Assembled display tray with elastic grouping Object of the invention The present invention relates to a new type of product display tray, which is an assembleable cardboard tray with an integrated elastic grouper and which, once assembled, its self-dynamic mechanism allows the available products to be kept upright and close to the front of the tray and facilitates the dispensing of said products as they decrease within said tray without the need for additional help. The invention falls within the industrial field related to the manufacture of stackable cardboard trays and boxes and, specifically, with display trays for the point of sale. State of the art As is widely known, there are multiple types of self-assembling trays and boxes for different uses, such as the display, dispensing or transport of products, and they are of the type obtained from a laminated body of cardboard or similar, with multiple cutting and folding lines, properly die-cut, and can subsequently be folded or assembled easily and quickly by a user. The present invention focuses on trays or boxes intended for product display, which feature different types of dies and various components for assembling the box. However, all known trays and boxes, once assembled, serve simply to display products, and in some cases additionally to transport or protect them. Ultimately, though, the primary purpose of these trays is to allow the products inside to be displayed attractively and practically at points of sale. Given this, it's well known that many products displayed in dispenser trays struggle to stand upright and remain close to the front of the tray. This poses significant problems for retailers and points of sale because, among other issues, it causes many products to tip over, leading customers to believe a product is out of stock or making it difficult to access unless it's at the very front of the tray. Therefore, dispenser trays are known to present problems with visibility, accessibility, and ease of product removal. To solve this type of problem, there are various types of accessories, devices, and highly complex installations designed to improve the positioning of products on the shelves, which are positioned inside a box or tray, but are independent of the box itself and require the additional work of a repositioner at the point of sale. Therefore, there is a need to develop a new type of display tray that overcomes these problems and limitations and that is also easy for any user to assemble. This tray should incorporate a mechanism to keep the products upright and position the available product units near the front of the tray as the number of units decreases, eliminating the need for a repositioning tool. The tray described below has a configuration that solves and overcomes this technical problem. The applicant is unaware of a solution that is either similar or as effective as the one detailed and claimed in the present invention. Explanation of the invention The present invention focuses on a new type of assembleable display tray according to the claims. As previously mentioned, this industrial sector requires a factory-installed solution to ensure that products displayed in trays or dispenser boxes at points of sale do not have difficulty remaining upright and close to the front of the tray, and that as the number of units decreases within the tray or box, they are automatically repositioned at the front. The present invention is based on a novel die design comprising, on at least one of its front faces, an additional structural extension. This extension effectively anchors an elastic element to the front of the tray once it is assembled, allowing for elastic action around its entire perimeter.This elastic element, fixed to the already assembled tray, allows the product to be kept collected, grouped, and upright on the front of the display / dispensing tray automatically, as the quantity available inside the tray decreases, without extra work during shelf replenishment, as it is already incorporated from the factory. Going into the details of the invention, the tray that is advocated is made of cardboard, or similar material, and of the type that is obtained from the development of a die-cut sheet with a plurality of cutting and folding lines, so that in the assembly a bottom, two sides and two front faces are formed, and where in the front face it comprises an elastic means anchored to the cardboard structure for the dynamic cardboard-elastic interaction in the positioning of the products. The die-cut sheet comprises a background, which is preferably a rectangular sector, comprising a groove arranged on each of the front folding lines thereof. Additionally, the sheet comprises sides formed from side panels arranged on both sides of the bottom that are folded along a fold line; it comprises a front tab at each end of the side panel that is folded along a fold line over a front face; and it comprises a side flap that is folded over each side panel along a triple fold line. Likewise, the sheet comprises front faces formed from end pieces arranged on respective bottom fronts that are folded along a front fold line; an extension that is folded along a double fold line over each end piece and that comprises a front flap intended to be fixed in the groove for assembling the tray; and a front sector that is folded along a double fold line over at least one extension, where this front sector comprises a notch, preferably arched, for fixing an elastic element that is arranged in a centered position in said sector. Additionally, to improve the fixation of the elastic element, in a possible embodiment of the invention, the front section may comprise lateral notches, and likewise, the extension may comprise notches, which, once the box is assembled, align and ensure the position and interactive fixation of the elastic element and the cardboard or similar material. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the elastic element is an elastic band or similar material. In this way, once the tray is assembled, an elastic element is fixed to a front face, at least in an arched notch arranged on one of its front faces, and allows the products to be kept collected, grouped and upright on the front of the tray automatically as the quantity available inside the tray decreases, solving the problems previously detailed that existed in the state of the art. It should be noted that, throughout the description and claims, the term "comprises" and its variants are not intended to exclude other technical features or additional elements. Explanation of a method of carrying out the invention The following section briefly describes one embodiment of the modular display tray of the present invention. As can be seen in the set of figures, one embodiment of the invention is based on a die-cut cardboard sheet comprising: a bottom (1), which is a rectangular sector, comprising a groove (6) arranged on each of the front fold lines (61) of the bottom; sides formed from side panels (2) arranged on the two sides of the bottom (1) that are folded along a fold line (21); it comprises a front tab (5) at each end of the side panel (2) that is folded along a fold line (51) over a front face; and it comprises a side flap (4) that is folded over each side panel along a triple fold line (3); front faces formed from end panels (7) arranged on respective front panels of the bottom (1) that are folded along a front fold line (61); an extension (9) that is folded along a double fold line (8) over each end panel (7) and that comprises a front flap (10) intended to be fixed in the groove (6) for assembling the tray; and a front section (12) that is folded along a double fold line (11) over an extension (9), where this front section comprises a notch (13) for fixing an elastic element (14) that groups products (P) displayed on the tray, where the notch is arched, and where, to improve the fixing of the elastic element, the front section (12) may comprise lateral notches (15) and the extension (9) may comprise notches (16), so that, once the tray is assembled, the elastic element (14), such as an elastic band, is fixed in the arched notch (13) and the notches (15, 16) and allows the products (P) to be kept collected, grouped and upright on the front of the tray as the quantity available inside the tray decreases.
Claims
1. A collapsible display tray with an elastic grouping, obtained from the development of a die-cut cardboard sheet, characterized in that the sheet comprises: a rectangular bottom (1) comprising a groove (6) arranged on each of the front fold lines (61) of the bottom; sides formed from side pieces (2) arranged on respective lateral sides of the bottom (1) that are folded along a fold line (21); comprising a front tab (5) at each end of the side piece that is folded along a fold line (51) over an end piece of a front face; and comprising a side flap (4) that is folded over each side piece along a triple fold line (3); front faces formed from end pieces (7) arranged on respective front faces of the bottom (1) that are folded along a front fold line (61);1. An extension (9) that folds along a double fold line (8) over each end panel (7) and comprises a front flap (10) intended to be fixed in the groove (6); and a front section (12) that folds along a double fold line (11) over an extension (9), wherein this front section comprises a notch (13) for fixing an elastic element (14) that groups products (P) displayed on the tray.
2. A collapsible display tray with an elastic grouping, according to claim 1, characterized in that the front section (12) comprises lateral notches (15) for fixing the elastic element, and the extension (9) comprises notches (16) for fixing the elastic element.
3. A collapsible display tray with an elastic grouping, according to claim 1, wherein the notch (13) is arched.
