Description

LOCKING AND SECURITY ASSEMBLY FOR SCREWS TECHNICAL SECTOR The technical field of the present invention is screw elements, screw security systems, anti-theft screws, and devices for preventing the disassembly of accessories mounted by means of fastening elements. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is a locking and safety assembly for screws. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Currently, there are many types of anti-theft screws that allow for the theft protection of items fixed to them. Specific screw components are already known that have a specially shaped head and only work with a special key, i.e., an adapter. This effectively prevents the unauthorized removal of the fixed item. In other designs, anti-theft systems are based on an anti-theft cap for threaded bases. These caps comprise a plate with threads corresponding to the base's threads, a body that rotates relative to the plate, a fixing element that makes the body integral with the plate, and a cylindrical lock mounted on the body that controls the security element. These well-known plugs suffer from the drawback that when the user screws the plug onto the base, there is a risk of applying excessive final torque, which can make it difficult to unscrew the plug and may even cause damage to the screw threads and / or the fastening element. In the prior art, patent application ES2614133A1 reveals a tamper-proof security screw that, once placed, cannot be removed, for which it is configured from a single material piece that, in a known way, comprises a cylindrical or onic stem with the corresponding helical projection for its threading, and a hexagonal perimeter head for tightening by means of a wrench, which is also capable of having a slot, straight, cross or hexagonal, for the insertion of a screwdriver, there being, in an innovative way, between said stem and said head, means of breaking and locking the piece that act by breaking when reaching the maximum threading point of the screw on the surface in which it is inserted. In particular, said breaking and locking means consist of a protruding stop in the form of a spherical cap, located immediately above the helical stem as a secondary head and, following it, an inverted truncated conical section, located therefore between said stop and the hexagonal head, such that the wider part of this truncated conical section is joined to the lower base of the hexagonal head providing a solid joint, while the narrower part of the truncated conical section is joined to the upper area of the spherical cap-shaped stop, thus determining a weaker joint which, optionally, is expressly weakened even further by the existence, for example, of a perimeter recess of the material at said point. European patent application EP0498693A1 relates to a screw for locking anti-theft systems intended for elongated objects, essentially composed of a perforated sleeve with a channel, said screw comprising a cylindrical portion of a first diameter having a thread characterized in that a substantially cylindrical recess is made in said cylindrical portion, in which recess means are provided with which a screw-in tool can be coupled, these means breaking when the torque exerted by this tool is greater than a limit value, and in that around the free end of said recess there is arranged a plurality of grooves that allow unscrewing. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The screw locking and safety assembly comprises a hemispherical structure, which allows it to be placed in the hole of a screw, by means of its spherical cap and where a central hole with left or right thread has been made in the flat face of said hemispherical structure, the central hole passing completely through the hemispherical structure. Additionally, the locking and safety assembly includes a safety screw that can be inserted into the central hole. This screw acts as a fastening mechanism for the hemispherical structure and the safety screw, preventing the safety screw from being removed from the screw hole. A secondary hole, aligned vertically with the central hole, protrudes from the screw hole. The present invention avoids the use of complex tools and the need to change the original screw after disassembly. The present invention discloses an assembly that locks and increases the security of screws with holes of any type. The assembly can be used with a wide variety of screw types without the need to replace or disassemble the original screw, thus accommodating a large range of screw sizes, which is not possible with the current state of the art. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description being made and in order to help in a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred example of its practical embodiment, the following is included: Figure 1 - shows an exploded view of the screw locking and safety assembly of the present invention. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The present invention discloses a locking and safety assembly for screws comprising a hemispherical structure (B), which is inserted into the hole of a screw (A) by means of a curved portion of the hemispherical structure (B), i.e., its spherical cap. A central threaded hole (O) has been machined into the flat face of the hemispherical structure (B). The screw locking and safety assembly also includes a safety screw (C), which can be inserted into the central hole (O), serving as a fastening mechanism for the hemispherical structure (B) and safety screw (C), thus preventing the safety screw (C) from being removed from the screw hole (A). In Fig. 1, a supplementary hole (O) is visible, aligned vertically with the central hole (O). To unlock the screw, the safety screw (C) needs to be removed, and using a special tool in combination with a screw of the same size, the hemispherical structure (B) can be removed. The security screw (C) can be a button head screw, has a tapered head, or is a flat round screw. The button head screw is made of high-quality stainless steel and is used for precision finishing of smooth surfaces, serving as a fastener for the mechanical industry. It features a cap for quick and easy installation. The flat head screw is a countersunk or flat-head screw used in woodworking, generally where the screw head needs to be countersunk or flush with a surface, and is used when smooth surfaces are required. Flat head screws have low tightening forces and are installed using an Allen wrench or bit wrench. The screw locking and safety assembly of the present invention can be used on a wide variety of screw types without the need to change the original screw or disassemble it, thus accommodating a broad range of sizes. Furthermore, the screw locking and safety assembly of the present invention can be used on a wide variety of screws made of steel, stainless steel, titanium, etc. The screw locking and safety assembly can be used on large screws with no limit on screw length. The hemispherical structure (B) can be manufactured in steel, stainless steel, brass, plastic, titanium, aluminum, magnesium, copper, brass, bronze, titanium, tungsten and nickel. The thread made in the central hole (O) of the hemispherical structure (B) can be left-handed or right-handed, and the central hole (O) is complete.
