Abstract
Description
TEMPLATE WITH MECHANISM FOR PERFUME TRANSFER OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a shoe insole that incorporates within it a mechanism composed of one or more reservoirs, which contain substances in liquid, powder or gel form (such as perfumes, fragrances or components beneficial to the feet). This mechanism allows the controlled transfer of these substances to the foot through a circuit of channels located inside the insole. The invention contemplates two alternatives for this transfer: Through the use of micro-perforated channels that distribute the substance along its path. Through the use of non-microperforated channels that conduct the substance towards delimited areas of porous impregnation. TECHNICAL SECTOR The technical sector is the industry dedicated to the manufacture of footwear and its accessories, specifically the manufacture of insoles. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Shoe insoles have been a solution for millions of people, whether for biomechanical health, comfort, or minor dermatological issues. The field of standardized shoe insoles has come a long way since its beginnings, evolving into a more technologically advanced product that provides relief and comfort to those who need it. The concept of insoles is not new; in fact, it dates back to antiquity. Civilizations such as the Egyptians and Romans already used materials like herbs, clays, and straw to provide additional support to the foot and prevent direct contact with footwear, as well as relief from certain ailments or skin problems. Although these early templates were rudimentary compared to those of today, they laid the foundation for future developments. It was not until the Middle Ages that advances in the manufacture of insoles became more evident, with blacksmiths and healers making improvements, creating insoles using leather and other materials, adapting to some extent to the morphology of a normal foot. In the 19th century, with the Industrial Revolution, the production of insoles underwent a significant change. Machinery and manufacturing techniques improved considerably, allowing for more productive mass production and standardization. In the modern era, as the 20th century progressed, the materials used in manufacturing diversified. Materials such as thermoplastic polymers, memory foams, and gel were incorporated, significantly increasing the comfort and durability of insoles. One of the biggest advances in the evolution of insoles was the application of biomechanics and foot analysis, giving these devices, based on this knowledge, a much more comfortable design according to the needs of the users. Currently, the state of the art consists of numerous standardized shoe insoles, flat or with a slight heel lift, that offer only certain properties, essentially providing comfort and hygiene to the user. These hygienic properties are incorporated solely into their upper lining, which is generally made of synthetic materials. While these shoe insoles distributed to date do not incorporate any mechanism or element that provides a constant distribution of perfumes, fragrances, aromas, or beneficial components for the feet over time, through the user's natural gait, these components remain only on the surface of the insole, not throughout its entire thickness as is the case with the present invention, which offers a constant distribution throughout the entire gait cycle. The insole of this invention is composed entirely of a porous material that, through its internal mechanism, allows the entire insole to be impregnated with any perfume, fragrance, aroma, or component related to foot health and cosmetics that is introduced into the reservoir, ensuring constant distribution over time. Furthermore, the insole's morphology is designed based on the most comfortable anatomy for the foot, including the rearfoot, midfoot, and forefoot, to generate a correct distribution of the perfumes, fragrances, aromas, or beneficial components for the feet and simultaneously create the necessary well-being for foot function in any phase of gait: heel strike, mid-stance, and toe-off. Therefore, in order to allow the insole of the present invention to provide the user with a series of perfumes, fragrances, aromas or components beneficial to the feet, which, in contact with the skin of their foot, provide levels of aroma, hygiene and comfort far superior to those that a conventional insole can provide, the invention described in this descriptive report has been devised. Unlike conventional insoles that only offer hygienic properties in their upper lining, this insole guarantees a constant and deep distribution of beneficial components through its internal engineering and the porosity of the insole material itself, acting during all phases of walking. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The shoe insole (1) incorporates within it a mechanism composed of one or more reservoirs (2). These reservoirs (2) can store substances in a liquid, semi-liquid (gel) state or even in the form of particles or nanoparticles. The aforementioned reservoir (2) is connected to a circuit of channels located inside the template (1). Depending on the desired configuration, the invention presents two alternatives: In one alternative, the channels are microperforated (3), distributing the substance directly through the template material (1) by taking advantage of its porosity. In a second alternative, the reservoir (2) connects to a non-microperforated channel (6) that acts as a sealed transport pathway to delimited areas of porous impregnation (5), where the substance is released. The insole (1) is made of flexible and breathable materials (such as EVA, polyurethane, or natural fibers). The reservoir (2) has valves and waterproof membranes and can be refilled using an external device (4). BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a set of drawings is included as an integral part of said description, in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: Figure 1.- Top view of the template (1) with central reservoir (2) and micro-perforated channels (3). Figure 2 shows a top view of the insole (1), the subject of the present invention, with two reservoirs (2): one located in the center of the insole, positioned on the lateral outer edge, which connects towards the forefoot to the circuit of micro-perforated channels (3) that distributes the perfumes, fragrances, aromas, or components beneficial to the feet; and another smaller reservoir located in the heel, positioned on the lateral outer edge, which connects from the rearfoot to the midfoot to the circuit of micro-perforated channels (3). This figure also shows a detailed view of the external device (4). Figure 3 shows a top view of the insole (1), the subject of the present invention, with two reservoirs (2). One is located in the central part of the insole, positioned on the inner or medial edge, connecting towards the forefoot to the circuit of micro-perforated channels (3) that distributes the perfumes, fragrances, aromas, or components beneficial to the feet. The other, smaller reservoir is located in the heel, positioned on the inner edge, connecting from the rearfoot to the midfoot to the circuit of micro-perforated channels (3). The reservoirs (2) shown in Figure 3, both the one in the heel and the one in the central part of the insole, have both valves and membranes in their structure. Figure 4 shows a top view of the insole and its components (1), the subject of the present invention, with the reservoir (2) located in the center of the insole. The reservoir (2) connects to the circuit of micro-perforated channels (3) that distributes the perfumes, fragrances, aromas, or beneficial components for the feet, via the membrane and valve assembly. This circuit runs in a spiral shape along the entire length of the insole. This insole does not accommodate an external device (4) and is therefore not rechargeable. Figure 5.- Shows a top view of the insole and its elements (1), the object of the present invention, with the reservoir (2) located in the back or heel of the insole positioned in the center of the heel, which connects forward through the middle of the foot / central area of the insole and reaches the forefoot through the circuit of micro-perforated channels (3) distributing the perfumes, fragrances, aromas, and beneficial components for the feet, in this case customized with letters, drawings, shapes, etc. Figure 6.- Shows a top view of the insole and its elements (1), the object of the present invention, with the reservoir (2) located in the front or forefoot of the insole positioned in the center of this location, which connects to the heel or back of the insole passing through the middle of the foot and through the circuit of microperforated channels (3) distributing the perfume, fragrance, aroma or beneficial components for the feet, in this case customized with letters, drawings, shapes etc. Figure 7.- Top view of the template (1) with reservoir (2) connected to non-microperforated channels (6) that lead to impregnation areas (5). Figure 8.- Shows a top view of the insole and its elements (1), the object of the present invention, with the reservoir (2) distributing the perfumes, fragrances, aromas or components beneficial to the feet, located in the central part of the insole, positioned on the inner or medial edge that connects towards the forefoot with a non-microperforated channel (6) reaching the delimited area of microperforated or porous impregnation (5) in said front area. Figure 9.- Shows a top and side plan view of the insole (1) subject of the present invention which is constituted entirely in one of its layers by the perfume(s), fragrance(s), aroma(s) or component(s) beneficial to the feet with porous and permeable base material. Figure 10. Top and side plan view of the footwear that integrates the insole (1). Figure 11 shows a view of one of the elements of the mechanism for transferring perfume, fragrance, aroma, or beneficial components to the feet from the insole of the invention. This element is the reservoir (2), which can be located anywhere on the insole and the shoe. This reservoir (2) for transferring perfumes, fragrances, aromas or beneficial components for the feet, is made up of valves and membranes which cause the perfumes, fragrances, aromas or beneficial components for the feet to enter or leave the reservoir, to be distributed throughout the entire extent of the insole through the circuit of channels. Figure 12 shows a view of one of the elements of the mechanism for transferring perfumes, fragrances, aromas, or beneficial components for the feet from the insole of the invention. This element is the external device (4), which contains the refillable perfume, fragrance, aroma, or beneficial component for the feet. It consists of a body (4a) with a threaded or unthreaded distal end and a long or shortened tip (4b) that is inserted into the insole and the shoe at any point. This external device (4) may remain inside the insole and the shoe or be removed once the reservoir (2) has been filled. Figure 13.- Shows a view of two of the elements of the mechanism for transferring perfumes, fragrances, aromas or beneficial components to the feet, of the insole and object of the invention, interpreted in this figure 13 as a deposit assembly (2) and external device (4). PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The insole (1) has a reservoir (2) preferably located in the center or heel. This reservoir (2) consists of outlet valves (2a) to the channel circuit and an inlet valve (2b) for refilling from the external device (4). In the diaphragm and valve assembly, each outlet valve (2a) contains a non-return diaphragm (2c). For refilling, the inlet valve (2b) has a diaphragm (2d) that prevents accidental leakage of the contents. The reservoir (2) connects to the forefoot and rearfoot with a non-microperforated channel (6) that acts as a watertight conduit until reaching two porous impregnation areas (5), where the substance is transferred to the insole material (1). Having sufficiently described the nature of the invention, as well as how to carry it out in practice, it should be noted that the provisions indicated above and represented in the attached drawings are subject to detailed modifications as long as they do not alter the fundamental principle.
