[0002] Prior art has shown a waste collection container comprising a tank and a two-part lid. Such waste collection containers are, for example, fixed waste containers as defined in standard NF EN 12574:2017. A two-part lid typically comprises a first part, a user lid intended to be opened by a user to deposit waste into the receiving tank, and a second part, a collection lid intended to be opened during waste collection. Since these two lid parts are movable relative to each other, there is a gap between them to allow for this movement.
[0003] Waste collection containers are generally located outdoors. Therefore, when it rains, rainwater can enter the waste collection tank through the gap between the user lid and the collection lid. Furthermore, rainwater that doesn't enter the tank can collect on the lid, and when a user opens the lid to deposit waste, this collected rainwater flows by gravity from the top of the lid into the tank through the gap between the user lid and the collection lid. The same problem arises with dew that can form on the top of the lid.In the cases mentioned above, liquid is introduced into the waste collection tank, which is undesirable, particularly to avoid increasing the weight of the container or reducing its waste storage capacity.

Claims
1. Lid (3) for a waste collection container (1), the lid being intended to be attached to a waste receiving tank (2) of a waste collection container (1) and being made in at least two parts, a first part (4) of the lid (3) being movable relative to a second part (5) of the lid (3), at least one gap (6) separating the first part (4) of the lid (3) and the second part (5) of the lid (3), characterized in thatthe cover (1) includes a liquid drainage channel (10) arranged at least in part opposite the gap (6) separating the first part (4) of cover (3) and the second part (5) of cover (3), the liquid drainage channel (10) being intended, when the cover (3) is placed on a waste receiving tank (2), to discharge outside the waste receiving tank (2) liquid flowing through the gap (6) separating the first part (4) of cover (3) and the second part (5) of cover (3).

Lid (3) for a waste collection container (1) according to claim 4, comprising two liquid drainage conduits, an upstream end (14) of a first of the liquid drainage conduits being intended to receive liquid flowing from a first longitudinal end of the gutter (11) and an upstream end (14) of a second of the liquid drainage conduits being intended to receive liquid from a second longitudinal end of the gutter (11), opposite the first longitudinal end of the gutter (11).
6. Lid (3) for a waste collection container (1) according to claim 4 or 5, in which the liquid discharge conduit is formed by a pipe (12), preferably made of plastic.
7. Lid (3) for a waste collection container (1) according to the preceding claim, further comprising means (16) for fixing the pipe (12) to the lid (3).
8. Lid (3) for a waste collection container (1) according to claim 4 or 5, in which the liquid discharge conduit is made of material with the lid (3).
9. Lid (3) for a waste collection container (1) according to any one of claims 4 to 8, in which the gutter (11) includes, at at least one longitudinal end, a liquid discharge orifice (13) for the passage of liquid from the gutter (11) to the liquid discharge conduit.

Lid (3) for a waste collection container (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the portion of the liquid evacuation channel (10) arranged opposite the gap (6) forms at least one ramp comprising a high point and at least one low point for the evacuation of liquid in a direction from the high point to the low point.
