[0007] Some personal care appliances may have more than one operational heads that can be atached to the handle. In addition, some operational heads can have an atachment attached thereto. The operational heads, and also the attachment, may have different functions.

An attachment in the form of a skin stretcher can be atached to the epilator and have a light for selectively emiting a strobe light to improve visibility of the epilator in operation.
