Abstract

Self-contained air compression pressotherapy device (1) for massages with a built-in pressure system (3) and thermal conditioning system (4) comprising a bandage body (2) consisting of an inner bandage (2a) attached to an outer bandage (2b), forming a receptacle between the outside of the inner bandage (2a) and the inside of the outer bandage (2b), characterized in that on the outside of the inner bandage (2a) there are a plurality of air chambers (2c) interconnected by small connection channels (2c1) and, on the outside of the outer bandage (2b) there are fastening elements (2d) capable of being attached to the limbs, a pressure system (3), consisting of a motor-compressor (3a) and a control (3b), and a thermal conditioning system (4) consisting of a flexible and airtight envelope of polymeric material containing inside a polymeric gel or hydrogel with high thermal retention capacity.
