Abstract

The invention relates to a heating device comprising a blower (1) generating an airflow and a burner (3) utilizing the airflow for the combustion of a fuel-air mixture and opening into a chamber (2), wherein a channel (4) leading from the blower (1) to the burner (3) and a differential pressure measuring device (5) pneumatically connected to the chamber (2) on one side and to the channel (4) on the other are provided, wherein the differential pressure measuring device (5) has an air pressure measuring line (5.1) opening into the chamber (2) and the chamber (2) has a condensate collection area (2.1). According to the invention, the air pressure measuring line (5.1) is designed to open into the condensate collection area (2.1) of the chamber (2). The invention also relates to a method for operating such a heating device.
