Description

Foosball figure TECHNICAL SECTOR The present invention relates to a figure for foosball, usually called a "foosball man", which constitutes the element for striking the game ball, simulating a player. The invention is especially applicable to the metallic figures used in certain types of foosball tables. The object of the invention is to provide a much more durable, hygienic and easy-to-clean foosball figure or doll that does not chip or get damaged with use. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the practical application of the invention, foosball tables can be essentially classified into two distinct types: foosball tables in which the figures are made of wood, and foosball tables in which the figures are made of metal. Metal figures are more common in Spanish foosball; they have their legs spread and are characterized by their greater precision and maneuverability. Wooden figures, on the other hand, are used in international foosball and tend to have a more classic and traditional design, including only one lower limb, simulating closed legs. In the case of metal figures, these are covered with a layer of paint that chips off relatively easily given the continuous impacts these figures are subjected to during use, which causes a problem with two aspects: On the one hand, they present an unfavorable visual appearance, while at the same time, the aforementioned chips create protrusions and recesses where dirt accumulates and facilitates corrosion, which complicates their cleaning and sanitization. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The foosball figure that is advocated fully and satisfactorily resolves the problem described above, based on a simple but effective solution. To this end, and starting from the conventional structure of any existing metal foosball figure or doll, in which a molded metal body of metallic nature, such as aluminum, with a human shape, is defined, provided with a hole or transverse groove for the passage of a rod to which it is fixed by means of a clamp, the figure of the invention focuses its characteristics on the fact that instead of the classic paint coating that allows differentiating the figures of one and the other team, the figure of the invention includes an anodized coating. This anodized coating significantly increases the hardness and resistance of the original aluminum surface, preventing chipping and significantly increasing the lifespan of the figure by defining a barrier against corrosion. At the same time, the figure is visually much more attractive, can be obtained in a wide variety of colors, is easy to clean and is therefore much more hygienic. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description that follows and to aid in a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred embodiment thereof, a set of drawings is included as an integral part of said description, in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: Figure 1 shows a front perspective view of a foosball figure made in accordance with the object of the present invention. Figure 2 shows a profile view of the figure. Figure 3 shows a rear elevation view of the figure. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the figures described, it can be observed how the figure of the invention is made from a piece of aluminum obtained by molding, which has a configuration in the manner of a footballer, in which at least a main body or torso (1) participates, a pair of legs (2) separated by a distance slightly less than the diameter of the game ball, and an upper appendage (3) simulating the head of the player. Including in the torso (1) a transverse groove (4) fixing the figure on the corresponding rod of the foosball table, as is conventional, including for this purpose at least a pair of holes (5) for stabilizing the piece by means of a clamp, which prevents the rotation of the piece with respect to the rod to which it is attached. Well, in accordance with the essence of the invention, it has been planned that the figure includes an external coating of decorative or anodized anodic oxide which, in addition to allowing the figure to be decorated with the color deemed appropriate, gives the figure greater hardness, durability, ease of cleaning and resistance to corrosion. In this way, in addition to improving the overall aesthetic appearance of the foosball table both when it is first used and after long periods of use, a figure is obtained that does not chip after being subjected to countless blows against the playing balls, always maintaining its shiny and attractive appearance, which is easier to clean as it is less porous, also accumulating less dirt due to said lower porosity.

Claims
