Abstract

A sheath core assembly (100) and a delivery system, the sheath core assembly (100) comprising a sheath core (10) and a U-shaped anchor (20); the U-shaped anchor (20) comprising an anchor body (21) and a support fixing rod (22); the anchor body (21) is encased in the sheath core (10) and fixed relative to the sheath core (10); the anchor body (21) comprises a distal end surface (21a) and a proximal end surface (21b) that are opposite each other, and an external peripheral surface (21c) surrounded between the distal end surface (21a) and the proximal end surface (21b); the distal end surface (21a) is larger than the proximal end surface (21b), and the edge profiles of the distal end surface (21a) and the proximal end surface (21b) are arc-shaped;The outer peripheral surface (21c) is an arc-shaped surface with a smooth transition from the distal end surface (21a) to the proximal end surface (21b); a weld groove (24) is recessed into the outer peripheral surface (21c) near the proximal end of the anchor body (21); and the proximal end of the support fixing rod (22) is fixed to the distal end surface (21a) of the anchor body (21). In the sheath core assembly, the outer periphery of the anchor body is arranged as an arc-shaped transition surface, and a weld groove is recessed into this transition surface, so that the distal end of the anchor body is step-free, thus resolving the problem of difficulty in pushing and pulling due to steps in the weld area.
