[0003] The present invention relates to a bag for a cycle or motorcycle comprising a photovoltaic panel .

[0004] In the state of the art , bags for cycle or motorcycle are known, which are separably mountable with a frame of a cycle or motorcycle and comprise a mechanical lock that is openable by means of a key . Motorcyclists and cyclists require bags that are safer and can be opened through electronic keys , wireless devices such as for example NFC, Bluetooth, or mobile phones of the smartphone type , therefore electromechanical locks that are powered by battery are necessary .

[0005] Disadvantageously, the bag mounted on the frame of the cycle or motorcycle can remain in the cold or heat for hours , being disposed under the sun, and the batteries lose charge more quickly than an use of batteries inside buildings , therefore electromechanical locks powered by battery do not al low to ensure a safe opening and closing of the bag when the battery is low .

Bag (100) adapted to be separably mounted with a frame of a cycle or motorcycle and comprising a circuit board (40) comprising at least one processor and at least one memory, wherein said circuit board (40) is mounted so as to be accessible only from the inside of the bag (100) , an electric charging battery (13) connected to said circuit board (40) , wherein said electric charging battery (13) is mounted so as to be accessible only from the inside of the bag (100) , a photovoltaic panel (10) adapted to power said circuit board (40) with electrical current, wherein said photovoltaic panel (10) is mounted on an external face of a wall of the bag (100) , an electromechanical lock (20) connected to said circuit board (40) , wherein said electromechanical lock (20) is adapted to switch from a closed configuration to an open configuration, wherein said closed configuration corresponds to a closed and key-locked configuration of said bag (100) , wherein said open configuration corresponds to a closed and freely openable configuration of said bag (100) , wherein said electromechanical lock (20) comprises a pawl for an emergency key (21) , wherein said pawl is adapted to be rotated by said emergency key (21) , wherein said pawl is rotated by said emergency key (21) is adapted to switch said electromechanical lock (20) from said closed configuration to said open configuration and vice versa, a wireless antenna (45) connected to said circuitboard (40) , wherein said wireless antenna (45) is adapted to receive a signal from at least one complementary wireless device (30) , wherein said wireless antenna (45) is adapted to send an opening signal or a closing signal to said circuit board (40) , wherein said opening signal provides that said processor of the circuit board (40) commands the electromechanical lock (20) to switch to the open configuration, wherein said closing signal provides that said processor of the circuit board (40) commands the electromechanical lock (20) to switch to the close configuration, characterized by comprising a switch (11) connected to said circuit board (40) , wherein said switch (11) is adapted to switch said circuit board (40) from an on configuration to an off configuration, wherein said on configuration provides that the circuit board (40) powers said wireless antenna (45) and is capable of receiving said opening signal or said closing signal for opening or closing said electromechanical lock (40) , wherein said off configuration provides that the circuit board (40) is disconnected from the charging battery (13) .

2. Bag (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that said wireless antenna (45) is an NFC antenna and that said at least one complementary wireless device (30) is adapted to transmit an NFC signal to said wireless antenna (45) .

3. Bag (100) according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized by comprising a power port (12, 15)connected to said circuit board (40) , wherein said power port (12, 15) is adapted to power said electric charging battery (13) .

4. Bag (100) according to claim 3, characterized in that said power port (12, 15) is a USB type port.

Bag (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said circuit board (40) comprises at least one timer commanded by said processor, wherein said memory comprises an off time which is preset, if said timer counts an amount of time equal to or higher than said off time, then it switches said circuit board (40) from said on configuration to said off configuration.

Bag (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized by comprising at least one charging indicator (46) connected to said circuit board (40) , wherein said circuit board (40) measures a charging level of said electric charging battery (13) and transmits said measure to said charging indicator (46) , wherein said charging indicator (46) signals at least one low battery level.

7. Bag (100) according to claim 6, characterized in that said charging indicator (46) is a light indicator comprising at least one light source signalling at least said low battery level.

8. Bag (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said electric charging battery (13) is separably mounted with said bag (100) and can be replaced with another electric charging battery ( 13 ) .

9. Wireless kit for opening a bag (100) adapted to be separably mounted with a frame of a cycle ormotorcycle, characterized by comprising a bag (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, said emergency key (21) and said at least one complementary wireless device (30) .

Kit according to claim 9, characterized in that said complementary wireless device (30) is adapted to be read by said wireless antenna (45) of said bag (100) , wherein said complementary wireless device (30) is comprised in a list comprising a card (31) comprising a RFID tag, a little key (32) for key ring comprising a RFID tag, a mobile phone (33) comprising an app for transmitting a signal to said wireless antenna (45) of the bag (100) .

11. Kit according to any one of claims 9 or 10, characterized in that said complementary wireless device (30) is an NFC device.
