Description

[0001] drawer

[0002] The present invention relates to a drawer with a front panel, a base, a rear wall and two side frames which form an interior of the drawer which is open at the top and closed at the bottom by the base, wherein the side frames and the front panel are connected to one another by means of a respective mounting device, wherein the side frames have a base channel for receiving the base at least in an area facing the front panel, wherein the base channel has at least one substantially horizontal upper section arranged on the base and a substantially vertical section arranged perpendicular thereto, substantially parallel to the base. Each mounting device comprises at least one holding means fixed in the side frame, and a support means having a locking portion and at least one support surface, which is fixed to the front panel. It has a locked first position in which the holding means and the support means are fixed or locked to each other. Each mounting device is displaceable into a pre-locked second position in which the holding means and the support means are separable from each other or lockable to each other.

[0003] There are drawers with a base and two side frames that have a holding device by means of which a front panel or rear wall of the drawer can be detachably mounted to the side frames. WO 2017 / 103049 A1 shows such a drawer with a holding device that can grip a bracket mounted on the front panel of the drawer when inserted into the holding device and clamps it between two bolts on the holding device within an interior space of the side frame, such that the front panel is fixed to the side frame. During disassembly, the holding device must first be released so that the bracket can then be removed from the side frame by bending the front panel and thereby lifting it out of the mounted position, whereby the bracket must be guided past the bolts.

[0004] The problem with the drawer according to the state of the art is that the necessary installation space for the fixing, as well as for the assembly and disassembly of the front panel and the necessary threading of the angles, is high, so that the drawer has a high material consumption and is expensive and that the front panel can only be subsequently removed without damage with great effort.

[0005] It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an improved drawer.

[0006] The present invention solves this problem with a drawer having the features of claim 1.

[0007] According to the invention, the drawer has a front panel, a base, a rear wall, and two side frames, wherein the side frames and the front panel are each connected to one another by means of a respective mounting device. The side frames have, at least in a region facing the front panel, a base channel for receiving the base, wherein the base channel has at least one substantially horizontal upper section arranged on the base towards an open side of the drawer and a substantially vertical section arranged perpendicular thereto. Each mounting device comprises at least one holding means fixed in the side frame, and at least one supporting means having a locking section and at least one support surface and which is fixed to the front panel. Each mounting device has a locked first position, in which the holding means and the support means are fixed or locked to one another, and can be moved into a pre-locked second position, in which the holding means and the support means can be separated from one another or locked to one another. The at least one support surface is supported in the first position and in the second position on a support surface formed by the upper section of the floor channel. This allows the required installation space for mounting the front panel on the drawer to be optimized, resulting in a space-saving and cost-effective design.

[0008] The holding means preferably has a guide, by means of which a locking section formed on the support means can be guided when changing between the first position and the second position, so that assembly of the drawer is particularly simple. For the advantageous arrangement of the front panel on the side frame, in particular during assembly, the holding means particularly preferably has a holding section by means of which the support means can be held in the second position on the support surface. More preferably, the guide comprises at least one particularly easy-to-manufacture upper guide section on which the holding section is formed. The guide is preferably at least partially a contour formed on the holding means, in particular an edge of a recess in the holding means, on which the locking section is optionally supported. More preferably, the holding section is a recess in this contour.

[0009] Preferably, the locking portion is held in the second position in a form-fitting manner on the holding portion, counter to a direction of extension of the support means from the side frame. This enables particularly reliable holding of the front panel on the side frame, even if the holding means and the support means, and consequently also the front panel and the side frame, are separable from one another. In particular, the locking portion is held in the second position by being arranged in an arcuate receptacle of the holding portion, so that the mounting device can be moved into the second position particularly easily.

[0010] In one embodiment, the holding section has a first height perpendicular to the support surface in the direction of the locked first position, in particular the locking section in the first position, which is greater than a second height of the guide in the corresponding direction. In the second position of the mounting device, the locking section is held in a form-fitting manner on the holding section. As a result, the support means can be held on the side frame in the pre-locked second position and / or can be removed from it with some play.

[0011] The fact that the side frames and the front panel of the drawer are each connected to one another by means of a mounting device means in particular that the side frames each comprise a mounting device by means of which they are connected to the front panel.

[0012] Optionally, the support surface has a different orientation relative to the holding means in the first position than in the second position of the mounting device. In the context of the present invention, this means, in particular, that the support surface in the second position is inclined relative to the support surface in the first position. In the first position, the support surface is arranged substantially parallel to the support surface, so that the support surface rests at least partially on the support surface.

[0013] The locked first position of the mounting device preferably corresponds to a mounted state of the front panel on the side frame, or on the respective side frame of the drawer, wherein moving the mounting device into the pre-locked second position enables disassembly of the front panel on the side frames. The mounting device can of course also be moved from the pre-locked position into the locked first position. In the context of the present invention, locking or a locked position of the mounting device means in particular that the front panel cannot be removed from the respective side frame in this position of the mounting device. The front panel can be removed from the respective side frame in the second position of the mounting device.

[0014] Preferably, the front panel is pivotable for easy assembly or disassembly, in particular when moving the mounting device from the locked first position to the pre-locked second position, wherein the support surface forms a pivot bearing with the support surface.

[0015] In one embodiment, a weight force of the front panel is at least partially transferred from the support surface to the supporting surface and from the supporting surface to the floor, which results in a particularly robust variant of the drawer.

[0016] After the mounting device has been moved from the first position to the pre-locked second position, the locking section is preferably automatically moved to a higher position and can thus advantageously be moved to the second position. Even more preferably, the weight of the front panel and the pivoting of the support means cause the locking section to be offset by the difference between the first height and the second height in the vertical direction, so that, for example, the guide can be used in an optimized manner.

[0017] In a particularly preferred variant which is particularly simple and cost-effective to produce, the floor channel for the floor is formed entirely by means of an inner wall of the side frame.

[0018] The holding means preferably has a gripping means which secures the locking section formed on the support means, which can in particular be a web or a bolt, against being pulled out in the first position of the mounting device.

[0019] The gripping means is preferably preloaded or preloaded by a spring and / or other force accumulator, in particular in either the first and / or second position of the mounting device. For easy actuation, the gripping means can be mounted on a housing and / or on a mounting plate of the holding means, in particular pivotable about an axis and / or displaceable along a guide.

[0020] In particular, a release means is arranged on the holding means, by means of which the gripping means can be adjusted so that the locking section can be displaced in the direction of the second position when the mounting device is moved into the pre-locked second position.

[0021] The holding means and / or the support means, in particular, comprise an adjusting device by means of which the orientation of the front panel can be adjusted. The adjusting device can comprise at least one fastening means to which the front panel can be fixed and whose position can be changed along at least one direction of a body or housing of the support means by means of an adjusting element, which can in particular be an adjusting wheel, to adjust the orientation of the front panel. The fastening means particularly preferably comprises at least one screw and / or at least one dowel section for mounting the front panel.

[0022] Preferably, the position of the fastening means is adjustable within a range of 1 mm to 8 mm, particularly preferably in a perpendicular direction to the at least one support surface and / or to the supporting surface of the drawer. This allows a user to change the orientation of a wall element, preferably mounted using the mounting device, i.e., the front panel of the drawer, relative to the drawer base and / or the side frames, for example, to adapt it to a specific installation situation.

[0023] The orientation of the front panel relative to the drawer base can preferably be changed by means of the adjusting device, wherein the support means is mounted to the front panel by a fastening means. The fastening means can be moved by means of an adjusting element, particularly designed as an adjusting wheel, within the side frame on the mounting device and, in particular, the holding means. For this purpose, the adjusting element can preferably be actuated by means of a tool and can change the position of the front panel by turning it.

[0024] In particular, the at least one support surface is essentially plate-shaped and is preferably supported on the at least one, preferably essentially plate-shaped, supporting surface of the drawer. This results in a particularly high load-bearing capacity of the mounting device. For simple, cost-effective, and robust production, the mounting device can be made, in particular, of plastic and / or metal.

[0025] For particularly simple assembly, the at least one support surface has an insertion bevel by means of which it can be precisely guided onto the supporting surface.

[0026] The support element preferably has an upper surface, the design of which corresponds to the support surface and which also has an insertion bevel. The upper surface allows the support element to be installed rotated by 180°. In this case, the rotation of the support element by 180°, the upper surface is the support surface of the support element within the meaning of the present invention, and the support surface in this case is the upper surface. This makes the support element particularly easy to install. For this purpose, the support surface and the further surface are preferably arranged at the same distance from a horizontal center plane of the support element.

[0027] The support surface and the upper surface can preferably each be formed as a part of the housing of the holding means, wherein a first housing part, which comprises the support surface, and a second housing part, which comprises the upper surface, can be formed identically to one another and mounted to one another, which leads to a particularly cost-effective production of the holding means.

[0028] In a further embodiment, the support element can have a retaining clip that surrounds the support element. This retaining clip is arranged in particular in an upper region of the support element, preferably above the uppermost fastening element. The retaining clip enables a particularly stable arrangement of even particularly high support elements or front panels on the side frames of the drawer.

[0029] The support surface can preferably transmit a force of 2 N to 170 N to the wing. The force acting on the wing is triggered in particular by the force of gravity acting on the front panel.

[0030] Preferably, the supporting surface transfers the acting forces directly to the bottom of the drawer, so that the side frames are relieved particularly effectively.

[0031] The at least one support surface preferably runs substantially parallel to the at least one bearing surface to enable particularly advantageous force transmission and, optionally, to ensure uniform loading of the components. The base of the drawer is particularly plate-shaped, with the horizontal section of the base channel preferably running in a plane parallel to the plate shape of the base.

[0032] The present invention is explained in more detail below with reference to several drawings. They show:

[0041] Fig. 9a to 9c a perspective view of the opened side frame from Fig. 6a with pre-assembled front panel and with the mounting device in the second position,

[0042] Fig. 10a to 10c a perspective view of the opened side frame with mounted front panel from Fig. 6a or 9a with the mounting device in the first position.

[0043] Fig. 1a shows a perspective view of one of two side frames 3 of a drawer according to the invention, which comprises a mounting device 1. The side frame 3 is open here, i.e. shown without at least part of the outer wall. In particular, only an inner wall element of the outer wall of the side frame 3 is shown. The side frame 3 corresponds to both side frames 3 of the drawer. In an area facing a front panel of the drawer (not shown here), it has a floor channel 32 for receiving a base of the drawer, wherein the floor channel 32 has at least one substantially horizontal upper section 321 arranged on the base parallel to the base and a substantially vertical section 322 arranged perpendicular thereto, and preferably a substantially horizontal lower section 323 arranged below the base parallel to the base.

[0044] The mounting device 1 has a holding means 11 and a support means 12, wherein the holding means 11 comprises a gripping means 111. The gripping means 111 is optionally designed essentially as a lever pivotable about an axis and / or mounted in a guide, and is preloaded into a second position by means of a force accumulator designed as a spring 112. The gripping means 111 fixes the support means 12 by encompassing a locking portion 124 arranged on the support means 12, so that the mounting device 1 has a locked first position P1, in which the holding means 11 and the support means 12 are fixed or locked to one another.

[0045] Fig. 1 b shows an enlarged section of Fig. 1 a. A support surface 121 is formed in a region of the support means 12 arranged at the bottom in the figure and is supported on a support surface 31 formed by the upper section 321 of the floor channel 32. The support surface 121 preferably comprises an insertion bevel 1211 formed here in the direction of the holding means 11.

[0046] The support means 12 has a housing 123 on which, as shown in Fig. 2b, an adjusting device 122 is arranged. Optionally, the support surface 121 is formed as part of the housing 123. The support surface preferably has the insertion bevel 1211.

[0047] The adjusting device 122 comprises at least one fastening means 1221 by means of which the adjusting device 122 can be fixed to the front panel (not shown here). The fastening means 1221 comprises at least one dowel section 12212 and at least one screw 12211 for fixing the front panel, which together form at least one dowel connection. The adjusting device 122 enables an adjustment of the orientation of the support means 12 in that the fastening means 1221 can be changed with the adjusting device 122 in here optionally a vertical direction, but also in a horizontal direction, relative to the housing 123 of the support means 12. Fig. 2a shows a perspective view of the support means 12 of the mounting device 1 from Fig. 1a.The locking portion 124 is formed within the housing 123 of the support means 12. This locking portion is optionally a bolt and / or a web that can be gripped, for example, by the gripping means 111 in the first position P1, i.e., in the fixed state of the mounting device 1. The adjusting element 1222, designed as an adjusting wheel, can be optionally actuated, here rotated, by means of a tool in order to change a position of the fastening means 1221 of the adjusting device 122 for adjusting the orientation of the support means 12 along at least one direction of the body or housing 123 of the support means 12.

[0048] In a lower section of the support means 12 corresponding to Figure 2b, the support surface 121 is shown optionally formed as part of the housing 123 of the support means 12.

[0049] As in the case illustrated in Fig. 2b, the fastening means 1221 comprises two, but at least one, dowel connection, which comprises the at least one screw 12211 and the dowel section 12212. The dowel section 12212 is particularly useful for securing the wall element, i.e., the front panel of the drawer. Alternatively, only screws 12211 can be used as the fastening means 1221.

[0050] In an upper section of the support means 12, as shown in Figures 2a to 2d, an upper surface 131 is optionally formed as part of the housing 123. The upper surface 131 corresponds in design to the support surface 121 and has an insertion bevel 1211. The surface 131 allows the support means 12 to be installed rotated by 180°. In this case of rotating the support means by 180°, the surface 131 is the support surface of the support means 12 within the meaning of the present invention, and the support surface 121 is the upper surface in this case.

[0051] Figs. 2c and 2d show front views of the support means 12, one of the screws 12211 and the other of the dowel sections 12212 of the fastening means 1221. The housing 123 optionally consists of two housing parts, which are fixed to each other by means of locking means 1252, 1253.

[0052] Fig. 2e shows a view of the support element 12 from below onto the support surface 121. As shown, this is optionally designed essentially plate-shaped.

[0053] Fig. 3 shows an exploded view of the support means 12 from Figures 2a to 2e. The support means 12 preferably comprises two housing parts, a first housing part 1231, on which the upper surface 131 is formed, and a second housing part 1232, identical to the first housing part 1231, on which the support surface 121 is formed. It is clearly visible that the support surface 121 corresponds in its design to the upper surface 131. The adjusting device 122 with the at least one fastening means 1221 is arranged on the optional first housing part 1231 and on the second housing part 1232, i.e. in the housing 123 consisting of these. The two housing parts 1231 and 1232 preferably each have the locking means 1252 and 1253. The locking means are each either a recess or a locking contour, which engage with each other when the two housing parts 1231, 1232 are connected, as shown in Fig. 2d.Alternatively, the housing parts 1231 and 1232 can also be formed from one part and form the housing 123 with the locking portion 124.

[0054] Fig. 4a shows a side view of the side frame 3 with the mounting device 1 from Fig. 1a, to which the front panel 4 of the drawer according to the invention, which is fixed to the support means 12, is mounted. The mounting device 1 has the locked first position P1, which corresponds to the position P1 in Figs. 1a and 1b. According to Fig. 4b, in the first position P1, the gripping means 111 engages around the locking section 124 arranged on the support means 12 in order to hold the mounting device 1 in an assembled state, so that the holding means 11 and the support means 12 are locked to one another. The gripping means 111 is adjustable by means of a release means 114, here optionally designed as a tool engagement, so that the locking section 124 can be displaced in the direction of a pre-locked second position P2 of the mounting device.

[0055] The front panel 4 is, as can be seen enlarged in Fig. 4c, fixed to the adjusting device 122 and its orientation, which corresponds to the orientation of the support means ^, is adjustable by means of this, in the figure corresponding to the vertical direction, relative to the side frame 3, optionally by rotating the adjusting element 1222.

[0056] A force of gravity acting on the front panel 4 acts on the support means 12 and thus on the support surface 121, which rests on the support surface 31. As a result, the force, which is in particular a weight force G of the front panel 4, is at least partially transferred from the support surface 121 to the support surface 31 and from the support surface 31 to the bottom of the drawer (not shown).

[0057] The holding means 11 optionally has at least one support means 113 connected to the holding means 11. As shown here, the support means 113 is plugged onto the holding means 11. The support means 113 supports the side frame 2 on the holding means 11 and stabilizes the side frame 3. The holding means 11 has a guide 116, by means of which the locking section 124 formed on the support means 12 can be guided when the mounting device 1 is moved into the pre-locked second position P2.

[0058] Fig. 5a shows a view of the mounting device 1 from the preceding figures in the pre-locked second position P2, into which the mounting device 1 can be moved, in which the holding means 11 and the support means 12 can be separated from one another or locked to one another. The mounting device 1 can be moved both from the first position P1 to the second position P2, and conversely from the second position P2 to the first position P1. In the illustrated second position P2 of the mounting device 1, the front panel 4, which is fixed to the support means 12, is already partially removed from the side frame 3, i.e., from the gripping means 111.

[0059] As shown in Fig. 5b, the gripping means 111, which is reset in particular by means of the spring 112, no longer grips the locking section 124 in the second position P2 of the mounting device 1, so that the support means 12 can be removed from the holding means 11.

[0060] In the enlarged view according to Fig. 5c, the support surface 121 rests at least partially against the supporting surface 31 of the side frame 3 formed by the upper section 321 of the floor channel 32 and is supported thereon. It can be seen that the front panel 4 is pivoted in the second position P2 relative to the first position P1 in Fig. 4a, with the support surface 121 forming a pivot bearing with the supporting surface 31.

[0061] The guide 116 on the holding means 11 comprises at least one upper guide section 1161, on which a holding section 115 is formed, by means of which the support means 12 is held in the second position P2 on the support surface 31. The guide 116 is preferably at least partially a contour formed on the holding means 11, on which the locking section 124 is optionally supported, wherein the holding section 115 is a recess in this contour which holds the locking section 124 in a hook-like manner against a pull-out direction of the support means 12 from the side frame 3. The holding section 115 has a first height H1 in the direction of the first position P1, in particular of the locking section 124 in the first position P1, perpendicular to the support surface 31, which first height H1 is greater than a second height H2 of the guide 116 in the corresponding direction. The locking portion 124 is held on the holding portion 115 in the second position P2 of the mounting device 1.

[0062] Optionally, the support means 12 and consequently the front panel 4 have a pivoted position in this released and partially removed state, which corresponds to the second position P2. The support surface 121 continues to bear against the support surface 31 of the side frame 3. When the mounting device 1 is moved from the locked position P1 to the pre-locked second position P2, the locking section 124 automatically moves along the guide 116 to a higher position.

[0063] An outer wall (not shown) is preferably placed on the side frame 3, in which in the illustrated case only an inner wall element of the side frame 3 is shown, in order to form a closed cavity in which the mounting device 1 can be arranged.

[0064] Fig. 6a shows a perspective view of a side frame 3 in the sense of Fig. 1a, but with an inventive mounting device 1 according to a further embodiment of the present invention.

[0065] As can already be seen in Fig. 6a, the support means 12 of the mounting device 1 has in particular a larger number of fastening means 1221, so that correspondingly larger and / or heavier wall elements can be fixed to the side frame 3 by means of the mounting device 1.

[0066] 6a and 6b is not a pivotable lever, but a gripping means 111 that can be moved by means of a release means 114, which is optionally designed as a gearwheel here, wherein the gripping means 111 has a type of rack and pinion contour for interacting with the release means 114. In the illustrated locked first position P1 of the mounting device 1, the gripping means 111 in this embodiment also grips a locking section 124 arranged on the support means 12. Otherwise, the support means 12 essentially corresponds to the support means 12 from the previous embodiment of Fig. 1a. The at least one support surface 121 is therefore supported in the first position P1 on the support surface 31 formed by the upper section 321 of the floor channel 32.

[0067] The support means 12 of the further embodiment of the present invention has, as shown in Fig. 6a, a retaining clip 1251 that engages around the retaining means 11. In the view according to Fig. 7a, this retaining clip 1251 is arranged in an upper region of the support means, preferably above the uppermost fastening means 1221.

[0068] Fig. 7a to 7e correspond in the broadest sense to the representations of the support means 12 of the mounting device 1 according to the invention from Fig. 4a to 4c, but they show the support means 12 from the further embodiment of Fig. 6a.

[0069] The support means 12 again has an adjusting means 122, which comprises several, here four, fastening means 1221 designed as dowels, each having a screw 12211 and a dowel section 12212. The adjusting element 1222 designed as an adjusting wheel is arranged in a lower section of the support means 12, corresponding to Fig. 7a, but otherwise functions as already described above for the adjusting means 122.

[0070] Accordingly, the housing 123, as shown in the exploded view of the support means 12 in Fig. 8, does not consist of two identical housing parts. The housing comprises the optional first housing part 1231 and the second housing part 1232, which includes the support surface 121.

[0071] Fig. 9a shows the mounting device 1 of the further embodiment of the present invention in the pre-locked second position P2, i.e. the state which essentially corresponds to Fig. 5a.

[0072] The gripping means 111 is displaced vertically upwards by means of the release means 114, as shown in Fig. 9b, and is therefore not engaged with the locking portion 124 of the support means 12, so that the holding means 11 and the support means 12 can be separated from each other. The side frame 3 is also supported on the holding means 11 by means of at least one support means 113, with two support means 113 being fixed to the holding means 11 here. The retaining clip 1251 does not engage around the holding means 11 in the second position P2 according to Fig. 9a.
