Abstract

Rotating platform and method of quality control of food bags by pressure. The invention comprises a platform with multiple tray-shaped stations, where the platform's axis of rotation is perpendicular to the plane on which the stations are located. Each station is equipped with a first piston with a vertical axis and a second horizontal piston whose movement is perpendicular to the axis of the first piston and parallel to the plane of the platform; a pressure sensor; and a controller. The vertical piston is adapted to measure the internal pressure of the bag and send a signal to the controller, which in turn sends a signal to the horizontal piston, actuating it and pushing the bag at a predetermined time. The invention provides an effective system for quality control of food bags, ensuring that only bags with the appropriate internal pressure are accepted, thus improving the quality and freshness of the packaged food products.
