Abstract
A substantially planar aerosol generating component (200) for use as part of a non-combustible aerosol provision system. The substantially planar aerosol generating component includes: an aerosol generating portion (201); and at least one electrical connection portion (202, 203). The at least one electrical connection portion includes an aperture (204) for receiving an electrical contact (1000). At least one section (202a, 203a) of the electrical connection portion extending to a perimeter of the aperture is predisposed to deformation.
