Reusable textile adjustment device TECHNICAL SECTOR The invention falls within the field of mechanical fastening and adjustment devices applied to textile products, particularly in ultra-flat profile reusable closure systems intended for use in clothing. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The prior art includes various homemade or artisanal solutions for adjusting garments, such as the use of pins, metal clips, elastic bands, or hand stitching, which are visible, uncomfortable, or damage the fabric. However, no reusable, ultra-thin, and washable industrial devices have been identified that allow for reversible garment adjustment without altering the garment's original structure. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a reusable textile adjustment device consisting of three main elements: • a male piece that incorporates a pin embedded in its base, • a female part provided with a receiver with a truncated conical cavity and deformable internal protuberance, • and a release element that can be inserted from the back of the receiver. The described functional assembly allows for reversible coupling between the male and female parts, ensuring retention through mechanical interaction between the pin and the internal protrusion. Insertion of the release mechanism allows for controlled separation of the system. The technical problem solved consists of providing an ultra-thin, washable and reusable mechanism that allows for the precise adjustment of fabrics without the need for sewing or permanent modification of the garment. Compared to known improvised solutions (clips, pins, rubber bands or hand stitches), the system of the present invention offers notable technical advantages: • Functional profile with a thickness of 1.5 mm, imperceptible on the garment, • compatibility with flexible polymeric materials and high-strength metal pins, • reversible and long-lasting configuration, • manufacturing using standard injection and overmolding processes, which facilitates large-scale production. These characteristics define a unique low-intrusion reusable textile closure technical system, not previously described in the state of the art. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In a preferred embodiment, the reusable textile adjustment device comprises the three elements depicted in FIGS.1 to 3. The male part (FIG. 3) is configured as a body of circular or oval geometry, in the center of which a metal pin (preferably in AISI 304 stainless steel) is embedded. This pin has a peripheral notch at its free end (FIG. 3A) which facilitates interlocking with the female part. The male part can be obtained by an overmolding process, so that the pin is firmly inserted into the polymeric material of the part. The female part (FIG.2) is a receiver with a truncated conical cavity and a deformable internal protrusion (FIG.2A), designed to mechanically retain the pin when it is inserted into the cavity. The protrusion's deformability allows for controlled insertion and removal of the pin. The release element (FIG.1) consists of a sheet-like piece with a cylindrical stem approximately 1.3 mm in diameter. This stem is inserted through the back of the female piece, displacing the internal protrusion and allowing the pin to be released. The set of the three pieces, in its coupled state, has a functional thickness equal to or less than 1.5 mm, which guarantees an ultra-flat profile suitable for application in textile products without significantly altering their structure or ease of use. Regarding materials, the male and female parts are preferably made of flexible polymeric materials, compatible with standard injection processes, which facilitates large-scale production and ensures durability against repeated use. Industrial application: The invention is suitable for manufacturing using conventional plastic injection molding and metal overmolding technologies, with the possibility of mass production in multi-cavity molds. Its structural configuration ensures direct applicability in the textile and accessories industries, with tolerances adapted to high-volume production runs.
Claims
1. A reusable textile adjustment device, characterized by comprising: - a male part including a pin embedded in its base; - a female part including a receiver with a truncated conical cavity and an internal protrusion configured to retain the pin; - a release element insertable from the rear of the receiver.
2. A device according to claim 1, wherein the male and female parts are made of flexible polymeric materials.
3. A device according to claim 1, wherein the embedded pin is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
4. A device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the release element is a laminar piece with a cylindrical stem of sufficient thickness for functional manual insertion, having an approximate diameter of 1.3 mm.
5. A device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the male and female parts are generally circular or oval in shape. 6.A device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the internal protrusion of the receiver is deformable and conical.
7. A device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the pin has a peripheral notch for axial locking.
8. A device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the functional thickness of the assembly in the coupled state is equal to or less than 1.5 mm.
