Abstract
Description
[0001] A COMPRESSOR BRACKET
[0002] Technical Field
[0003] The present invention relates to a compressor bracket which enables to dampen the vibrations occurring particularly during operation of air-conditioner compressors and has a balcony -type design based on lack of connection points on a vehicle.
[0004] Background of the Invention
[0005] Vehicle air-conditioner is an air-conditioning system which is usually used in the summer months when the weather is hot and protects the persons inside the vehicle from the heat by cooling the interior of the vehicle in comparison to the outer environment. Although vehicle air-conditioners were optionally offered at first, they have become a standard equipment today and are used in all types of vehicles. Vehicle air-conditioners operate on the same principle as the cooling systems in refrigerators and the compressor, which is preferably powered by the vehicle engine by means of a belt, forms the basis of the said air-conditioners. The compressor, which is powered by the engine, enables the refrigerant gas to be compressed and transferred. The compressor -which is a pump- sends the refrigerant it compresses when drawing the refrigerant gas from the evaporator, to the condenser. During the said suction and compression processes, vibrations occur in the compressor which operates by the motion it receives from the engine.
[0006] Compressors can be connected to vehicles directly. However, due to the fact that a large number of components are included on the vehicle and based on the cylindrical structure of the compressor, a location problem is experienced in cases of direct connection. Therefore, there is need for solutions are needed wherein both the vibrations occurring during the operation of a compressor are not directly transferred to the vehicle and the compressor does not take up much space compared to prior art applications, when it is connected to the vehicle.
[0007] The Chinese utility model document no. CN215096888U, an application included in the state of the art, discloses a mounting bracket for electric compressor. The said mounting bracket is used for mounting the compressor to a preset position over the vehicle and keeping it fixed in the position where it is mounted and it comprises a lower supporting part, an upper supporting part mounted on the lower supporting part and a plurality of damping parts located between the upper supporting part and the lower supporting part. In the mounting bracket disclosed in the said Chinese document, the upper supporting part is configured to be located above the lower supporting part at a at a certain height together with the damping part and to keep the compressor on itself. In the inventive mounting bracket, there are fasteners used for keeping the damping part together with the lower and upper supporting parts by being connected to the lower supporting part that passes over the upper supporting part. In addition, the mounting bracket included in the said Chinese document also comprises fasteners used for connecting the compressor to the upper supporting part. With the Chinese document no. CN215096888U, negative factors such as vibration and noise caused by operation of the compressor are reduced and the service life of the mounting bracket is prolonged.
[0008] The German patent document no. DE102006051383A1, another application included in the state of the art, discloses a fastening arrangement used for air conditioning assemblies of motor vehicles. The said fastening arrangement comprises an uncoupling unit aligned in direction of main axis of vehicle and another uncoupling unit aligned in direction of secondary axes of vehicle. The inventive fastening arrangement basically comprises anti-vibration uncoupling units, fasteners that are fastened to a body using uncoupling units, coupling element (12). In the fastening arrangement, the uncoupling unit is aligned in a direction of Z (a main axis of a vehicle) and the other uncoupling unit is aligned in directions of X and Y. The German patent document ensures to obtain a fastening arrangement which prevents components consisting of accumulator and heat exchanger from being affected by the vibration that occurs in the vehicle and it also enables the said components to exist together.
[0009] Summary of the Invention
[0010] An objective of the present invention is to realize a compressor bracket which has damping parts, preferably made of rubber, in order to dampen the vibrations occurring during operation of compressors taking on the task of suction and compression and which is used by being connected to a narrower area on the vehicle, in comparison to a direct compressor connection.
[0011] Another objective of the present invention is to realize a compressor bracket wherein a compressor is fixed to a fixed additional surface inside a vehicle so that it can dampen the operational vibration of rubber elements, besides its retention and which enables a cable -that will be used for grounding of a compressor operating with high voltage- to be connected by preventing it from running idle during its mounting.
[0012] Another objective of the present invention is to realize a compressor bracket with a reduced weight by means of regional discharges.

[0041] In the inventive compressor bracket (1), the main carrier (2) comprises design enhancers (23) in order to enhance the design and assist the vibration damping, upon it fits into a profile where it contacts in the vehicle (A) during connection to the vehicle (A). The main carrier (2) also comprises at least one pressure reinforcement surface (24) located on a surface that is connected to the vehicle (A). The said pressure reinforcement surfaces (24) are located between the connection holes (21) used for connection to the vehicle (A). The main carrier (2) comprises three connection holes (21) for connection to the vehicle (A) and two pressure reinforcement surfaces (24) remaining between the said connection holes (21) on itself. On various parts of the main carrier (2), there are a large number of discharges (22) in order to reduce the weight of the support structure. With the said discharges (22), the weight of the compressor bracket (1) is reduced in comparison to the ones being used in the state of the art.
[0042] The main carrier (2) is a balcony-type structure and it easily fits into a space such as profile that is located on the vehicle (A) by means of the design enhancers (23) located on itself and then it is fixed to the vehicle (A) by means of the connection elements that are passed through the connection holes (21). Thereby, ease of mounting is ensured to all types of vehicles (A) by means of the main carrier (2).
[0043] In one preferred embodiment of the invention, the retaining bracket (3) is both connected to the main carrier (2) and bears the connection of the compressor (K), over the connection holes (31) it has. The retaining bracket (3) is used for fixing the compressor (K) on itself and it comprises at least one connection piece (32) wherein the other end of a connection element connected to the gripping bracket (4) is fixed from one end thereof. The damping elements (5) positioned such that they will correspond to the connection holes (31) between the retaining bracket (3) and the main carrier (2) are located. A connection element, which is passed through the connection hole (31) and extends towards the main carrier (2), fixes the retaining bracket (3) on the main carrier (2); whereas it fixes the damping element (5) between the main carrier (2) and the retaining bracket (3).
[0044] In the inventive compressor bracket (1), the gripping bracket (4) is a component enabling to fix the compressor (K) on the main carrier (2) by enclosing the compressor (K) with the retaining bracket (3). The gripping bracket (4) fixes the compressor (K) by means of the connection elements passed through the connection holes (41) it has. At least one discharge (43) is located on the gripping bracket (4) in order to obtain a lightweight structure. A plurality of connection pieces (44) are also located on the gripping bracket (4) so as to be used in the step of fixing to the retaining bracket (3). The connection piece (44) is a nut fixed to the surface of the retaining bracket (3) by welding.
[0045] In the invention, the claw (42) located on the gripping bracket (4) is used as a terminal positioner and it prevents the idle running of the high-voltage ground terminal during connection.
[0046] The damping elements (5) included in the inventive compressor bracket (1) are rubber wedges. The damping element (5) is located between the main carrier (2) and the retaining bracket (3) such that it will correspond to the connection holes (21, 31) and comprises a hole through which the connection element can pass. Thereby, the connection element used for fixing the retaining bracket (3) to the main carrier (2) is fixed between the two pieces (2, 3) by passing through the damping element (5). Thus, the vibration occurring by operation of the compressor (K) is dampened while it is transferred to the main carrier (2) and vibration is given to the vehicle (A) as little as possible.
[0047] The inventive compressor bracket (1) is used for connection of an electrical AC compressor (K) to a vehicle (A) and it is fixed to the vehicle (A) profile by means of nuts passed through the connection holes (21) on the main carrier (2). In order to fix the compressor (K) to the retaining bracket (3) and the gripping bracket (4), nuts passing through the compressor (K) and being fixed to the brackets (3, 4) from their ends are used. First, the retaining bracket (3) is connected to the main carrier (2) and then the gripping bracket (4) is connected over the retaining bracket (3). The retaining bracket (3) and the gripping bracket (4) are structures that will almost surround the compressor (K) and enable to fix the compressor (K). The damping elements (5), which are rubber wedges between the main carrier (2) and the retaining bracket (3), are used on the main carrier (2) as being connected to a flat surface. Thereby, vibration of the compressor (K) is isolated. On the other hand, a claw (42) is included in order to prevent the idle running of the terminal -which is located on the gripping bracket (4) and will be used for grounding- during its connection to the compressor (K). The claw (42) limits the idle motion of the terminal. The discharges, which are located on the compressor (K) and both the main carrier (2) and the claw bracket (42), are created without damaging the physical strength of brackets and they are used for improving the physical strength of the reinforcement surfaces (24). It is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive “Anti -Roll Bar (1) with Adjustable Arm Length”; the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.
