Abstract

Feeder (20) for semi-rigid flat sheets (P) for a box forming machine (90), comprising a crank (23) rotatably movable by a geared motor (21) about a horizontal axis (22); a carriage support (33) fixed to a first flexible transmission element (36) and rigidly connected to the connecting rod (23); a linear guide (35) for guiding a reciprocating movement of the carriage support (33) along the linear guide (35) in response to the rotary movement of the crank (23); a pusher member (50) fixed to a horizontal section of a second flexible transmission element (46) rigidly connected to the first flexible transmission element (36); and a horizontal linear guide (45) to guide a reciprocating movement of the pusher member (50) along the horizontal linear guide (45) between plate reception and delivery positions (P) in response to the rotary movement of the crank (23).
