Description

Load pusher device on agricultural trailer TECHNICAL SECTOR This utility model application seeks to register a device for pushing loads onto an agricultural trailer, which would fall within the agricultural or livestock sector. The invention incorporates several advantages over currently used methods or devices for this purpose. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In livestock farms, especially in extensive systems where forage is distributed directly on the ground, the following methods are commonly used: - Manual distribution using fork-type tools, being a slow and physically demanding process. - Use of a tractor with two operators, one for driving and the other for distributing the fodder, which implies risks of falling or being run over. - Distribution with the tractor running while the operator climbs into the trailer, a highly dangerous practice. - Using specialized forage distribution trailers. Existing forage distribution trailers are sophisticated and have complex mechanisms. No readily available devices or equipment have been found that allow for the simple and controlled distribution of loads from agricultural trailers. Tilting trailers do not allow for progressive control of the load unloading process. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The agricultural trailer pusher, used, for example, for distributing forage in rectangular bales, is an agricultural trailer characterized by a device consisting of two or more metal profiles forming an articulated arm. This arm is operated by one or more double-stroke hydraulic pistons, allowing it to open and close. The articulated arm is attached to the trailer by a hinge. This hinge allows rotation at the point of attachment during the opening and closing phase. The arm is composed of two metal profiles with a second articulation point between them. The hydraulic piston, powered by hydraulic force supplied by the tractor and operated by the driver via a control in the cab, executes the controlled and metered opening and closing action of the arm.The tractor driver, while moving forward and without needing to get off the tractor to distribute the forage, activates the arm, which has a bearing on its free end. This bearing, in turn, pushes the bale onto the trailer's surface, where it gradually falls to the ground from the rear. The invention lies in the simplicity of the mechanism, which uses readily available materials, its ease of manufacture, its ease of use, its effectiveness in performing the operation for which it was invented, and the safety it provides by eliminating the need for workers to operate the tractor while it is in motion. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, two drawings are included as an integral part of said description, in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: Figure 1 shows a side view of the articulated arm on an agricultural trailer, with an example of a hay bale load to be distributed. In the example shown in Figure 1, the piston would be acting by opening the articulated arm, increasing the angle between the two profiles (8), pushing the load. Therefore, the parts of the hay bale that would otherwise be suspended would fall to the ground, as shown in the image. Figure 2 shows a side view of the trailer with the articulated arm in the fully extended position. The bale of straw, not shown in the image, would have fallen entirely to the ground. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Following the drawings, and starting the description with the anchor point (1) of the arm to the agricultural trailer. This anchor point (1) is of the hinge type, where one part of the hinge is welded to the trailer, and the other to the first metal profile (7) of the device. This anchor allows the first profile to rotate. A bolt is welded onto this first profile to secure one part of the hydraulic piston (3), whose hoses (2) connect to the tractor's hydraulic lines. Moving towards the end of this first profile (7), we reach its tip, where a tube is welded. This tube, secured with a second bolt and two perforated plates welded to the second metal profile, acts as a hinge for the second articulation (4) of the device. The second profile (6), or pusher arm, has the mounting for the second part of the hydraulic piston (3). Bearings (5) are installed on the part of the pusher profile (6) that contacts the trailer surface to prevent friction between the metal of the profile (6) and the trailer's metal surface.
