Abstract
Description
Needles for micropigmentation or tattooing OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The invention, as the title of this descriptive document states, is a set of needles for micropigmentation or tattooing. It is an innovation that offers advantages previously unknown within current techniques. TECHNICAL SECTOR The present invention falls within the sector of everyday needs, in the subclass of medical or veterinary sciences and hygiene, especially in devices for introducing agents into the body or for depositing them on the body. Similarly, it falls under the section corresponding to needles, details of needles relating to their connection with the syringe or with the splice sleeve. STATE OF THE ART The present invention arises from observing that, in the practice of eyebrow micropigmentation, professionals face limitations in the needle cartridges currently available, which affects precision and respect for the skin during the procedure. Some cartridges, with needles in two rows and separated, allow for less aggressive work on the skin, but they have the disadvantage of being composed of two rows of needles, which requires special care to avoid touching the skin with only one row and to avoid double or overly thick strokes. Other cartridges, with needles arranged in a single row, are more manageable, but their spacing is too narrow and their cut is more pronounced, potentially damaging the skin more. There is another model with needles arranged in a single row and in an alternating fashion, but they have the disadvantage that they are in a straight line and not in a "U" shape, which means that when turning or tilting the cartridge, the needles at the ends dig into the skin and increase the difficulty in turning and the likelihood of damaging the skin. In response to this need, the present invention proposes needles for micropigmentation or tattooing that allow for fine and precise strokes, reducing skin damage and increasing the safety of the procedure. Their optimized arrangement facilitates more comfortable and controlled work, offering professionals a tool designed to improve the precision and quality of the result, applicable, for example, to the simulation of natural hair in eyebrows. Currently, there is no known existence of any needles for micropigmentation or tattooing that have structural and constitutive technical characteristics equal or similar to those described in this descriptive report, as claimed. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is the creation of needles for micropigmentation or tattooing that provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description. The present invention relates to needles for micropigmentation or tattooing consisting of a cartridge with a set of inserted needles, parallel and arranged in a single row, with their tips forming a curve (i.e., of different lengths, those at the edges being shorter) and separated from each other by direct spacing or by interleaving another series of needles of shorter lengths, so that it allows for fine and precise strokes, such as imitating the natural hair of the eyebrows, when the cartridge is attached to a micropigmentation or tattooing machine. This invention solves the difficulties associated with making fine and precise strokes in micropigmentation and tattooing, avoiding unnecessary damage to the skin and reducing the risk of double or inconsistent strokes, optimizing the procedure to guarantee a more controlled and uniform result. This innovation is especially useful for professionals seeking greater precision and safety in delicate work, providing a smoother and more comfortable process, minimizing effort and improving the quality and final appearance of the work on the skin. It is envisaged that the cartridge may have a suitable configuration, such as a vertical rectangle, that acts as a support for the needles and facilitates their attachment to the micropigmentation or tattoo machine. This arrangement could contribute to greater stability during use and simplify handling, although it is not an essential requirement for the functionality of the unit. It is also envisioned that the needles can be arranged side by side in a single straight row, forming a plane. This optional arrangement could promote more uniform contact with the skin and facilitate continuous, controlled strokes, offering an alternative that improves working comfort without limiting other possible configurations. The needles have sharp points arranged in a symmetrical, inverted "U" shape, with the outer needles shorter and the central ones longer, allowing for the creation of fine strokes that simulate natural eyebrow hairs. This arrangement could improve the aesthetic precision and delicacy of the strokes, although the invention does not depend on its specific implementation. It is also envisaged that the needles can maintain a separation within a suitable range, optionally achieved through direct spacing or by interleaving needles of varying, shorter lengths, depending on the desired strokes. This optional feature could facilitate control of stroke density and thickness, contributing to safer and more versatile work without being essential for overall operation. Finally, the cartridge allows for needles of varying numbers, thicknesses, and taper depending on the desired effect on the skin during micropigmentation or tattooing. This optional feature offers flexibility to adapt to different techniques or aesthetic results, providing alternative uses without limiting the cartridge's functionality. To use the needles for micropigmentation or tattooing, the professional must attach the cartridge to the machine and position the tool on the skin in a controlled manner. During the procedure, they can make fine and precise strokes, adjusting the pressure and movement according to the desired effect. This arrangement allows for smoother and safer work, facilitating the creation of uniform and controlled lines without compromising the comfort or safety of the professional or the client. EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES To complete the description being made and in order to help in the better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by some figures in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented. Figure 1 shows the needles for micropigmentation or tattooing with the needle set arranged by direct spacing. Figure 2 shows the needles for micropigmentation or tattooing with the set of needles arranged by interleaving shorter needles. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION. The needles for micropigmentation or tattooing include a cartridge with a set of two inserted needles, parallel and arranged in a single row, with their tips forming a convex curve (the center protruding from the edges) and separated from each other by direct or alternating spacing of needles of varying lengths. This allows for the creation of fine and precise strokes, such as mimicking natural eyebrow hair, when the cartridge is attached to a micropigmentation or tattooing machine. This configuration ensures stability and control during the procedure and facilitates handling by the professional. The figures show the plate (1) where the figures are attached. The needles (2) have sharp points arranged in an inverted "U" shape, with the outer needles being shorter and the central needles longer, allowing for the creation of fine strokes that simulate real eyebrow hairs. This configuration contributes to achieving precise and natural results, enhancing the aesthetics of the work. In a preferred embodiment, the cartridge has a suitable configuration, such as a vertical rectangle, which acts as a support for the needles (2), allowing secure attachment to the micropigmentation or tattooing machine. This arrangement facilitates handling of the assembly and the professional's comfort during use. Preferably, the needles (2) are arranged side by side in a single straight row, forming a plane with the needle bodies (2). This arrangement ensures uniform contact with the skin and smoother work, increasing the accuracy of the strokes. Generally, the needles (2) maintain a separation within an appropriate range, achieved through direct spacing or by interleaving another series of needles (2) of varying lengths, some shorter and, for example, with tips forming a convex curve, depending on the required strokes. This feature allows for control of the density and thickness of the strokes, offering greater versatility during the procedure. Alternatively, the needles (2) are arranged in the cartridge with varying numbers, thicknesses, or taper depending on the desired effect on the skin during micropigmentation or tattooing. This arrangement provides flexibility for different techniques or aesthetic results, improving the precision and quality of the work. Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make its explanation more extensive so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages that derive from it, it being noted that, within its essentiality, it may be put into practice in other modes of embodiment that differ in detail from the one indicated as an example, and which will also achieve the protection sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.
