Abstract
Description
T-SHAPED POST FOR LATERAL / FRONT REINFORCEMENT TECHNICAL SECTOR The present invention falls within the sector of the construction of macro-tunnels for greenhouses, specifically it is one of the pieces used in the construction of this type of macro-tunnels, being a lateral and front reinforcement pillar with a "T" shape with bolted joints and a quadrangular section pillar. It is made up of fully detachable components without welded joints, which improves structural strength, facilitates transport, and allows for partial repairs or replacements of its elements. The pillar consists of four main components: 1.-Pillar (1) of square section 2.-Anchor helix (3) for macrotunnel. 3.-Square clamping flange (2) 4.-Upper cross tube (4) . Industrial application: The invention is fully applicable in the sector of: •Protected agriculture, •Manufacture and installation of macrotunnels, •Modular and demountable structures, •Ground anchoring systems without foundations. It allows for the efficient and economical reinforcement of macro-tunnel structures without the need for foundations, reducing costs and assembly time. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The devices traditionally used in macrotunnels to reinforce the perimeter pillars are usually manufactured using circular section tubes and welded joints, which generates several drawbacks: •Welding creates weakened areas in the steel due to thermal alterations. •The assemblies must be shipped fully welded from the factory, which makes transport difficult and increases logistics costs. The current invention arises to overcome these limitations, providing solutions that do not exist in existing models. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a structural device pillar intended for the front and side reinforcement of agricultural macro-tunnels, consisting of a detachable assembly that integrates a pillar (1) of quadrangular section, an anchoring helix (3) and a superior transverse tube (4) configured in the shape of a "T". The device introduces improvements over previous models through: -Replacement of welded joints with bolted joints. -Change from circular section to quadrangular section to improve the structural behavior of the pillar. -Greater ease of assembly, maintenance and replacement of components. -Better transport due to its modular and detachable design. -Greater design flexibility by being able to replace only the necessary elements. The pillar consists of four main components: 1.-Pillar (1) of quadrangular section, which is a structural tube of variable length, perforated at its top to allow the mounting of the clamping flange (2) and provided with a spiked or grooved end to facilitate insertion into the ground. 2. Anchor helix (3) for macrotunnels, constructed from a laser-cut circular plate, shaped by successive folds to achieve the helical geometry and provided with perforated central tabs for fixing to the pillar with self-tapping screws. Its function is to prevent the removal of the pillar once it has been bolted into the ground. 3.- Square clamping flange (2), made from punched and subsequently folded sheet metal, serves to join the lower pillar with the upper transverse tube. 4.-Upper transverse tube (4) (T-head), with a square cross-section, serves to transmit rotational force during the insertion of the pillar and serves as a point of attachment for ropes or braces in macro-tunnels. The entire assembly is put together exclusively using bolted joints, completely eliminating welding and providing modularity. The pillar that is the subject of this invention is installed on all the pillars of the perimeter of the macro-tunnel, both on the sides and on the front, being buried at an angle to increase structural resistance. This pillar offers some very important advantages: -Elimination of welded joints, reducing costs and improving the strength of the steel by avoiding heat-affected zones. -Easy assembly thanks to a fully screwed design. -Ease of repair and replacement of individual components. -Design flexibility, allowing you to change only the element you wish to modify. -Easy to transport as it is a detachable set. -Structural improvement of the pillar, derived from the adoption of a square section tube. -Adaptability, allowing the section or length of the pillar to vary according to the needs of the macrotunnel. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description, by way of example and without limitation, the description will be supplemented with a set of drawings: Figure 1. Shows an overview of the "T" shaped pillar where its four elements can be seen: the quadrangular pillar (1), the clamping flange (2), the helix (3) and the upper transverse tube (4) Figure 2. Shows a view of a macro tunnel, indicating with a circle the distribution and inclined installation of these pillars used as lateral and frontal reinforcement. Figure 3: Detailed view of the anchor helix attached by screws to the end of the pillar. PREFERRED MODE OF EMBODIMENT The following describes a preferred embodiment of the pillar parts: a) Square clamping flange (2): •Manufactured by punching a steel sheet and subsequent folding. b) Pillar (1) macrotunnel: •Square tube of variable length. •Drilled for head attachment. •Extrusion or spiking at one end to facilitate its insertion into the ground. c) Upper transverse tube (4) : •It acts as a lever arm for rotating the assembly during installation. d) Helix (3) macrotunnel: •Laser-cut sheet metal, folded to obtain the spiral. •With reinforced central tabs with holes for self-tapping screws. •Installed on the pillar as the final step of the assembly.
