Abstract

The invention relates to a service assembly for an elevator installation (20). The service assembly comprises: a first maintenance platform (40) which can be arranged in an elevator shaft (22) of the elevator installation (20), in which an elevator car (24) of the elevator installation (20) is movable, in a first idle position and in a first work position, and which has a first tread surface (44) designed to carry a service worker when the service worker is located in the elevator shaft (22) and performs maintenance work on the elevator installation (20); at least one first idle mount (72) designed to hold the first maintenance platform (40) in the first idle position in such a way that unrestricted operation of the elevator installation (20) is possible; and at least one first work mount (48) which is located on a shaft wall (34, 36) of the elevator shaft (22) and is designed to hold the first maintenance platform (40) in the first work position in such a way that the first tread surface (44) is oriented horizontally.
