Abstract
Description
Auxiliary mounting means for a bearing having two bearing pieces The invention relates to an auxiliary mounting means for a bearing comprising two bearing pieces of a pivoting leaf facing a window frame, balcony door or the like, with an alignment element for removable connection with a first bearing piece and a guide element for guiding a bearing pin of a second bearing piece towards the first bearing piece, wherein the alignment element has a bushing that partially surrounds a bearing strip of the first bearing piece and the guide element is disposed in the bushing. An auxiliary mounting device of this type is known, for example, from WO 2006 / 134615. This auxiliary mounting device comprises a guide element. The guide element has a base body that can be engaged with a first half of the bearing. A sliding element protrudes from the base body along which the second half of the bearing can slide. Document DE 29706761 U1 discloses a door sash insertion aid for easily inserting a door into the sashes of a frame. The insertion aid is U-shaped and is inserted between the door sash and the frame. FR 2702174 A1 discloses an auxiliary bearing insertion device, in which a clamp-type element is configured to grip the bearing part containing the bearing pin. The other bearing part can then be inserted into the gripped bearing part. An auxiliary mounting device is known, for example, from document EP 1041231 A2. This mounting device allows two hinges to be hung simultaneously on heavy doors. For this purpose, a guide body that is removably attached to a fixed hinge piece provides a guide track for a movable hinge piece. However, this mounting device is only suitable for hinge pieces that are fixed to the sash and the frame. Nevertheless, in windows or balcony doors, a corner bracket located at the bottom typically has a pivoting bearing pin that allows the sash to be tilted. This creates two problems during the installation of the sash in the frame: firstly, the intended alignment of the sash within the frame, and secondly, the alignment of the partially movable bearing pieces.WO 2014 / 026942 A1 discloses a corner bracket for a window in which a corner support bolt has a rotation brake. However, this results in a high manufacturing cost for the bearing. Furthermore, this rotation brake does not aid in aligning the sash with the frame. The invention is based on the problem of perfecting an auxiliary assembly means of the type mentioned at the beginning so as to allow the connection of the bearing parts, in particular a bearing configured as a corner support, during the assembly of the sheet in the frame. This problem is solved according to the invention by the fact that the guide element is configured to guide a bearing pin of the second bearing piece and by the fact that the bushing has a ramp oriented radially into the movement zone of the bearing pin of the second bearing piece, so that the bushing is pushed out by the bearing pin when the bearing pin is driven into the bearing strip. Due to this design, the bushing can be attached to the first bearing piece, so that the guide element for the second bearing piece is aligned with the first bearing piece. During window installation, the guide element directs the second bearing piece into the first bearing piece. The mounting aid can then be removed, and the bearing is installed. The guide element can be designed in almost any shape to align the second bearing piece with the first bearing piece. This ensures that the bearing components are aligned with each other as the sash is mounted to the frame. The fact that the bushing has a radially oriented ramp facing the movement zone of the second bearing piece's bearing pin further simplifies the handling of the mounting aid. With this configuration, the bushing is pushed outward by the bearing stud as the stud is inserted into the bearing race. Therefore, an installer can see in the bushing whether the corner bracket is mounted correctly. With a corresponding bearing race configuration, the ramp preferably protrudes through an opening into the bearing race, so the bushing is not pushed laterally outward until the bearing is mounted. A removable fixing of the auxiliary mounting means is particularly simple, according to an advantageous improvement of the invention, if the alignment element has a clamping device for locking or tightening in the bearing. The clamping device is constructively very simple, according to another advantageous improvement of the invention, if the clamping device has locking elements arranged in the bushing for clamping onto the first bearing segment of the bearing. Preferably, the locking elements project radially inward from the bushing. According to another advantageous improvement of the invention, the fact that the clamping equipment has clamping webs arranged in the bushing for clamping in the first bearing piece of the bearing contributes to a further simplification of the clamping equipment. Guiding the bearing components during assembly of the blade in the frame is made particularly easy, according to another advantageous refinement of the invention, if the guide element has a ramp arranged on a front side of the bushing. This design allows a pivoting bearing pin of the second bearing component, commonly found in corner brackets, to be lifted and inserted into the bearing strip. The ramp arranged on the front side can be oriented in each case so that the bearing pin is raised and inserted into the C-shaped bushing. However, such alignment can be easily avoided, according to another advantageous improvement of the invention, if a ramp arranged on the front side is configured as an insertion funnel. The bushing can be easily gripped, according to another advantageous improvement of the invention, if a core protrudes from the outer side of the bushing as a handle. The mounting aid can be easily kept within reach on the frame or sash, according to another advantageous refinement of the invention, if the handle's web has dimensions designed for engagement in a profile groove of the frame or sash. This greatly enhances convenience when using the mounting aid. For this purpose, the handle preferably has two webs that allow it to be tightened into the profile groove. The mounting aid can be used flexibly according to the invention if the guide element has two separate ramps. With this design, the ramps can be more easily bent outwards radially, so that the bushing can also be moved from above on the first bearing piece. According to an advantageous refinement of the invention, the mounting aid can be conveniently removed from the first bearing piece after assembly if the ramps have beveled locking projections on the side facing the clamping element. In this embodiment, the guide element initially engages the lower part of the first bearing piece from behind. If, at the end of assembly, pressure is applied to the mounting aid from the direction of the second bearing piece, the ramps expand due to the beveled locking projections, thus overcoming the locking mechanism and allowing the bushing to be removed from the first bearing piece. According to an advantageous refinement of the invention, the expansion of the ramps occurs automatically during assembly if the alignment element is provided with an extension bearing a stop. After assembly, the stop presses against the bearing stud housing. Thus, during the assembly of the first bearing piece into the second, force is transmitted via the extension from the side of the second bearing piece to the assembly aid. This allows the assembly aid to be easily removed from the first bearing piece after assembly. The auxiliary assembly means can be manufactured particularly economically, according to another advantageous refinement of the invention, if the alignment element and the guide element are manufactured as a single piece. The invention allows for numerous embodiments. To better illustrate its basic principle, several of these are shown in the drawing and described below. Thus, the figures show in Fig. 1 A window during the mounting of a sash in a frame with an auxiliary mounting means, Fig. 2 an enlarged representation of the auxiliary mounting means of figure 1 with adjacent areas of the frame and the sheet, Fig. 3 shows the mounting aid of Figure 1 in a highly enlarged perspective view. Figs. 4-7 show other embodiments of the mounting aid of Figure 1 in perspective views. Figure 1 shows a window with a frame 1, a sash 2, and a lower bearing 3 configured as a corner support during assembly. In the assembled state, the sash 2 is further secured to the frame 1 by an upper compass bearing 4 and can rotate relative to the frame 1 about a vertical axis 5 and tilt about a horizontal axis 6. The sash 2 is in a slightly inclined position and is aligned with respect to the frame 1 during assembly. Figure 2 shows an enlarged view of the bearing 3 configured as a corner support during the assembly described in Figure 1. The bearing 3 configured as a corner support has a first bearing piece 7 fixed to the sash and a second bearing piece 8 fixed to the frame. The bearing piece 8 fixed to the frame has a bearing pin 9 with a housing 27, which can be tilted about the horizontal axis 6, and which is inserted into a bearing strip 10 of the bearing piece 8 fixed to the sash during window assembly. An auxiliary assembly means 11 according to the invention has an alignment element 12 removably fixed to the first bearing piece 7 and a guide element 13 oriented towards the free end of the bearing pin 9 of the second bearing piece 8. When the sash 2 is inserted into the frame 1, the guide element 13 guides the bearing pin 9 into the bearing strip 10. The bearing 3 is thus mounted. Figure 3 shows a highly enlarged perspective view of the mounting aid shown in Figure 2. It can be seen that the alignment element 12 has a C-shaped cross-section bushing 14, which, in the assembled state, partially surrounds the bearing band 10 of the blade-side bearing component 7. The free ends of the C-shaped bushing 14 form clamping webs 20 for a clamping device 19 for securing the mounting aid 11 to the blade-side bearing component 7. The guide element 13 has a ramp 15 arranged on the front side of the bushing 14. The ramp 15 is configured as an insertion funnel 16. Furthermore, the bushing 14 has a radially oriented inclined ramp 17 facing into the bearing pin's movement zone. If, during assembly, the bearing bolt 9 strikes the tilt ramp 17, the mounting auxiliary 11 is pushed laterally out of the bearing piece 7 on the leaf side. The tilt ramp 17 can penetrate the bearing band 10, for example, through an opening not shown. Two webs 18 protrude from the outer side of the bushing 14, one of which is visible in the perspective drawing. By means of the webs 18, the mounting auxiliary 11 can be gripped or tightened into a profile groove, not shown, of the frame 1 or the leaf 2. The mounting auxiliary 11 is manufactured as a single piece of plastic or metal, in particular by an injection molding process. Figure 4 shows another embodiment of an auxiliary mounting means 111 according to the invention, wherein an alignment element 112 has a bushing 114 with two clamping webs 120 for a clamping device 119. The clamping webs 120 are designed with spring elasticity and allow a clamping connection to the first bearing piece 7 of the bearing 3. At the free end of the bushing 114, a guide element 113 is arranged with a ramp 115 configured as an insertion funnel 116. Otherwise, the auxiliary mounting means 111 is structured as shown in Figure 3. Figure 5 shows another embodiment of an auxiliary mounting means 211 according to the invention, with a clamping device 219 having locking elements 221 for securing an alignment element 212, which has a bushing 214, in the first bearing piece 7. A guide element 213 has a protruding ramp 215 for guiding the bearing pin 9 of the second bearing piece 8. Figure 6 shows another embodiment of an auxiliary mounting means 311 according to the invention, wherein a bushing 314 of an alignment element 312 has a clamping device 319 with tightening webs 320 for tightening with the first bearing piece 7. A guide element 313 with a ramp 315 protrudes from a front side of the bushing 314. Figure 7 shows another embodiment of an auxiliary mounting means 411 according to the invention. In this embodiment, the guide element 412 has two individual ramps 421, 422, which can be elastically deformed independently of each other. Both ramps 421, 422 each have a beveled locking projection 423, 424. These locking projections 423, 424 engage the lower part of the first bearing piece 7 from behind when the auxiliary mounting means 411 is placed on it. In addition, the auxiliary mounting means 411, in this embodiment, has an extension 425 with a stop 426 at its end facing the second bearing piece 8. The extension 425 is arranged on the alignment element 412.The stop 426 presses against the bearing pin housing 27 at the end of the assembly, thereby exerting a force on the mounting aid 411 in the direction of the first bearing piece 7. This force, combined with the chamfered locking lugs 423 and 424, disengages these lugs, allowing the mounting aid 411 to be removed from the first bearing piece 7. The mounting aid 411, like other embodiments, also features a web 418 for use as a handle and a clamping device 419.
