Abstract
A wire-tensioning device for manufacturing electrical windings, comprising a first braked pulley (106) adapted to accommodate the conductor wire and associated with a first braking device (120), a second braked pulley (206) also adapted to accommodate the conductor wire and associated with a second braking device (220), in which the second braking device is independent of the first braking device, and the braking torque deliverable by the second braking device is greater than the braking torque deliverable by the first braking device, the pulleys being selectively usable based on the diameter and traction values of the wire (300, 310).
