Description

Measuring and marking device OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The invention, as the title of this descriptive document states, is a measuring and marking device. It is an innovation that offers advantages previously unknown within current techniques. TECHNICAL SECTOR The present invention falls within the sector of everyday needs, in the subclass of sports, games and recreation, especially in material for physical education, gymnastics, swimming, climbing or fencing, ball games and training material, specifically in accessories for games or sports not included in the groups. Similarly, it falls under the section of physics, in the subclass of metrology and testing, especially in the measurement of length, thickness or analogous linear dimensions, measurement of angles, measurement of areas and measurement of irregularities of surfaces or contours, specifically in measuring arrangements characterized by the use of optical means that correspond to the classification for the measurement of length, width or thickness. STATE OF THE ART The present invention responds to the need to ensure that fouls in football matches are taken at the correct distance, which is fundamental to guaranteeing fairness in the development of the game. Today, the process for measuring the distance between the ball and the wall is done by counting steps by the referee, which generates variability and the possibility of errors, since each referee may perform this count differently. In everyday use situations, referees must measure the distance of 9 meters to the wall for each free kick; however, existing methods do not always ensure an accurate and uniform measurement. Current systems attempting to address this problem are limited, as they require additional equipment and external tools, which can hinder the flow of the game and delay the awarding of free kicks. Furthermore, many manual methods are subject to interpretation and the variability of referees. Accordingly, this invention presents a measuring and marking device that allows for precise and rapid distance measurement, integrating the measurement directly into the referee's equipment. This system eliminates the need for manual methods, reducing the margin of error and ensuring that all fouls are taken from the same distance efficiently, without affecting the flow of the game. Currently, there is no known existence of any measuring and marking device that presents structural and constitutive technical characteristics equal or similar to those described in this descriptive report, as claimed. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is the creation of a measuring and marking device that provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description. The invention relates to a measuring and marking device comprising a spray container for applying a substance to a surface. This container integrates a lidar module consisting of a laser projector, an activation mechanism, a distance indicator, and an adjustment system, all configured to enable precise distance measurement during marking operations on sports fields. This assembly combines projection and visual signaling functions in a compact and ergonomic structure, facilitating the accurate and efficient marking of regulation areas by the user during sports or training activities. This invention solves the problem of inaccurate measurement of the distance between the ball and the wall in soccer matches, eliminating inconsistencies in the referee's step count. The system provides precise and rapid measurement, reducing human error and improving fairness and efficiency in the execution of free kicks. This device is useful for referees, as it allows them to quickly measure the correct distance without interrupting the game, improving the experience for both players and referees. Furthermore, it ensures consistency and adherence to the rules throughout the match. The measuring and marking device is envisaged to include a spray container with a reservoir capacity sufficient for multiple consecutive applications. This container may be configured for one-handed operation, facilitating its use in environments requiring precision and speed. The container may hold a marking or signaling substance, such as foam, paint, powder, or liquid chalk, intended for the visual demarcation of areas on a surface, thus contributing to clear and consistent marking on the playing field or in any other application environment. Furthermore, the laser projector, structurally coupled to the spray can, can be oriented in the same direction as the sprayed substance. This arrangement allows the distance between two points to be verified while the marking is being applied, so the user can simultaneously obtain a visual reference of the distance and the physical mark on the surface, increasing the accuracy and efficiency of the marking process. The projector's angle can be adjusted so the referee can position the device at the correct angle to spray the substance while also seeing the distance to the starting point, for example, the marked spot for placing the ball. The activation mechanism can be located on the top or side of the spray container and can be operated by the user's thumb or forefinger. This mechanism can be configured to allow simultaneous activation of the laser projector and the spray system with one hand, optimizing the overall ergonomics and facilitating agile use without requiring the user to take their attention off their surroundings or the task at hand. Similarly, the distance indicator may include a luminous, acoustic, or digital element designed to signal when the measured distance corresponds to a predetermined value. This indicator allows the user to visually or audibly confirm the correct distance, proving useful, for example, for verifying the regulation position of the defensive wall relative to the ball during a free kick in soccer, where the reference distance is typically 9.15 meters. This ensures consistent and objective application of the distance rule in various marking situations. Finally, the device may incorporate a distance adjustment system with electronic or mechanical control, operated by a button, wheel, trigger, or similar interface. This system can regulate the range or angle of the laser projector beam, adapting to different distance reference values according to the needs of each application. Thanks to this, the device can be used not only in sports contexts but also in other scenarios where it is necessary to combine visual marking with precise and adjustable distance measurement. To use the measuring and marking device, the user must take the spray can and point it at the surface to be marked, activating the lidar module's laser projector using the activation mechanism. The user can then observe the signal provided by the distance indicator to verify the position and proper spacing between points or elements to be marked. The user can also adjust the laser projector's beam range or orientation using the adjustment system, according to the application requirements. During use, the marking material projected onto the surface clearly indicates the marked areas, ensuring accurate and consistent measurement and marking at all times. EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES To complete the description being made and in order to help in the better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by a figure in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented. Figure 1 illustrates the measuring and marking device. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION. The measuring and marking device comprises a spray container (1) for applying a substance to a surface. This container integrates a lidar module comprising a laser projector (2) with an activation mechanism (3), a distance indicator (4), and a system for adjusting the target angle and / or distance (5). These components are configured to allow for distance measurement during marking operations on sports fields. The assembly is designed to enable the user to quickly and accurately demarcate regulatory distances by combining the substance application system and the laser beam measurement system in a single functional unit, thus ensuring uniformity and accuracy in marking operations. In a preferred embodiment, the spray container (1) comprises a reservoir with sufficient capacity for multiple consecutive applications and is configured for one-handed operation by the user. This container holds a marking or signaling substance, such as foam, paint, powder, or liquid chalk, intended for the visual demarcation of areas on a surface, enabling visible, clean, and precise markings, even under varying light or humidity conditions. The ergonomic design of the container ensures comfortable use throughout the duration of a sporting event or day without the need for frequent refills. Alternatively, the laser projector (2) is structurally coupled to the body of the container (1) and oriented in the same direction as the projection of the sprayed substance, although generally at a different angle, so that the distance between two points can be verified while the marking is being applied. This structural arrangement allows the user to project the substance and measure the distance in a single motion, optimizing the accuracy of the marking operations and ensuring the correct placement of spatial references on the ground. Preferably, the activation mechanism (3) is located on the top or side of the container (1) and configured for operation with the thumb or forefinger, allowing simultaneous activation of the laser projector (2) and the spray system with one hand. This ergonomic configuration provides direct and effective control of the device, facilitating its use even in dynamic situations or when the user is constantly moving, ensuring a rapid response and preventing deviations in measurement or marking application. Typically, the distance indicator (4) comprises a luminous, acoustic, or digital element configured to signal when the measured distance corresponds to a predetermined value or target distance, allowing the user to visually or audibly confirm the correct distance. This distance indicator (4) is designed to facilitate an immediate reading of the measured distance, for example, to verify the regulation position of the defensive wall relative to the ball during a free kick in soccer, with this distance preferably corresponding to 9 or 15 meters. The signal emitted by the indicator ensures consistency in the application of the distance measurement and reduces the margin of human error in the visual assessment. Alternatively, the adjustment system (5) comprises an electronic or mechanical control, actuated by a button, wheel, trigger, or similar interface, which allows the adjustment of the range or angle of the laser projector beam (2), adapting to different distance reference values according to the needs of each application.
