Abstract

Head support for oxygen cannula. The head support (1) comprises: a headgear (3), to be worn on the head (4) of the patient (5); and fasteners (7), attached to the headgear (3), to define separate housings for supporting separate oxygen cannulas (2) above the ears (6). Preferably, the headgear (3) is a headband or cap, while the fasteners (7) are configured as a strip, with a first fastening portion (8) sewn to the headgear (3) and at least a second fastening portion (9) provided with a hook and loop fastener. It allows, in a hygienic and comfortable manner, prolonged use by an oxygen therapy patient without injury or other damage to the ears (6) due to contact with the cannulas (2).
