Abstract
Description
FOOT MASSAGE MACHINE Object of the invention The present invention relates to a new foot massage machine that offers a user constant friction on the sole of the foot in a comfortable, safe and relaxing manner, by means of the controlled rotation of a plate comprising a dome in its center, where both elements comprise protrusions distributed on their surfaces; so that the constant rotation of the plate by the action of a reduction motor that is connected to a control module, provides the user with a rhythmic rubbing on the sole of the foot that brings relaxation and well-being. The field of application of the invention is included within the sector of the manufacture and / or marketing of foot massage machines or devices. Background of the invention Currently, there are various devices designed to massage users' feet and legs, among which we highlight document U200100448 entitled "Device for foot massage applicable to shower trays and / or bathtubs," which discloses a device that generates vibrations in the foot support area of these personal hygiene fixtures, allowing the user to receive a plantar massage. The main advantage of the present invention over this disclosed document is its versatility, since the present invention can be transported by the user as needed or desired, while the disclosed document requires prior installation in a shower tray. Consequently, the present invention avoids the costs and labor associated with installing the machine in a specific part of a home or room. Another type of foot massager known to the general public is the roller foot massager. In these cases, the device is a roller-shaped or similar object, easily portable, with a variety of raised bumps on its surface. The user is responsible for rotating and moving the massager by applying pressure to the device, causing it to rotate around the sole of the foot. Consequently, the main drawback of these devices is that the user must exert force with their leg—specifically, their knee and ankle—to rotate the device and thus relax the sole of the foot. Well, both this drawback and those mentioned previously are solved by the machine of the present invention, where the relaxation and stimulation of the user's sole is achieved through a constant rotation controlled by the machine itself, via a geared motor connected to a control module. This module activates the rotation of a plate with a dome in its center. Both elements comprise protrusions distributed across their surfaces, providing the user with a rhythmic rubbing sensation on the sole of the foot. All of this is achieved in an improved and different manner from anything previously known in this field. Consequently, the applicant is unaware of any type of compact sports camera mount that is either similar to or as advantageous as the one described and claimed below. A detailed description of the invention follows, which complements the general ideas introduced at this point. Description of the invention The foot massage machine of the invention comprises a main housing in which a control module is located, connected to at least one geared motor, which activates the rotation of at least one transmission shaft. A plate comprising at least one dome on its upper surface is positioned and fixed to one end of the housing, and both the plate and the dome comprise a plurality of protrusions distributed over their surface. A base or frame, in direct contact with the ground, supports the housing and at least one support roller. In one possible embodiment, at least one tray may also be fixed to the frame. The massage machine of the invention is designed to provide a user with constant friction on the sole of at least one foot in a comfortable, safe, and relaxing manner. To this end, both the plate and the dome, which is fixed to the upper surface of the plate, comprise a plurality of protrusions distributed across their surface. When the machine of the invention is activated via the control module, at least one plate and the dome fixed to its upper surface rotate simultaneously by the action of a geared motor, providing a plantar massage to the user through the aforementioned protrusions. Specifically, the entire activation mechanism of the massage machine is located within the casing, as follows: In one possible embodiment, the control module is secured to the housing at a point accessible to the user. This control module is responsible for activating, deactivating, programming the operating time, and adjusting the rotation speed of the geared motor that drives the turntable. The geared motor is secured within the hollow interior of the housing, preventing user contact or access. This motor is connected to the control module via cable or similar means, and mechanically to a drive shaft; thus, operating the motor activates the rotation of the drive shaft. The massage plate is fixed to the transmission shaft. The massage plate rotates in unison with the transmission shaft. In this invention, the transmission shaft comprises a flat surface at its upper end where the plate is attached. On the other hand, as previously mentioned, the machine assembly comprises a frame, which is in direct contact with the ground, and is the element where the casing and a support roller are fixed, which acts as a support or support for the user's leg while relaxing the plantar surface. In one possible embodiment, this roller is a tubular-shaped padded element that is secured at each of its ends to a vertical profile comprising the frame body. Another detail of the invention is that, in one possible embodiment, a tray can also be attached to the frame. This tray is positioned on the base of the frame between the housing and the vertical profiles where the roller is located. This tray allows the user to place their foot when not receiving the plantar massage from the protrusions on the plate and dome of the massage machine. It should be noted that, throughout the description and claims, the term includes and its variants are not intended to exclude other technical features or additional elements. Brief description of the figures of the invention To complete the description being made and to help in a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a set of drawings is included as an integral part thereof, in which the following has been represented for illustrative and non-limiting purposes: Figure 1 is an isometric perspective drawing of the foot massage machine that is the subject of the invention, showing the outer assembly of the machine. Figure 2 is an elevation drawing of the machine of the invention, according to Figure 1. Figure 3 is a plan of a side view of the machine of the invention, according to Figure 1. Figure 4 is a plan of an aerial view of the machine of the invention, according to Figure 1. Figure 5 is a plan of a longitudinal section AA of the machine of the invention, according to Figure 4, showing the connections between a control module, a geared motor, a transmission shaft, a plate and a dome of the massage machine. Figure 6 is a plan of a cross-section BB of the machine of the invention, according to Figure 2, showing the arrangement of the geared motor within the housing. Figure 7 is an exploded view of the machine housing of the invention, according to Figure 1, showing all the elements included in the housing separately in space according to their assembly. Description of some ways of carrying out the invention As can be seen in detail in the figures, in one possible embodiment the foot massage machine of the invention comprises: a main housing (1) where a control module (2) is disposed which is connected to at least one geared motor (3), which activates the rotation of at least one transmission shaft (4), where a plate (5) is positioned and fixed at one end, comprising on its upper face at least one dome (51), and where both the plate (5) and the dome (51) comprise a plurality of protrusions (52) distributed over their surface; and a base or frame (6) that is in direct contact with the ground, where the housing (1) and at least one support roller (7) are fixed. In a possible embodiment on the frame (6) at least one tray (8) can also be attached. As shown in the figures, in one possible embodiment, the entire activation mechanism of the massage machine is located within the housing (1), such that the control module (2) is secured to the housing (1) at a point accessible to the user. This control module (2) is responsible for activating, deactivating, programming the operating time, and controlling the rotation speed of at least one geared motor (3) that drives the rotation of a plate (5). As shown in the figures, the geared motor (3) is secured within the hollow interior of the housing (1) and is connected to both the control module (2) via wiring or similar means, and to at least one drive shaft (4) via mechanical connections. Consequently, driving the geared motor (3) activates the rotation of the drive shaft (4). Furthermore, as depicted, the massage machine's plate (5) is mounted on the drive shaft (4) and rotates in conjunction with it. This plate (5) is located at an upper, external point of the housing (1), so that a user can position the sole of their foot on its surface. It comprises, on its upper face, at least one dome (51) and a plurality of protrusions (52) distributed over both surfaces. Consequently, the rotation imparted to the plate assembly (5) by the eductor motor (3) via the transition shaft (4) provides the user with constant friction on the sole of their foot in a comfortable, safe, and relaxing manner. On the other hand, the machine assembly comprises a frame (6) that is in direct contact with the ground, and is the element where the housing (1) and a support roller (7) are fixed, which acts as a support or support for the user's leg while relaxing the plantar surface. In one possible embodiment, this support roller (7) is a tubular-shaped padded element that is secured at each of its ends to a vertical profile comprising the frame body (6). Finally, another detail noticeable in the figures is that, in one possible embodiment, a tray (8) can also be attached to the frame. This tray is positioned on the base of the frame (6) between the housing (1) and the vertical profiles where the support roller (7) is located. This tray (8) is designed so that the user can position their foot when not receiving the plantar massage from the protrusions (52) included in the plate (5) and the dome (51) of the massage machine.
