 and inside the inner guide 4 of the second end profile 2'.

[0044] In another variant, illustrated in Figure 2, each inner support means 40 belonging to the plurality, when in use, can be interposed between a first end profile 2 or a second end profile 2' and an intermediate profile 200 whose function will be better described below.

[0045] Further, in another variant, illustrated in Figure 6, the plurality of inner support means can concern end profiles 2,2' and intermediate profile 200 or intermediate profiles 200.

[0046] In all the variants described above, the plurality of inner supports 40 is configured to allow a direct spacing between end profiles 2,2' or an indirect spacing by interposing at least one intermediate profile 200.

[0047] In particular, in the embodiment illustrated in the present figures, each of the outer guide 3 and the inner guide 4 of an end profile 2, 2' respectively define a continuous extension along the end profile 2, 2' itself, allowing a sliding movement of such outer support means 30 or such inner support means 40 along said third direction of extension "Z".

[0048] In the embodiment illustrated in the present figures, the outer 3 and inner guide has a substantially "C"-shaped geometry along a section transverse to such an extension.

[0049] The outer opening 5 of the outer guide 3 and the inner opening 6 of the inner guide 4 also extend along the third direction of extension "Z" along the profile.

[0050] Preferably, the outer opening 5 of the outer guide 3 and the inner opening 6 extend along the direction of extension "Z" for the entire length of the end profile 2, 2' along the third direction of extension "Z". Advantageously, such a geometry allows each of the inner guide 4 and the outer guide 3 to define contact surfaces against which the corresponding inner support means 40 and outer support means 30 come into abutment, retaining them in position at least along the first direction of extension "X" and the second direction of extension "Y".

[0051] Further advantage given by the use of such an outer guide 3 and of such an inner guide 4 according to the present invention allows to avoid the need to make holes for threaded tools, ensuring that the first end profile 2 and the second end profile 2' are not damaged during the respective assembly and / or during the fixing to a wall or ceiling of the interior environment.

[0052] With reference to the present figures, especially Figure 5, each outer support means 30 comprises a first portion 31 with elongated extension, arranged in use aligned with the first direction of extension "X". Such a first portion 31 is at least partially coming out of the outer guide 3 and configured to fix the end profile 2, 2' to a wall or a ceiling.

[0053] That is, each outer support means 30 can envisage that such a first portion 31 can be fixed directly or indirectly to the wall or ceiling according to known manners present in the state of the art.

[0054] The outer support means 30 further comprises a second plate-shaped portion 32. Such a second plate, in use, can be inserted inside the outer guide 3, arranged transversely relative to the first direction of extension "X".

[0055] In particular, in the present figures the outer support means 30 is substantially made "T"-shaped, wherein the second portion 32 is inserted and slid along such a third direction of extension "Z" of the end profile 1. Generally, the outer support means 30 can have other geometries, configured to participate in the fixing with or be at least partially fixed in a support portion of the wall or ceiling.

[0056] The outer support means 30 can have a variable length.

[0057] Preferably, the first portion 31 of the outer support means 30 further comprises a suitable seat 33, preferably passing through the first portion 31, compatible for housing a fastening means used to fix the end profile 2, 2' to a wall or a ceiling.

[0058] That is, such a seat 33 is substantially shaped as a through hole. The hole is configured to receive such fastening means, for example threaded members, hooks or supports and the like, allowing to fix the end profile 2, 2' to the wall or ceiling. Alternatively, such a means can result in a wire fixed at a first end to a portion of the ceiling and fixed at a second end to the end profile 2, 2' by means of such a hole.

[0059] With reference to the present figures, especially Figure 4, the inner support means 40 comprises a central portion 41 with elongated extension aligned, in use, with the first direction of extension "X" at least partially coming out of the inner guide 4 and two plate-shaped end portions 42 oriented transversely relative to the first direction of extension "X", the end portions 42 being insertable into such an inner guide 4.

[0060] The embodiment illustrated in the present figures envisages that the inner support means is made "H"-shaped, such end portions 42 being insertable and slidable along such a third direction of extension "Z" inside such an inner guide 4.

[0061] Alternative embodiments can envisage that the inner support means 40 may have different geometries relative to that shown.

[0062] The inner support means 40 can have a variable length.

[0063] Preferably, the inner support means 40 has a reduced extension along the third direction of extension "Z".

[0064] Such a shape is necessary so that the inner support means 40 does not hinder the airflow passing inside the passage "P".

[0065] Preferably, each outer guide 3 and / or inner guide 4 is configured to receive a plurality of outer support means 30 and / or a plurality of inner support means 40 to advantageously better distribute the weight of the end profile 2, 2' relative to the wall or ceiling.

[0066] Preferably, both the inner guide 4 and the outer guide 3 are arranged substantially aligned along the first direction of extension "X".

[0067] In other words, the inner guide 4 and the outer guide 3 lie on a same segment aligned with such a first direction of extension "X". Advantageously, such an arrangement allows the weight of each end profile 2, 2', and therefore of the entire diffuser 1 to allow a more balanced distribution of the weight and, therefore, also the unloading of the weight on the wall or on the ceiling is more precise.

[0068] Alternative embodiments can also envisage different arrangements, wherein the inner guide 4 and the outer guide 3 are arranged misaligned along the first direction of extension "X".

[0069] Preferably, the inner guide 4 and the outer guide 3 are substantially identical to each other.

[0070] Therefore, the air diffuser 1 can envisage outer support means 30 substantially identical to the inner support means 40 and with the ability to receive it indiscriminately in the respective outer guides 3 or inner guides 4.

[0071] Advantageously, this allows to exploit appropriate economies of scale to make and / or exploit standard outer support means 30 or inner support means 40, applicable repeatedly and interchangeably to carry out the assembly and fixing of the diffuser 1 to the wall or to the wall.

[0072] The end profile 2, 2' further comprises an elongation guide 7, extending continuously along the end profile 2, 2' and oriented along said third direction of extension "Z".

[0073] With reference to the embodiment illustrated in the present figures, such an elongation guide 7 is positioned facing such a passage "P".

[0074] In particular, with reference to Figure 3, such an elongation guide 7 is "C"-shaped and comprises an elongation opening 8, configured to slidingly receive and retain elongation means 70.

[0075] Advantageously, the elongation opening 8 allows a more facilitated arrangement of the elongation means 70 during the insertion in the elongation guide 7.

[0076] In particular, the diffuser 1 further comprises at least a third end profile 2a and a fourth end profile 2a'; substantially identical to the first end profile 2 and the second end profile 2', wherein each of the first, second, third and fourth end profiles 2, 2', 2a, 2a' further comprises an elongation guide 8, extending continuously along each of the first, second, third and fourth end profiles 2, 2', 2a, 2a' and oriented along said third direction of extension "Z",

[0077] Each guide 8 is configured to slidingly receive and retain the elongation means 70 adapted to connect in series along the third direction of extension "Z" each between the first end profile 2 and the second end profile 2' to the third end profile 2a and to the fourth end profile 2a', respectively.

[0078] The elongation means 70 is adapted to connect in series along said third direction of extension "Z" each of said first end profile 2 and second end profile 2' to a third end profile 2a and a fourth end profile 2a', respectively. The first end profile 2 and the second end profile 2' delimit such a passage "P" between them, which for an easier description we will call first passage "P".

[0079] The third end profile 2a and the fourth end profile 2a' define a second passage "Pa" between them.

[0080] That is, the elongation means 70 is adapted to connect in series along said third direction of extension "Z" the first end profile 2 with the third end profile 2a and the second end profile 2' with the fourth end profile 2a', so that said corresponding first and second passages "Pa" and "Pb" are aligned along such a third direction of extension "Z".

[0081] In the present figures, the elongation means 70 is shaped as a bar of variable length insertable by sliding so as to remain at least partially in the elongation guide 7 of the first or second end profile 2, 2', which for easier description we will call first elongation guide 7, and in at least one second elongation guide 7a of the third or fourth end profile 2a, 2a', arranged in series along such a third direction of extension "Z" relative to the first or second end profile 2, 2'.

[0082] Advantageously, by means of such elongation guides 7a, 7b, a modular diffuser 1 of modular length can be made from a plurality of pairs of profiles 2, 2' and 2a, 2a', arranged aligned in series along such a third direction of extension "Z".

[0083] According to the embodiment illustrated in the present figures, the outer guide 3, the inner guide 4 and the elongation guide 7 are substantially identical to each other.

[0084] Advantageously, in the embodiment illustrated in Figures 1 and 1a, the inner guide 4 and the elongation guide 7 are interchangeable, thus allowing to flexibly adjust the insertion mode of the inner support means 40 or the outer support means 30.

[0085] Each end profile 2, 2' can further comprise an inclined wall 9 facing such a passage "P" and delimiting a housing chamber 10 for fixing elements, such fixing elements being used to fix the diffuser 1 to a visible façade of a wall or ceiling.

[0086] That is, the diffuser 1 acts as a support for such a visible façade, wherein such a visible façade is constituted by integrating the portion of the diffuser 1 comprising the outlet "P2" of the passage "P" inside the surface itself. Such a housing chamber 10 can be open, configured to receive a portion of the material, plasterboard or other similar material used to make the visible façade of a wall or a ceiling.

[0087] In the embodiment illustrated in the present figures, such a housing chamber 10 is closed.

[0088] In particular, each end profile 2, 2' comprises a support wall 11 configured cantilevered along the first direction of extension "X", and joining such an inclined wall 9, defining a housing chamber 10 closed along the first direction of extension "X" and the second direction of extension "Y".

[0089] In such an embodiment, such a support wall 11 is used to fix a portion of the visible façade of such a wall or ceiling to an end profile 2, 2'.

[0090] In the present embodiment, in addition to the support wall 11, the end profile 2, 2' comprises an auxiliary support wall 11a, arranged transverse to the support wall 11 to provide further support for fixing the visible façade of a wall or a ceiling relative to the end profile 2, 2'.

[0091] In particular, such an auxiliary support wall 11a defines and delimits the amplitude of the outlet "P2" of the passage "P".

[0092] The diffuser 1 envisages that the visible façade can also be fixed relative to an end profile 2, 2' by using threaded members or the like.

[0093] Advantageously, the presence of the inclined wall 9 allows the visible façade of the ceiling or wall to be fixed, even if threaded members are used, arranged at least partially through relative to such a support wall 11. The inclined wall 9 hides any irregularities or deformations relative to such a passage P, allowing to avoid disturbances to the airflow passage. Preferably, such a housing chamber 10 is made continuous, extending along the third direction of extension "X", preferably for the entire length of the end profile 2, 2' relative to such a third direction of extension "X".

[0094] As illustrated in Figures 1 and 1a, the present invention envisages a first embodiment in which the diffuser 1 comprises a pair of end profiles 2, 2' respectively connected by a plurality of outer support means 30 and a corresponding plurality of inner support means 40 connected to each end profile 2, 2' of the pair of end profiles 2,2' to fix the diffuser 1 to a wall or a ceiling of a closed environment.

[0095] Figures 2 and 2a illustrate an alternative embodiment, in which the air diffuser 1 preferably comprises at least one intermediate profile 200 interposed between a first end profile 2 and a second end profile 2'. The intermediate profile 200 has a main direction of extension along the third direction of extension "Z" and comprises a pair of auxiliary guides 201 opposite each other relative to the intermediate profile 200 and identical to the inner guides 4 of an end profile 2, 2'.

[0096] Each auxiliary guide 201 respectively comprises an auxiliary inner opening 202 facing the passage "P", preferably extended along the third direction of extension "Z" for the entire length of the intermediate profile 200.

[0097] Each auxiliary guide 201 is configured to slidingly receive and retain a respective inner support means 40 belonging to the plurality, in particular an end portion 42.

[0098] That is, the intermediate profile 200 is retained in position by a respective connection with the inner support means, in turn connected respectively to an end profile 2, 2'.

[0099] Furthermore, the intermediate profile 200 comprises a deflector 203, fixed movable by rotation to a free end of the intermediate profile 200 itself, arranged near the outlet "P2" of the passage "P".

[0100] Generally, a diffuser 1 can comprise a plurality of intermediate profiles 200.

[0101] With reference to Figure 6, the diffuser 1 comprises one or more intermediate profiles 200 arranged interposed between such a first end profile 2, 2' and a second end profile 2, 2' and mutually fixable by means of inner support means 40 belonging to the plurality.

[0102] Advantageously, the presence of such intermediate profiles 200 allows to constitute a modular diffuser 1 which is extendable in terms of the volume of air introduced from the passage "P".

[0103] Still with reference to Figure 6, the diffuser 1 comprises a series of additional components.

[0104] The air diffuser (1) further comprises a plenum 300 which can be engaged to the end profiles 2, 2' by means of a sliding connection.

[0105] The plenum 300 consists of a box-like element and defines at least one inlet opening 301 and at least one outlet opening 302. The inlet opening 301 is configured to receive a supply of conditioned air, for example from supply tubes, and the outlet opening 302 comprises at least a first connecting tab 303 and a second connecting tab 303'.

[0106] The first connecting tab 303 and the second connecting tab 303' both extend along the first direction of extension "X".

[0107] That is, the first connecting tab 303 and the second connecting tab 303' have a horizontal extension.

[0108] The first end profile 2 and the second end profile 2' respectively comprise a first groove 12 and a second groove 12', positioned in proximity to the inlet "P1" of the passage "P".

[0109] Such a groove 12 is configured to slidingly receive a connecting tab 303 along the third direction "Z", respectively.

[0110] Therefore, the first groove 12 and the second groove 12' are configured to slidingly receive the first connecting tab 303 and the second connecting tab 303', respectively, along the third direction "Z".

[0111] That is, the first groove 12 and the second groove 12' preferably define respective horizontal guides which extend along the third direction of extension "Z".

[0112] The first groove 12 and the second groove 12' may be counter-shaped relative to the first connecting tab 303 and the second connecting tab 303'.

[0113] Therefore, the first groove 12 and the second groove 12' define at least two segments, a first segment defining a support of the connecting tabs 303 and 303' and a second segment defining the guide inside which the two tabs 303 and 303' can slide.

[0114] Advantageously, such a configuration allows the diffuser 1 to provide an easy mode for connecting the end profiles 2, 2' to the plenum 300.

[0115] Even more advantageously, the first groove 12 and the second groove 12', together with the first and second connecting tabs 303 and 303', define a self-supporting system which does not require further connecting means (such as screws) to connect the plenum 300 and the pair of end profiles (2, 2') to each other.

[0116] A diffuser 1 can be further configured to receive at least one homogeniser 400.

[0117] A homogeniser 400 consists of a component arranged transversely to the passage "P" and configured to homogenise an airflow through the passage "P" in terms of temperature and pressure gradients.

[0118] In particular, with reference to Figure 6, the diffuser 1 comprises a plurality of homogenisers 400, shaped as a perforated plate.

[0119] Each end profile 2, 2' or intermediate profile 12 comprises a slit 13 configured to receive the homogeniser 400.

[0120] Such a slit 13 extends along the third direction of extension "Z" along the end profile 2, 2' or intermediate profile 200, preferably for the entire length of the end profile 2, 2' or intermediate profile 200.

[0121] The homogeniser 400 is insertable by sliding along such a third direction of extension "Z" in such a slit 13.

[0122] Such a slit 13 can be made on an end profile 2, 2' and / or on an intermediate profile 12, in particular, in proximity to the inlet "P1" of such a passage "P".

[0123] In the present embodiment, each slit 13 is made in proximity to the inner guide 4 of an end profile 2, 2' or of the auxiliary guide 7 of an intermediate profile 12, a part of such a slit 13 being defined by an outer portion of the inner guide 4 or auxiliary guide 7 itself.

[0124] The diffuser 1 may comprise a homogeniser 500 interposed between each pair formed by an intermediate profile 200 and an end profile 2,2' or by intermediate profiles 200.
