Predictive maintenance method, of industrial assets and by means of a computer system, comprising the use of virtual twins of the assets, which are connected to a real-time sensor and a historical database of the assets, and run a machine learning method. The computer system is connected to inspection drones and / or autonomous repair devices. Preferably, it includes an interface using augmented reality or virtual reality.
