Abstract

Method for printing on an inclined printing substrate (1) and system. The method adopts a first printing scheme: acquiring the orientation and tilt angle of the printing substrate; acquiring a printing start point; a print head (3) starting to print from the start point, continuously moving to an opposite inclined side in a direction perpendicular to the movement of the inclined printing substrate (1), and controlling, during the movement, a jet opening to perform a delayed ink jet in a direction parallel to the movement of the inclined printing substrate (1); and forming a complete pattern on the inclined printing substrate (1);or a second printing scheme: determining the tilt angle of the printing substrate and the position of a printing reference point according to the tilt, and adjusting the print content according to the tilt angle and the position of the printing reference point, so that the print content and the printing substrate (1) have mirror symmetry; and when the printing reference point is sent to the print head (3), controlling, according to the print content, the print head (3) to begin printing on the printing substrate (1). This invention allows printing on inclined printing substrates, avoids distortion or omission of patterns that result in defective products, and does not require manual adjustments, thus ensuring high performance, efficiency, and low costs.
