ARTIFICIAL TURF FOR FOOTBALL FIELDS Field of invention The present invention relates to an artificial turf for soccer fields that has an elastic base formed by the rubber infill from old infill turf and recycled rubber adhesive derived from shredded tennis balls. The artificial turf for soccer fields of the invention is applicable in the construction and sports industries. Background of the invention Synthetic or artificial turf consists of two parts: the fibers and the backing. The backing is placed beneath and on top of the ground surface and must possess certain characteristics to ensure its quality. The filaments are made primarily of synthetic fibers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and nylon, which are woven onto the support base. Some types of turf, especially sports turf, include a filler of silica sand or rubber granules that helps keep the fibers upright, provides cushioning and stability. In the state of the art, it is known that there are turf sets that use elastic bases made in-situ, but these bases only use rubber from shredded tires. In the state of the art, the mixture of aggregate and rubber generated from the dismantling of current football fields is not reused, as this mixture would not pass the impact absorption test specified in UNE 15330-1. Brief description of the invention The invention relates to an artificial turf for football fields comprising an elastic base, a first layer of straight yarn and a second layer of textured yarn, such that the elastic base comprises a mixture of tire shredding with silica sand from the management of waste from old football fields, and rubber from the recycling of tennis balls. In the artificial turf for football fields that is the subject of the invention, the two layers of threads have a length of 40 mm. In the artificial turf for football fields that is the subject of the invention, the fiber composition of the first layer of straight yarn is composed of a mixture of linear chain polyethylene and high-density polyethylene. In the artificial turf for football fields that is the subject of the invention, the fiber composition of the second layer of textured yarn (3) is composed of linear chain polyethylene. The height of the grass and the elastic base provide a more comfortable and safer playing surface for the players. Rubber from the recycling of tennis balls. Preferred embodiment of the invention The object of the invention is an artificial turf for football fields comprising an elastic base (1) and two layers of threads (2, 3) that reproduce the leaves of a natural turf, where the elastic base (1) has a novel composition that provides ergonomic properties and improves impact absorption. The height of the lawn subject to the invention is 40 mm, considering the two layers of threads (2, 3), without considering the elastic base (1). The elastic base (1) comprises: - a mixture of shredded tires with silica sand (4) from the management of waste from former football fields, - rubber from the recycling of tennis balls (5) . The two layers of threads are: - a first layer of straight yarn (2), and - a second layer of textured yarn (3) . The fiber composition of the first layer of straight yarn (2) is made up of a mixture of linear chain polyethylene and high-density polyethylene, while the fiber of the second layer of textured yarn is made up of linear chain polyethylene. The elastic base (1) in the preferred embodiment is made in-situ by a specialized machine with tire shredding mixed with silica sand from the management of waste from old football fields to which rubber from the recycling of tennis balls is added. The artificial turf for football fields that is the subject of this invention offers the following advantages: - Cushioning and comfort: The elastic base provides a softer and more comfortable surface for players, reducing the impact on joints and minimizing the risk of injury. - Improved performance: The elasticity of the rubber allows for better turf response, which can enhance ball control and the quality of play. When a football pitch is replaced with a new one, and due to new regulations that prohibit the use of its infill, its landfill management is substantial and hazardous to the environment. With this system, the infill is encapsulated under the new turf, ceasing to be considered microplastics and instead becoming part of a sports system where it provides beneficial ergonomic properties. - Durability: The rubber base is resistant to weather conditions and wear, which prolongs the life of the artificial turf and reduces the need for frequent maintenance. - Efficient drainage: Rubber bases typically have properties that allow for good water drainage, preventing puddles from accumulating and ensuring the field is in optimal playing condition, even after rain. - Noise reduction: The elastic base can help dampen the sound of impacts, which can be beneficial in urban environments or facilities near residential areas. - Versatility: This type of base can be used in different types of sports facilities, not just football fields, making it a versatile option for various applications. - Ease of installation: Recycled rubber bases are usually easier to install and adapt to different surfaces, which can reduce installation costs and time. These advantages make the combination of an elastic base (1) of rubber and recycled material an attractive option for the construction of artificial turf football fields, both from the point of view of sporting performance and environmental sustainability.

Artificial turf for football fields comprising an elastic base (1), a first layer of straight yarn (2), and a second layer of textured yarn (3), characterized in that the elastic base (1) comprises a mixture of: - a mixture of tire shredding with silica sand (4) from the management of waste from former football fields, and - rubber from the recycling of tennis balls (5).

2. Artificial turf for football fields according to claim 1, characterized in that the two layers of yarn (2, 3) have a length of 40 mm.

Artificial turf for football fields according to any of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that: - the fiber composition of the first layer of straight yarn (2) is composed of a mixture of linear chain polyethylene and high-density polyethylene, and - the fiber composition of the second layer of textured yarn (3) is composed of linear chain polyethylene.
