Description

Modular back carrier system for children's personal mobility vehicles TECHNICAL SECTOR The present invention falls within the field of accessories for manual transport and urban mobility. More specifically, it relates to backpack-type back carriers adapted for the support, loading, and transport of lightweight vehicles (balance bikes, scooters, children's skis) by an adult. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the current state of the art, transporting children's vehicles (such as balance bikes or scooters) when the child no longer uses them typically falls to the parents or caregivers. This task is mostly performed manually, holding the vehicle by the frame or handlebars in an improvised manner. This results in poor ergonomics, occupies the adult's hands preventing them from providing adequate attention to the child, and can lead to physical injuries from poor posture or collisions with the vehicle. Conventional backpacks exist, but they lack the structural rigidity and specific anchoring systems needed to support the irregular geometry and weight of these vehicles without deforming or causing discomfort to the user's back. The proposed invention solves these problems through a technical system that combines a semi-rigid dorsal panel with a perimeter frame and a modular anchoring grid, allowing for ergonomic load distribution and freeing the user's hands. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The modular dorsal transport system and anchoring device that is the subject of the invention consists of a carrying platform that adapts to the user's back, specifically designed to securely and ergonomically fix and transport child mobility vehicles. The device is primarily characterized by a technical back panel equipped with a perimeter frame or profile that provides structural rigidity. This panel incorporates a modular anchoring grid system (MOLLE type or similar) on its outer face, allowing for versatile placement of fastening elements in both vertical and horizontal orientations (rotated 90 degrees). The system includes a specific anchoring device (clamp or clip) that attaches to the vehicle frame (bicycle, scooter) and connects to the back panel grille. This anchor may include a rotation mechanism to adapt to different vehicle geometries. Additionally, the system is modular and hybrid, allowing the attachment of a storage container (backpack) onto the same back panel using quick-release fastening systems (technical velcro type or magnetic / mechanical closures), allowing the user to configure the device only as a bicycle carrier or as a complete backpack with load capacity. The inner face of the back panel, in contact with the user, features a foam configuration with a geometry that defines a free central channel to facilitate ventilation and avoid direct pressure on the spine. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In a preferred embodiment, the back panel comprises a machined or injection-molded perimeter frame that defines the load-bearing structure. This frame is housed in a high-strength textile body (e.g., technical nylon) and is removable via flaps to facilitate cleaning and maintenance of the assembly. The anchoring system comprises a base piece with adjustable webbing and quick-release or magnetic buckles (Fidlock type) that secure the vehicle to the panel. The modular grid on the front of the panel allows the anchor points to be adjusted in height and orientation to accommodate the transport of balance bikes, scooters, or skis. The back padding consists of approximately 15 mm thick foam, ergonomically designed to relieve pressure on the central area of ​​the back. The additional roll-top backpack module attaches to the back panel, integrating aesthetically and functionally to provide cargo space protected from the elements.

Claims

1. A modular back carrier system for children's personal mobility vehicles, comprising a back panel provided with user restraint straps, characterized in that it comprises: a) A rigid or semi-rigid perimeter frame or profile that defines the load-bearing structure; b) A front surface provided with a modular anchoring grid configured to receive fastening elements in multiple positions and orientations; c) An independent anchoring device adaptable to the child's vehicle that is removably attached to said modular grid.

2. A carrier system according to claim 1, characterized in that the anchoring device comprises a mechanism for rotating the fastening piece.

A carrier system according to claim 1, characterized in that the back panel incorporates on its rear face a padded foam structure with a central channel free of material for ventilation and pressure relief on the spine. 4.A transport system according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises an additional container or backpack module that is detachably attached to the front face of the back panel by means of quick-release fasteners.

5. A transport system according to claim 1, characterized in that the perimeter frame is removable from the textile body of the back panel by means of a flap system to facilitate maintenance.
