Method and system for calibrating a building material system

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for calibrating a building material system (1) by means of a, more particularly exactly one, tacheometer system (2), - wherein the building material system (1) has a dispensing device (3) for dispensing building material (BS) from the building material system (1) and a movement device (4) for moving the dispensing system (3), and - wherein the tacheometer system (2) has a first tacheometer part (5) and a second tacheometer part (6) having a, more particularly exactly one, reflector (7) and a, more particularly exactly one, tacheometer (8) for interaction with one another, - wherein the first tacheometer part (5) is arranged on the movement device (4) and / or the dispensing device for at least partially moving together with the dispensing device (3), and wherein the second tacheometer part (6) is arranged independently of the movement of the dispensing device (3), and - wherein the method comprises the following steps: a) moving the dispensing device (3) by means of the movement device (4) and tracking the movement of the first tacheometer part (5) by means of interaction with the second tacheometer part (6), in particular during the movement, and b) calibrating the building material system (1) by interlinking a trajectory (T3) of the movement of the dispensing device (3) in a coordinates system (KS1) of the building material system (1) and a trajectory (T5) of the tracked movement of the first tacheometer part (5) in a coordinates system (KS2) of the tacheometer system (2).
