Description

MEDICAL X-RAY IMAGING METHOD AND APPARATUS, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUMTECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of X-ray imaging, and in particular, to a medical X-ray imaging method and apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium.BACKGROUND

[0002] In clinical diagnosis, an X-ray image usually needs to be produced, to observe a skeletal structure of a patient, such as a spine or a lower limb bone. In an existing X-ray imaging method, there is only one irradiation dose during shooting of one time. As a result, a part of an X-ray image obtained through the shooting of one time may be overexposed, and another part may be underexposed. For example, when a thorax and an abdomen are in a same X-ray image, a case that the thorax is overexposed, and the abdomen is underexposed may exist. In other words, uniformity of exposure of a detector is poor. This case affects diagnosis of a disease.SUMMARY

[0003] An objective of the present invention is to provide a medical X-ray imaging method, to help improve uniformity of exposure of a detector.

[0004] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a computer-readable storage medium, to help improve uniformity of exposure of a detector.

[0005] Still another objective of the present invention is to provide a medical X-ray imaging apparatus, to help improve uniformity of exposure of a detector.

[0006] The present disclosure provides a medical X-ray imaging method, including:

[0007] S10: Obtain distribution of X-ray absorptivity of a body part that corresponds to a target imaging region and that is of a patient.

[0008] S20: Set parameters of a plurality of X-ray sources, to enable the parameters to be related to the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity, where optical axes of the plurality of X-ray sources are all approximately perpendicular to a same detection plane.

[0009] S30: Control, based on the set parameters of the plurality of X-ray sources, the plurality of X-ray sources to irradiate the patient during X-ray shooting of one time, to obtain a shot X-ray image.

[0010] According to the medical X-ray imaging method, the parameters of the plurality of X-ray sources are set based on the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity of the body part that corresponds to the target imaging region and that is of the patient, to complete the X-ray shooting of one time, so as to help improve uniformity of intensity of an X-ray field jointly formed by the plurality of X-ray sources when the X-ray field reaches the detection plane after passing through a body of the patient. In this way, uniformity of exposure of a detector is improved.

[0011] In another example implementation of the medical X-ray imaging method, a group including the plurality of X-ray sources and the detector is set to be movable relative to an examination region. The movement includes at least movement in two perpendicular directions. The two perpendicular directions are parallel to the detection plane. The examination region is for accommodating the patient. In this way, it is convenient to adjust a shooting position.

[0012] In still another example implementation of the medical X-ray imaging method, S20 specifically includes: setting a tube voltage, a tube current, a position, and a field size of each of the X-ray sources in response to the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity, to enable distribution of X-ray intensity of the X-ray field jointly formed by the plurality of X-ray sources to have regional diversity. In this way, the uniformity of the exposure of the detector is improved. The parameters of the X-ray sources are adjusted in a plurality of dimensions, to help improve flexibility.

[0013] In yet another example implementation of the medical X-ray imaging method, radiation fields of the plurality of X-ray sources are superimposed with each other. A manner of the superimposition includes cross superimposition and / or inclusive superimposition. The cross superimposition refers to that a part of a radiation field is superimposed with a part of another radiation field. The inclusive superimposition refers to that all of a radiation field is superimposed with a part of another radiation field. A superimposition region in which the radiation fields of the plurality of X-ray sources are superimposed with each other and a non-superimposition region are set based on the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity. In comparison with edge overlapping, the manner of the superimposition can avoid a problem of edge overexposure.

[0014] In yet another example implementation of the medical X-ray imaging method, edges of radiation fields of the plurality of X-ray sources overlap each other. A part that corresponds to an overlapping region and that is in the shot X-ray image is an edge overlapping region. Non-overlapping regions of the radiation fields of the X-ray sources are set based on the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity. In comparison with superimposition, the manner of edge overlapping can reduce a calculation amount, and is more convenient to implement.

[0015] In yet another example implementation of the medical X-ray imaging method, a part that corresponds to the superimposition region and that is in the shot X-ray image is a superimposition irradiation region. A region whose distance to an edge line of the superimposition irradiation region is less than or equal to a first preset distance is an edge region. The medical X-ray imaging method further includes S40: processing a target processing region of the shot X-ray image, where the target processing region is the edge overlapping region or the edge region. S40 includes:

[0016] S41: Shoot a corrected X-ray image for the target processing region, where the corrected X-ray image is an X-ray image shot for the target processing region by using a uniform dose, and the shooting dose is related to distribution of X-ray absorptivity of a body part that corresponds to the target processing region and that is of the patient.

[0017] S42: Determine whether a body position of the patient in the corrected X-ray image is consistent with a body position of the patient in the shot X-ray image.

[0018] If a determining result of S42 is yes, S43 is performed: using a part that corresponds to the target processing region and that is in the corrected X-ray image as a replacement region, and replacing the target processing region of the shot X-ray image with the replacement region. In this way, a problem of gray-scale jump on two sides of the edge line of the superimposition irradiation region and a problem of high exposure of the edge overlapping region are convenient to be resolved.

[0019] In yet another example implementation of the medical X-ray imaging method, the replacement is performed in a manner of edge feathering. The edge feathering specifically includes: using, as a first feathering region, a region whose distance to an edge of the target processing region is less than or equal to a preset feathering distance and that is on an outer side of the target processing region in the shot X-ray image; using, as a second feathering region, a region whose distance to an edge of the replacement region is less than or equal to the preset feathering distance and that is on an outer side of the replacement region in the corrected X-ray image; and overlapping the first feathering region and the second feathering region after setting transparency of the first feathering region and transparency of the second feathering region to 50%. This helps improve uniformity of a gray scale of a processed X-ray image.

[0020] In yet another example implementation of the medical X-ray imaging method, S40 further includes:

[0021] If the determining result of S42 is no, S44 is performed: determining, through statistics, a gray-scale histogram of a region that is at a first sampling distance to the target processing region and that is outside the target processing region, and using the gray-scale histogram as a reference gray-scale histogram.

[0022] S45: Perform a histogram specification operation with reference to the reference gray-scale histogram, and adjust a gray-scale histogram of the target processing region, to obtain an adjusted gray-scale histogram. This helps improve uniformity of a gray scale of a processed X-ray image.

[0023] In yet another example implementation of the medical X-ray imaging method, S40 further includes:

[0024] If the determining result of S42 is no, S46 is performed: calculating an average gray scale of a region that is at a second sampling distance to the target processing region and that is outside the target processing region, and using the average gray scale as a reference average gray scale.

[0025] S47: Adjust a gray-scale value of each pixel of the target processing region, to obtain an adjusted gray scale, where a specific adjustment method includes:

[0026] S471: Calculate an average gray scale of the target processing region, to obtain a first average gray scale.

[0027] S472: Calculate a difference between the first average gray scale and the reference average gray scale, to obtain a first gray-scale difference.

[0028] S473: Subtract the gray-scale value of each pixel of the target processing region by the first gray-scale difference, to obtain the adjusted gray scale. This helps improve uniformity of a gray scale of a processed X-ray image.

[0029] In yet another example implementation of the medical X-ray imaging method, S40 further includes:

[0030] If the determining result of S42 is no, S48 is performed: determining, through statistics, a gray-scale average value of a region that is at a third sampling distance to the target processing region and that is outside the target processing region, and using the gray-scale average value as a reference average value.

[0031] S49: Adjust a gray-scale value of each pixel of the target processing region, to obtain an output gray scale, where a specific adjustment method includes:

[0032] S491: Calculate a difference between the gray-scale value of each pixel of the target processing region and the reference average value, to obtain a difference matrix.

[0033] S492: Adjust each value of the difference matrix to v*vave /  (vmax–vmin) , to obtain an adjusted matrix, where v is each value of the difference matrix, vmax is a maximum value of the difference matrix, vmin is a minimum value of the difference matrix, and vave is an average value of the difference matrix.

[0034] S493: Subtract the gray-scale value of each pixel of the target processing region by a corresponding value of the difference matrix, to obtain the output gray scale. This helps improve uniformity of a gray scale of a processed X-ray image.

[0035] In yet another example implementation of the medical X-ray imaging method, an ionization chamber is used to control automatic exposure in the medical X-ray imaging method, and each of the X-ray sources is set to correspond to at least one ionization chamber. In S30, during the X-ray shooting, when an ionization chamber satisfies a dose requirement, an X-ray source corresponding to the ionization chamber is turned off. In this way, control is convenient.

[0036] In yet another example implementation of the medical X-ray imaging method, in S10, the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity is obtained based on an optical image of the patient. The optical image is a visible light image or a pre-scanned X-ray image, the optical image is a planar image or a stereoscopic image, and the pre-scanned X-ray image is an X-ray image shot for the target imaging region by using a uniform dose. In this way, it is convenient to obtain the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity of the patient.

[0037] The present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, storing a computer program. When the computer program is executed by a processor, steps of the foregoing medical X-ray imaging method can be implemented. This helps improve the uniformity of the exposure of the detector.

[0038] The present invention further provides a medical X-ray imaging apparatus, including a plurality of X-ray sources, at least one detector, and a storage processing unit. Optical axes of the plurality of X-ray sources are all approximately perpendicular to a detection plane. The at least one detector is arranged on the detection plane, to detect X-rays from the plurality of X-ray sources. The storage processing unit includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores a computer program. When the processor executes the computer program, steps of the foregoing medical X-ray imaging method can be implemented. According to the medical X-ray imaging apparatus, the parameters of the plurality of X-ray sources are set based on the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity of the body part that corresponds to the target imaging region and that is of the patient, to complete the X-ray shooting of one time, so as to help improve uniformity of intensity of an X-ray field jointly formed by the plurality of X-ray sources when the X-ray field reaches the detection plane after passing through a body of the patient. In this way, uniformity of exposure of the detector is improved.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0067] To provide a clearer understanding of the technical features, objectives, and effects of the present invention, specific implementations of the present invention are described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the accompanying drawings, same reference numerals represent components with a same structure or with a similar structure but a same function.

[0068] In this specification, "example" represents "serving as an instance, an example, or descriptions" , and any figure or implementation described as an "example" in this specification should not be explained as a more preferred or more advantageous technical solution.

[0069] In this specification, "first" , "second" , and the like do not indicate importance, a sequence, or the like, but only indicate a difference from each other to facilitate description of the document.

[0070] For brevity of the figures, only parts related to the present invention are schematically shown in the figures, but the parts do not represent an actual structure as a product.

[0071] FIG. 1 is a flowchart of an example implementation of a medical X-ray imaging method. For example, the medical X-ray imaging method is implemented by a medical X-ray imaging apparatus shown in FIG. 2. The medical X-ray imaging apparatus includes two X-ray sources 61 and one detector 62. Each X-ray source 61 includes, for example, an X-ray tube and an X-ray collimator. Optical axes of the two X-ray sources 61 are approximately perpendicular to a detection plane D. The detector 62 is configured to detect X-rays that reach the detection plane D and that are from the two X-ray sources 61.

[0072] As shown in FIG. 1, the medical X-ray imaging method includes the following step S10 to S30.

[0073] S10: Obtain distribution of X-ray absorptivity of a body part that corresponds to a target imaging region and that is of a patient. The X-ray absorptivity herein refers to X-ray absorptivity along a direction perpendicular to the detection plane D.

[0074] The X-ray absorptivity is related to not only a thickness of a human body along the direction perpendicular to the detection plane D, but also a density of the human body. In the human body, densities of tissues other than bones are approximately the same. A density of a tissue included in a lung is similar to that of another organ. However, when the lung is viable, the lung is an air-filled tissue. X-ray absorptivity of air is greatly different from X-ray absorptivity of blood or a muscle.

[0075] For example, the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity of the body part that corresponds to the target imaging region and that is of the patient is represented by X-ray absorptivity of each cross section that is perpendicular to the detection plane D and that is of the patient, or represented by X-ray absorptivity of a body part that is of the patient and that corresponds to each pixel of the target imaging region.

[0076] In an example implementation, the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity may be obtained based on an optical image of the patient. The optical image is a visible light image or a pre-scanned X-ray image. The optical image is a planar image or a stereoscopic image. A posture in the optical image of the patient needs to be consistent with a posture in an X-ray image. For example, the visible light image is obtained by an image obtaining unit 64 (referring to FIG. 2) . The pre-scanned X-ray image is an X-ray image shot for the target imaging region by using a uniform dose. For example, the pre-scanned X-ray image is obtained through shooting by using one of the two X-ray sources 61. X-ray pre-scanning is scanning before X-ray imaging scanning, and a dose of the X-ray pre-scanning is lower than a dose used during the X-ray imaging scanning.

[0077] The optical image is, for example, a local image, and a position and a size of each body part of the patient can be estimated based on a position and a size of a local part of the patient in the local image. The estimation may be estimation performed based on a proportion of a standard human-body model, or may be calculation performed based on a human-body proportion obtained in previous measurement on the patient. It may be understood that the latter has higher accuracy. The distribution of the X-ray absorptivity is obtained based on the position and the size of each body part of the patient. For example, a correspondence between the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity and both the position and the size of each body part of the patient may be obtained by using a machine learning method.

[0078] The optical image may alternatively be an entire-body image of the patient, and a position and a size of each body part of the patient may be obtained based on the entire-body image of the patient. The distribution of the X-ray absorptivity is obtained based on the position and the size of each body part of the patient.

[0079] In addition, for example, a position and a size of each body part of the patient may alternatively be estimated based on a height, a weight, and a body fat percentage of the patient, and then the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity is obtained based on the position and the size of each body part of the patient. For example, a correspondence between all of the height, the weight, and the body fat percentage of the patient and both the position and the size of each body part of the patient may be obtained by using a machine learning method.

[0080] In addition, for example, a position and a size of each body part of the patient may alternatively be estimated based on distribution of pressures of the patient on an examination bed, and then the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity is obtained based on the position and the size of each body part of the patient. For example, a correspondence between the distribution of the pressures of the patient on the examination bed and both the position and the size of each body part of the patient may be obtained by using a machine learning method.

[0081] As shown in FIG. 3, for example, a target imaging region 100 is set to a rectangular region. A schematic diagram of human bones in FIG. 3 is merely for ease of describing a position and a size of the target imaging region, and is not an image displayed in an actual use process. During actual use, the target imaging region may be set as required.

[0082] S20: Set parameters of the two X-ray sources 61, to enable the parameters to be related to the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity.

[0083] Specifically, for example, a tube voltage, a tube current, a position, and a field size of each of the X-ray sources 61 are set in response to the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity, to enable distribution of X-ray intensity of an X-ray field jointly formed by the two X-ray sources 61 to have regional diversity. The parameters of the X-ray sources are adjusted in a plurality of dimensions, to help improve flexibility. The X-ray intensity is defined as a sum of energy of X-rays passing through a unit area of the detection plane D in unit time. A radiation field is a projection range of the X-ray source on the detection plane D. For example, a radiation field of each of the X-ray sources 61 is a rectangle, but this is not limited thereto.

[0084] More specifically, the X-ray intensity of the X-ray field jointly formed by the two X-ray sources 61 is distributed in a plurality of regions. X-ray intensity in each region is approximately consistent, and may be different from X-ray intensity in another region. For example, in FIG. 3, X-ray intensity in a first region 201 in an X-ray field 200 is approximately consistent, X-ray intensity in a second region 202 is approximately consistent, and the X-ray intensity in the first region 201 is different from the X-ray intensity in the second region 202. The X-ray intensity corresponding to each region is positively correlated with an average value of X-ray absorptivity of a corresponding body part, to improve uniformity of intensity of the X-ray field jointly formed by the two X-ray sources 61 when the X-ray field reaches the detection plane D after passing through the body of the patient. That is, a larger average value of X-ray absorptivity of a body part corresponding to a region indicates higher X-ray intensity in the region. In other words, a body part with a larger average value of X-ray absorptivity is irradiated with an X-ray with higher intensity. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, a thorax and an abdomen of the patient respectively correspond to the first region 201 and the second region 202 in the X-ray field 200. An average value of X-ray absorptivity of the thorax is smaller, and therefore, X-ray intensity in the first region 201 is lower. An average value of X-ray absorptivity of the abdomen is larger, and therefore, X-ray intensity in the second region 202 is higher. In an example implementation, a ratio of the X-ray intensity corresponding to each region to the average value of the X-ray absorptivity of the corresponding body part is, for example, a same set value, but this is not limited thereto.

[0085] S30: Control, based on the set parameters of the two X-ray sources 61, the two X-ray sources 61 to irradiate the patient during X-ray shooting of one time, to obtain a shot X-ray image 300 (referring to FIG. 3) . During the X-ray shooting of one time, the two X-ray sources 61 irradiate the patient, and the detector completes data collection once to obtain the shot X-ray image 300. It can be learned that the shot X-ray image is not obtained by synthesizing a plurality of images, but is obtained through the shooting of one time.

[0086] In another example implementation, a quantity of the X-ray sources 61 may be adjusted to a plurality as required. Optical axes of the plurality of X-ray sources 61 are all approximately perpendicular to the detection plane D. The detector 62 is configured to detect X-rays that reach the detection plane D and that are from the plurality of X-ray sources 61. Parameters of the plurality of X-ray sources are set, to enable the parameters to be related to the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity. The plurality of X-ray sources are controlled, based on the set parameters of the plurality of X-ray sources, to irradiate the patient during X-ray shooting of one time, to obtain a shot X-ray image.

[0087] In addition, in another example implementation, a plurality of detectors 62 arranged along the detection plane D may alternatively be used to detect an X-ray reaching the detection plane D.

[0088] According to the medical X-ray imaging method, the parameters of the plurality of X-ray sources are set based on the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity of the body part that corresponds to the target imaging region and that is of the patient, to complete the X-ray shooting of one time, so as to help improve the uniformity of the intensity of the X-ray field jointly formed by the plurality of X-ray sources when the X-ray field reaches the detection plane after passing through the body of the patient. In this way, uniformity of exposure of the detector is improved.

[0089] As shown in FIG. 2, in an example implementation, a group including the two X-ray sources 61 and the detector 62 is set to be movable relative to an examination region. The movement includes at least movement in two perpendicular directions, where the two perpendicular directions are parallel to the detection plane D. The examination region is located between the X-ray source 61 and the detector 62 in FIG. 2, and is for accommodating the patient. In this way, it is convenient to adjust a shooting position.

[0090] In an example implementation, radiation fields of the plurality of X-ray sources are superimposed with each other. A superimposition region is used as a region with higher X-ray intensity, and a non-superimposition region is used as a region with lower X-ray intensity. A manner of the superimposition includes cross superimposition and / or inclusive superimposition. The cross superimposition refers to that a part of a radiation field is superimposed with a part of another radiation field. The inclusive superimposition refers to that all of a radiation field is superimposed with a part of another radiation field. The cross superimposition and the inclusive superimposition are respectively described in a figure A (an upper figure) and a figure B (alower figure) in FIG. 4 by using examples. In the figure A, a part of a radiation field R1 of a first X-ray source is superimposed with a part of a radiation field R2 of a second X-ray source. In the figure B, all of a radiation field R2 of a second X-ray source is superimposed with a lower part of a radiation field R1 of a first X-ray source. X-ray intensity of a non-superimposition region of a finally formed total radiation field R1+R2 is lower, and X-ray intensity of a superimposition region is higher. The superimposition region in which the radiation fields of the plurality of X-ray sources are superimposed with each other and the non-superimposition region are set based on the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity. As shown in FIG. 4, a part that corresponds to the superimposition region and that is in the shot X-ray image 300 is a superimposition irradiation region 31 (that is, a region filled by section lines in the figure) .

[0091] However, this is not limited thereto. In another example implementation, alternatively, edges of irradiation fields of the plurality of X-ray sources may overlap each other. Non-overlapping regions of the radiation fields of the X-ray sources are set based on the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity. An overlapping region is for avoiding a gap that is not irradiated between the irradiation fields of the plurality of X-ray sources. This case is described in FIG. 5 by using an example. As shown in FIG. 5, a lower edge of a radiation field R1 of a first X-ray source overlaps with an upper edge of a radiation field R2 of a second X-ray source. A non-overlapping region of the radiation field R1 of the first X-ray source and a non-overlapping region of the radiation field R2 of the second X-ray source are set, for example, based on the distribution of the X-ray absorptivity, to have different X-ray intensity. A part that corresponds to the overlapping region and that is in the shot X-ray image 300 is an edge overlapping region 33.

[0092] In comparison with edge overlapping, the manner of the superimposition can avoid a problem of edge overexposure. In comparison with superimposition, the manner of edge overlapping can reduce a calculation amount, and is more convenient to implement.

[0093] An objective is to resolve a problem of gray-scale jump on two sides of the edge line of the superimposition irradiation region 31 and a problem of high exposure of the edge overlapping region 33. In an example implementation, the medical X-ray imaging method further includes S40: processing a target processing region of the shot X-ray image, where the target processing region is the edge overlapping region 33 or an edge region 34. Referring to FIG. 4, the edge region 34 is a region whose distance to an edge line 32 of the superimposition irradiation region is less than or equal to a first preset distance (that is, a rectangular region surrounded by dashed lines in the shot X-ray image 300 in FIG. 4) . S40 specifically includes the following steps.

[0094] S41: Shoot a corrected X-ray image for the target processing region, where the corrected X-ray image is an X-ray image shot for the target processing region by using a uniform dose, and the shooting dose is related to distribution of X-ray absorptivity of a body part that corresponds to the target processing region and that is of the patient. Specifically, for example, a ratio of intensity of an X-ray for shooting the corrected X-ray image to average X-ray absorptivity of the body part corresponding to the target processing region is approximately the same as the ratio of the X-ray intensity corresponding to each region to the average value of the X-ray absorptivity of the corresponding body part when the shot X-ray image 300 is shot, but this is not limited thereto. For example, the corrected X-ray image is shot by one of the plurality of X-ray sources 61, and a radiation field includes a target processing region. For example, the corrected X-ray image is shot after the shot X-ray image is shot.

[0095] S42: Determine whether a body position of the patient in the corrected X-ray image is consistent with a body position of the patient in the shot X-ray image.

[0096] If a determining result of S42 is yes, S43 is performed: As shown in FIG. 7, use a part that corresponds to the target processing region (where the edge region 34 is used as an example in FIG. 7) and that is in the corrected X-ray image 400 as a replacement region 44, and replace the target processing region (where the edge region 34 is used as an example in the figure) of the shot X-ray image 300 with the replacement region 44, to obtain a processed X-ray image 500.

[0097] A replacement manner used in FIG. 7 is direct replacement. In another example implementation, as shown in FIG. 8, to further improve uniformity of a gray scale of the processed X-ray image, the replacement is performed, for example, in a manner of edge feathering. Referring to FIG. 8, the edge feathering specifically includes: using, as a first feathering region 35, a region whose distance to an edge of the target processing region is less than or equal to a preset feathering distance and that is on an outer side of the target processing region (where the edge region 34 is used as an example in the figure) in the shot X-ray image 300; using, as a second feathering region 45, a region whose distance to an edge of the replacement region 44 is less than or equal to the preset feathering distance and that is on an outer side of the replacement region 44 in the corrected X-ray image 400; and overlapping the first feathering region 35 and the second feathering region 45 after setting transparency of the first feathering region 35 and transparency of the second feathering region 45 to 50%.

[0098] If the determining result of S42 is no, S44 is performed: Determine, through statistics, a gray-scale histogram of a region that is at a first sampling distance to the target processing region and that is outside the target processing region, and using the gray-scale histogram as a reference gray-scale histogram.

[0099] S45: Perform a histogram specification operation with reference to the reference gray-scale histogram, adjust a gray-scale histogram of the target processing region, to obtain an adjusted gray-scale histogram, and generate a processed X-ray image based on the adjusted gray-scale histogram. The histogram specification is to transform an original gray-scale histogram into a desired histogram by using a gray-scale mapping function. For example, histogram specification processing includes the following steps.

[0100] a: Perform gray-scale equalization processing on a histogram of an original image based on a principle of histogram equalization.

[0101] b: Solve, based on a probability density function Pz (z) of a target image, a transformation function G (z) for performing equalization processing on the target image.

[0102] c: Replace v with a gray-scale level s obtained during the equalization of the original image, and solve inverse transformation z=G–1 (s) .

[0103] FIG. 9 is a flowchart of S40 of another example implementation of a medical X-ray imaging method. S10 to S30 and S41 to S43 in this example implementation are the same as those described above, and a differences is described below.

[0104] If the determining result of S42 is no, S46 is performed: Calculate an average gray scale of a region that is at a second sampling distance to the target processing region and that is outside the target processing region, and use the average gray scale as a reference average gray scale.

[0105] S47: Adjust a gray-scale value of each pixel of the target processing region, to obtain an adjusted gray scale, and generate a processed X-ray image based on the adjusted gray scale. A specific adjustment method is as follows:

[0106] S471: Calculate an average gray scale of the target processing region, to obtain a first average gray scale.

[0107] S472: Calculate a difference between the first average gray scale and the reference average gray scale, to obtain a first gray-scale difference.

[0108] S473: Subtract the gray-scale value of each pixel of the target processing region by the first gray-scale difference, to obtain the adjusted gray scale.

[0109] FIG. 10 is a flowchart of S40 of still another example implementation of a medical X-ray imaging method. S10 to S30 and S41 to S43 in this example implementation are the same as those described above, and a differences is described below.

[0110] If the determining result of S42 is no, S48 is performed: Determine, through statistics, a gray-scale average value of a region that is at a third sampling distance to the target processing region and that is outside the target processing region, and use the gray-scale average value as a reference average value.

[0111] S49: Adjust a gray-scale value of each pixel of the target processing region, to obtain an output gray scale, and generate a processed X-ray image based on the output gray scale. A specific adjustment method is as follows:

[0112] S491: Calculate a difference between the gray-scale value of each pixel of the target processing region and the reference average value, to obtain a difference matrix.

[0113] S492: Adjust each value of the difference matrix to v*vave /  (vmax–vmin) , to obtain an adjusted matrix, where v is each value of the difference matrix, vmax is a maximum value of the difference matrix, vmin is a minimum value of the difference matrix, and vave is an average value of the difference matrix.

[0114] S493: Subtract the gray-scale value of each pixel of the target processing region by a corresponding value of the difference matrix, to obtain the output gray scale.

[0115] In an example implementation, an ionization chamber is used to control automatic exposure in the medical X-ray imaging method, and each of the X-ray sources is set to correspond to at least one ionization chamber. In S30, during the X-ray shooting, when an ionization chamber satisfies a dose requirement, an X-ray source corresponding to the ionization chamber is turned off. Further, for example, when a radiation field of an X-ray source involves a plurality of regions with different X-ray intensity in the X-ray field jointly formed by all the X-ray sources, an ionization chamber corresponding to the X-ray source preferably corresponds to a region with higher X-ray intensity, to reduce possibility of overexposure.

[0116] The present disclosure further provides a computer-readable storage medium. In an example implementation, the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program. When the computer program is executed by a processor, steps of the foregoing medical X-ray imaging method can be implemented.

[0117] The present disclosure further provides a medical X-ray imaging apparatus. In an example implementation, as shown in FIG. 2, the medical X-ray imaging apparatus includes two X-ray sources 61, a detector 62, and a storage processing unit 63. Optical axes of the two X-ray sources 61 are both approximately perpendicular to a detection plane D. The detector 62 is configured to detect X-rays from the two X-ray sources 61. The storage processing unit 63 includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores a computer program. When the processor executes the computer program, steps of the foregoing medical X-ray imaging method can be implemented.

[0118] In another example implementation, a quantity of the X-ray sources 61 may be adjusted to a plurality as required. Optical axes of the plurality of X-ray sources 61 are all approximately perpendicular to the detection plane D. The detector 62 is configured to detect X-rays that reach the detection plane D and that are from the plurality of X-ray sources 61.

[0119] In addition, in another example implementation, a plurality of detectors 62 arranged along the detection plane D may alternatively be used to detect an X-ray reaching the detection plane D.

[0120] In an example implementation, for example, an image obtaining unit 64 may be disposed in the apparatus to obtain a visible light image of a patient.

[0121] According to the medical X-ray imaging apparatus, parameters of the plurality of X-ray sources are set based on distribution of X-ray absorptivity of a body part that corresponds to a target imaging region and that is of the patient, to complete X-ray shooting of one time, so as to help improve uniformity of intensity of an X-ray field jointly formed by the plurality of X-ray sources when the X-ray field reaches the detection plane after passing through a body of the patient. In this way, uniformity of exposure of the detector is improved.

[0122] It should be understood that, although this specification is described according to the embodiments, not each embodiment includes only one independent technical solution, and the description manner of this specification is merely for clarity. A person skilled in the art should take the specification as a whole, and the technical solutions in the embodiments may alternatively be appropriately combined to form another implementation that can be understood by the person skilled in the art.

[0123] The series of detailed descriptions listed above are merely specific descriptions of feasible embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention. Equivalent implementations or modifications made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention, such as combination, division, or repetition of features, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
