The invention relates to an oral hygiene means, in particular a toothbrush, comprising at least one application unit (12a) which has a main part (14a) and comprising at least one handle unit (16a; 16c), in particular a manual handle unit which has a main part (18a; 18c). According to the invention, the oral hygiene means has at least one coupling unit (20a; 20c) for releasably coupling the application unit (12a) to the handle unit (16a; 16c), said coupling unit having a first coupling element (22a; 22c), which is rigidly connected to the handle unit (16a; 16c), and a second coupling element (24a), which corresponds to the first coupling element (22a; 22c) and which is rigidly connected to the application unit (12a).
