Abstract

The invention relates to a temperature extremum indication device (1) comprising: - a bimetallic metal strip (3), - an indicator (5) configured to be rotated by the bimetallic metal strip (3), and - a needle (7, 9), the device (1) being arranged to non-reversibly move: - from a neutral configuration in which the needle (7, 9) remains stationary when the indicator is in motion, into - a loaded configuration in which the needle (7, 9) is rotated by the indicator (5).
