A portable follicular counting device, characterized in that it comprises: a programmable logic controller (1); display means (2) connected to the programmable logic controller (1), said display means (2) comprising a screen on which a follicle counter (3) and a timer (4) are displayed; and a pedal (5) connected to the programmable logic controller (1), configured to increment the counter.
