Abstract

A surveillance device for construction sites, comprising a surveillance tower (1) with at least one first vision camera (2.1), an alarm, and power supply means, characterized in that it comprises: - four first infrared sensors (3) installed on the tower (1) configured to allow monitoring of a first protection zone (4.1) around the tower (1); - at least one first set (10.1) of six or more posts (5) with a height greater than 1 m, located around and separated from the tower (1), each having at least one second infrared sensor (6) configured to allow monitoring of a second protection zone (10.2) around the tower (1), wherein the second zone (10.2) is located beyond and overlapping the first protection zone (10.1), and wherein both protection zones (10.1, 10.2) have a closed perimeter and the union of protection zones covers the entire surface of the construction site; - a concrete slab (7) for fixing the surveillance tower (1) and anchoring means configured to allow the movement of both elements by crane; and - means for connection to a control center; wherein the surveillance tower (1) comprises a telescopic mast (8) that allows a tower (1) height greater than 5 m, at least two first cameras (2.1) having a resolution greater than 1080 pixels, at least one second thermal camera (2.2), and at least one third camera (2.3) with 360° vision fixed at the upper end of the telescopic mast (8), wherein all cameras (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) have artificial intelligence and a range of between 50 and 200 m, and connecting means capable of allowing the connection of at least fifty additional devices.

Description

Monitoring device for construction sites Technical field of the invention The present invention pertains to the technical field of security and video surveillance systems used to protect the interests of companies and individuals, specifically to a surveillance device for construction sites. Background of the Invention Construction sites are often targeted by thieves because they use valuable materials, machinery, and tools. Therefore, they require adequate security measures to prevent theft and vandalism and allow work to continue smoothly. Traditionally, security measures consisted of alarms and surveillance cameras distributed throughout the construction site, or even the presence of security guards. These systems have many weaknesses that allow offenders to find ways to access the property and steal goods to varying degrees. Currently, there are temporary security devices consisting of video surveillance towers with cameras and an alarm system to alert if the presence of an unauthorized person is detected. These towers are movable to allow relocation to any location on the construction site if necessary, with the aim of enabling control from a complete view of the entire site. Although it is a device that allows for a higher level of security, it still presents certain drawbacks, since the structure changes over time, so it is necessary to keep relocating the tower in search of the best place for greater control. However, it is not always possible to find a place that does not have blind spots for the cameras, especially as the elements of the work and its extension increase. Furthermore, the control of this device focuses on visual surveillance of the area through cameras, which may also have audio control, but there is no perimeter protection of the area, so early detection of intrusion will not be possible. It is therefore necessary to find a way to reinforce these surveillance devices so that complete security of the area to be monitored is provided, detecting any attempt at unauthorized entry from the very moment it originates. Description of the invention The construction site surveillance device, comprising a watchtower with at least one first vision camera, an alarm and power supply means, presented herein, comprises four first infrared sensors installed in the tower and configured so as to allow control of a first protection zone around the tower. Furthermore, the device comprises at least a first set of six or more posts with a height greater than 1 m, located around and separated from the tower, each having at least a second infrared sensor, where the sensors are configured to allow monitoring of a second protection zone around the tower, where the second zone is located after and overlapping the first protection zone and where both protection zones have a closed perimeter. In this device, it is fulfilled that the union of protection zones covers the total surface of the work. The device also includes a concrete slab for fixing the watchtower and anchoring means configured to allow the movement of both elements by crane, as well as means of connection to a control center. For its part, the watchtower comprises a telescopic mast that allows a tower height of more than 5 m, at least two first cameras that have a resolution greater than 1080 pixels, at least one second thermal camera and at least one third camera with 360º vision fixed by its lower end at the upper end of the telescopic mast. These cameras feature artificial intelligence and a range of between 50 and 200 m. The tower also includes connectors capable of allowing the connection of at least fifty additional devices. The construction monitoring device proposed here represents a significant improvement over the state of the art. This is because an advanced video surveillance device is obtained with high-tech cameras that feature artificial intelligence. In addition, one of the cameras is a 360º vision camera and is located at the top of the mast, without side supports that could obstruct its field of vision, thus guaranteeing real coverage in all directions, without blind spots. The tower is centrally located and anchored to a concrete slab for stability. Equipped with anchoring points for crane transport, it can be moved once the surveillance service ends, but while in operation, it remains completely stable and resistant to tampering. A major advantage of this surveillance device is its infrared sensors, which provide a very high level of security. Four of these sensors are installed on the tower itself to monitor for any unauthorized access and prevent tampering. Furthermore, this infrared detection is reinforced with infrared sensors arranged on poles that are placed forming one or more rings of different diameters around the tower, achieving protection zones that overlap each other to cover the entire surface of the work. One advantage of this device is that it is expandable according to the needs of the place to be monitored or the growth of the work and the presence of elements and parts of it, since the central tower has connector means prepared for the connection of fifty or more devices, which allows expanding the protection with all those devices that are deemed necessary depending on the type and specific characteristics of the work. It is also an energy-independent device, and the possibility of increasing the number of solar panels makes it an option adaptable to different environments and needs. It is therefore a very effective, expandable and versatile surveillance device with which it is possible to control the entire extent of the work to prevent any improper access to it. As an added advantage, this device is linked to a security company, which allows for the provision of on-site assistance from security guards with immediate response service who will come to the construction site if necessary, without having to contract this service separately, thus obtaining a comprehensive security device with enhanced effectiveness. Brief description of the drawings In order to aid a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred embodiment thereof, a series of drawings are provided as an integral part of this description, where, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a tower of the construction surveillance device, for a first preferred embodiment of the invention. Figure 2 shows a perspective diagram of a construction monitoring device post, for a first preferred embodiment of the invention. Figure 3 shows a plan view of the construction monitoring device, for a first preferred embodiment of the invention. Figure 4 shows a plan view of the construction monitoring device, for a second preferred embodiment of the invention. Detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the invention In view of the figures provided, it can be observed how, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the surveillance device for works proposed herein comprises a surveillance tower (1) with at least a first viewing camera (2.1), an alarm and power supply means. This surveillance device also comprises four first infrared sensors (3) installed on the tower (1) configured so as to allow control of a first protection zone (4.1) around the tower (1). In this first preferred embodiment of the invention, the first infrared sensors (3) have a range of 180°. These first four infrared sensors (3) enable secure protection of the tower (1) to prevent unauthorized tampering. As shown in Figure 3, the device comprises at least a first set (10.1) of six or more poles (5) with a height greater than 1 m, located around and separated from the tower (1). These posts (5) each have at least one second infrared sensor (6). In this first embodiment, each post (5) comprises two second infrared sensors (6), as can be seen in Figure 2, each with a range angle of 180°. Furthermore, in this first preferred embodiment of the invention, the first and second infrared sensors (3, 6) are formed by passive infrared motion sensors with an integrated camera (PIRCAM) with anti-pet technology. As can be seen in Figure 3, these second infrared sensors (6) are configured so that they allow control of a second protection zone (4.2) around the tower (1) which is located after the first protection zone (4.1) and overlapping with it, so that both protection zones (4.1, 4.2) present a closed perimeter and the union of protection zones covers the total surface of the work. As can be seen in Figure 1, this device comprises a concrete slab (7) for fixing the watchtower (1) and anchoring means configured to allow both elements to be moved by crane. In this first preferred embodiment, the tower (1) is made of metal. The device also includes means of connection to a control center which in this first embodiment consists of a WIFI wireless bridge, an antenna and a power adapter. For its part, the watchtower (1) comprises a telescopic mast (8) that allows a total height of the tower (1) greater than 5 m. In this first embodiment, the total height of the tower (1) reaches a value of 6 m. The surveillance tower (1) also comprises at least two first cameras (2.1) with a resolution higher than 1080 pixels, at least one second thermal camera (2.2), and at least one third camera (2.3) with 360° vision, fixed at the top of the telescopic mast (8), so that it has no elements that could obstruct its field of vision, guaranteeing real visual coverage in all directions, without blind spots. All these cameras feature artificial intelligence and a range of between 50 and 200 m. Likewise, the surveillance tower (1) includes connectors capable of connecting at least fifty additional devices. This feature allows the surveillance system to be designed in a fully customized way according to the client's needs and the characteristics of the site to be protected. As shown in Figure 1, in this first embodiment, the power supply means consist of at least one solar panel (9) connected to a battery and are configured to allow the expansion of the number of solar panels. In a second preferred embodiment of the invention, the device comprises at least a second set (10.2) of six or more posts (5) located around the tower (1) and further away from it than the first set (10.1) of posts (5), such that their second infrared sensors (6) allow control of an additional protection zone (4.3) around the tower (1), located after the second zone (4.2) and overlapping with it. In this second embodiment, as shown in Figure 4, the device comprises a second set (10.2) consisting of eight poles and also features frequency repeaters located on the tower (1), capable of being connected to one or more second infrared sensors (6) to allow an extension of the range of its signal. This device also features a night light (11) and a signaling light device (12) connected to the tower.

Claims

1. A surveillance device for construction sites, comprising a surveillance tower (1) with at least one first vision camera (2.1), an alarm, and power supply means, characterized in that it comprises: - four first infrared sensors (3) installed on the tower (1) configured to allow monitoring of a first protection zone (4.1) around the tower (1); - at least one first set (10.1) of six or more posts (5) with a height greater than 1 m, located around and separated from the tower (1), each having at least one second infrared sensor (6) configured to allow monitoring of a second protection zone (10.2) around the tower (1), wherein the second zone (10.2) is located after and overlapping the first protection zone (10.1), and wherein both protection zones (10.1, 10.2) They have a closed perimeter and the union of protection zones covers the entire surface of the work; - a concrete slab (7) for fixing the surveillance tower (1) and anchoring means configured to allow the movement of both elements by crane; and - means of connection to a control center; wherein the surveillance tower (1) comprises a telescopic mast (8) that allows a height of the tower (1) greater than 5 m, at least two first cameras (2.1) that have a resolution greater than 1080 pixels, at least one second thermal camera (2.2), and at least one third camera (2.3) with 360° vision fixed at the upper end of the telescopic mast (8), wherein all the cameras (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) have artificial intelligence and a range between 50 and 200 m, and connecting means capable of allowing the connection of at least fifty additional devices. 2.A device according to claim 1, wherein the first infrared sensors (3) have a range angle of 180°.

3. A device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the second infrared sensors (6) have a range angle of 180° and each post (5) comprises two second infrared sensors (6).

4. A device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the first and second infrared sensors (3, 6) are passive infrared motion sensors with an integrated camera (PIRCAM) with pet-proof technology.

A device according to any of the preceding claims, comprising at least a second set (10.2) of six or more posts (5) located around the tower (1) and further away from it than the first set of posts (5), such that their second infrared sensors (6) allow monitoring of an additional protection zone (4.3) around the tower (1), located beyond the second zone (4).2) and overlapping it.

6. A device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the power supply means consist of at least one solar panel (9) connected to a battery and are configured to allow for the expansion of the number of solar panels.

7. A device according to any of the preceding claims, comprising frequency repeaters located on the tower (1), capable of being connected to one or more secondary infrared sensors (6) to allow for an extension of their signal range.

8. A device according to any of the preceding claims, comprising a night light (11) and a signaling light device (12) connected to the tower (1).

9. A device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the means for connecting to the control unit comprise a Wi-Fi wireless bridge, an antenna, and a power adapter.
