Abstract

The invention relates to a shifting device (1) for the forced shifting of a leaf (2), a sliding leaf, of a window or a door (4) relative to a frame (3) of the window or the door (4) in a direction transverse, in particular perpendicular, to the main plane of the window or the door (4), the shifting device having an actuation mechanism (5) which can be arranged on the leaf (2) and a part of which is connected, so as to be movable in the rebate peripheral direction (6), to an actuation linkage (7) of the shifting device (1). The shifting device furthermore has a control element (8) comprising on the actuation linkage (7) and has a control plate (9) and a control cam (11), wherein the control plate (9) interacts with a control bolt (13) of the actuation mechanism (5) that is arranged on the actuation linkage (7) of the shifting device (1), and a holding element (55) is arranged positionally fixedly on the leaf (2) or the actuation mechanism (5).
