Installation for processing welded sheet metal assemblies. The installation consists of a defective parts separator (2), a lower conveyor belt (3), a tilter (4), and a stacker (5). The defective parts separator (2) includes a parts conveyor with magnetic belts (22) arranged at an angle to the conveyor's direction of travel, creating a side discharge area. The lower conveyor belt (3) passes under the tilter (4) and reaches a system of positioning stops (51) on the stacker (5). The tilter (4) includes manipulators (41) with articulated arms and magnetic or pneumatic elements (43) for picking up the sheets, while the stacker (5) includes an extraction system (52) for the parts, which are then discharged to a transverse platform (54) with three defined operating zones.
