Ergonomic backpack fastening system Technology sector The present invention falls within the sector of backpack accessories, specifically structural devices intended to be installed on the straps of school, sports or everyday backpacks, in order to improve the distribution of the weight supported and promote proper alignment of the strap on the user's shoulder. Background of the invention The use of backpacks with padded shoulder straps is well known, allowing them to be carried on the user's shoulders. However, when the load carried is heavy, a downward pull occurs that tends to displace the straps into unsuitable positions, generating overload in the cervical and dorsal areas. Solutions exist that consist of textile reinforcements, additional padding, or restraint belts, but these solutions do not incorporate curved semi-rigid structural elements that act directly on the strap to stabilize its position. The applicant previously filed utility model U202100481, which described a support device for shoulder straps. However, the present invention introduces structural improvements and alternative fastening configurations that optimize stability, ease of installation, and adaptability to different types of backpacks. Explanation of the invention The invention relates to an ergonomic backpack fastening system comprising at least two independent semi-rigid bodies, of elongated and longitudinally curved configuration, intended to be placed externally on each of the padded shoulder straps of the backpack. Each body incorporates fastening means at its ends that allow its detachable attachment to the strap, maintaining a stable position during use and promoting the correct alignment of the strap on the user's shoulder. Through slots Preferred embodiment of the invention The system comprises two independent semi-rigid bodies (1), each intended to be placed on a padded shoulder strap of a backpack. Each body (1) presents: • An elongated configuration. • A predetermined longitudinal curvature to adapt to the contour of the shoulder. • Sufficient structural thickness to provide functional rigidity. • A plurality of lightening holes (2) arranged according to a geometric pattern. In a first embodiment, the fastening means comprise connection buckles (4a) arranged at the ends of the semi-rigid body, configured to cooperate with complementary elements fixed to the tie rod. In a second alternative modality, the ends of the semi-rigid body incorporate through slots (4b) through which a fastening strap is inserted, allowing its adjustable fixation. The semi-rigid body is preferably made of lightweight but resistant materials such as thermoplastic polymers, which have a curvature adapted to the contour of the shoulder. The system is detachable and adaptable to conventionally manufactured backpacks.
Claims
1. An ergonomic backpack fastening system, characterized by comprising at least two independent, elongated, longitudinally curved, semi-rigid bodies intended to be placed externally on each of the padded shoulder straps of the backpack.
2. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the fastening means comprise through-slots formed at the ends of the semi-rigid body, configured to allow the passage of an adjustable fastening strap.
3. The system according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the semi-rigid body has a plurality of through-holes distributed along its longitudinal axis according to a geometric pattern.
