Abstract

There is described a cabin bag (CB) comprising a flexible container body (10) made of an assembly of fabric panels that are joined together to form a bottom side (15), a top side (16) and a sidewall (11-14) including four lateral sides (11, 12, 13, 14) that jointly define a fully-enclosed inner storage volume. The container body (10) is a collapsible container body (10) that can take a folded, collapsed state or an unfolded, expanded state, the inner storage volume being defined when the collapsible container body (10) takes the expanded state. The top side (16) includes a releasable cover panel (17) that forms an integral part of the collapsible container body (10), the releasable cover panel (17) being provided at an upper end of the sidewall (11-14) to allow selective closure of the inner storage volume when the collapsible container body (10) is in the expanded state. Furthermore, the releasable cover panel (17) is releasable from part of the top side (16) to allow the collapsible container body (10) to take the collapsed state.
